Jessica Emerson was great! Everything went really well with our home purchase, and we felt like Jessica was really working hard to make everything the best for us.

House was sold, experience was superb! Professional, knowlegeable, experienced real estate team. Zac and team were always prepared and had great recommendations for every aspect of the experience. They were attentive and the best I could have chosen.

We just moved out to Georgia from California and didn't know the area at all. We worked primarily with Jon Acuff searching for our new home and had a great time. He was flexible and adjusted quickly when we changed the parameters for what we were looking for. He was quick to respond and helped us put in offers asap once we found something we liked. He was very knowledgeable about negotiations, the home inspection and the subsequent negotiations. Once we were in escrow, the process went smoothly and quickly with the Zac team handling all the logistics and walking us through the paperwork. I would highly recommend the Zac team. I hope we never move again, but if we do we will reach out to Zac's team again.

Everyone we interacted with at The Zac Team was super professional, knowledgeable and committed to our success. We bought our house in ATL while living in SF, California which could have made things super hard for us, but our agent, Jessica Emerson, is used to buyers outside the city and has a perfect system in place. She went above and beyond to make sure everything worked for us, took videos of the houses, made facetime walkthroughs with us, etc. She's the reason we were able to close, as our lender was hard to handle but she was on top of everything.
