They did a great job. The garage repair was perfect, and the chimney holes (which were very difficult to get to) were also nicely done. All work was done in an afternoon.

Can't tell there were ever any holes, like new.

Patrick is very knowlegable, practical, and very pleasant. He was honest, showed up right on time and was very focused & paid attention to detail. Taylor's prcies were very fair and he knew what he was talking about, but we went with another contractor who could do the stucco as well as some other projects. However, if we just needed the stucco work, Patrick would have been our 1st choice, hands down.

Patrick is such a pleasure to work with. He dropped everything to complete a job for me for an inspection . His work is always excellent and he's punctual and professional. I've used him over the years and would never use anyone else for my repairs.

My stucco was almost 20 years old and had some serious wear issues. There were woodpecker holes in the chimneys and serious cracking around a wall by the driveway. Taylor Stucco repaired all the defects and painted the entire exterior stucco surface (2 coats). The repairs were very well done and the paint looks great. The house looked brand new after the work. They are not the cheapest quote you will get, but the price is fair for the the work done and they were a pleasure to work with. Their clean up was thorough. I had them back a few months later to repair a small crack the decking company made when replacing my deck. Once again, superior work, you would never know where the crack was.

He did a good job. Cut out the area around crack, refilled and cover then reliant with matching color. Very patient and thorough. Seems working great. Will use him again if needed.

He was able to rule out the stucco as the problem and recommended that we contact a roofer. He explained his reasons as well. We also had another leak into the basement, which he thought was due to improper flashing around the the deck. Mr. Taylor said he would try to remove the board closest to the stucco and caulked around the nail holes, and asked us to watch and see if that would stop the leak before we spent more money. I was pleasantly surprised when he declined payment for his services because we found him on Angie's list, and because we had mentioned that we had already shelled out a lot of money to other contractors earlier, and the leaking was still continuing. We will be keeping a watch on the basement leak to see if it recurs. If it does, we'll be sure to call Mr. Taylor back.

We have used Patrick and Taylor Stucco before and will continue to use him as long as we live here and need his expertise. We had several damaged areas that needed repair before further damage would be done by weather. We called, Patrick came and gave a quote and began the following week as the weather prohibited him from starting right away. He removed the damaged stucco,the existing lathe at the area to be patched, attached galvanized new lathe to area, applied spec mix stucco as a scratch coat, brown coat and texture coat. This was all done prior to painting the repaired areas to match the color of the house exactly. We are so pleased and no one would ever know where the patches are. You can always depend on Patrick and his work crew to go above and beyond what you would expect.

The work was done quickly in a professional manor. Everything turned out exactly as he quoted. He finished ahead of schedule due to a change in the weather. The worker he brings with him is very courteous and they both leave the area cleaner than they found it. He is busy so it may take a week to get a quote but he is worth waiting for. He is thorough and wants to quote correctly with no hidden costs.

Patrick came out the day we called him. He gave a reasonable quote. did a great job.

He arrived on time, did his work diligently over 2 days, cleaned up nicely, and completed the job as promised. I had a half dozen bad cracks in my stucco from my house settling over the years. Patrick patched and repaired them beautifully. My dormers had rotten wood around them and weathered stucco. He replaced the wood and made the stucco look fresh again. My dormers look great. He knows what he is doing!

Patrick arrived on time and went right to work. He carefully explained the issues we needed to consider and all appropriate, alternative solutions to the problem. Patrick also advised me of the positives and negatives of each different approach. He first had to purchase, cut and mount plywood to the original, engineered floor joist system. All the more difficult because he was working with engineered joists instead of a solid 2 by 10 inch girder. Before beginning, Patrick lay down heavy paper to protect the patio on the first level of my home. Most other providers either lay down flimsy plastic or nothing at all. preferring to "clean up" afterward. Patrick came early, stayed late and kept me informed at every step of the way. The final surface finish was remarkable. It looked as if the area was part of the original stucco application. Over the years I've found the need to hire various service providers and, as have many you been routinely disappointed for one reason or another. Most were unprofessional. Others managed to damage other parts of my home while they attempted to do the job at hand. Frustrations were always not worth the cost, lack of business acumen, and poor workmanship of the provider. Patrick Taylor is a true professional in a specialty profession that not only requires that he be a good businessman: planning, preparation, follow-up, follow-thru, and most importantly, having the skill to do a job that is more art than most any other home repair or maintenance business. Patrick is an artist. He's also a very capable and professional businessman. I could go on but I think you get the point. Not only is Patrick the most capable stucco specialist I've ever met or heard of, he is also the best service provider I have ever used. Period! And his fees are very fair and reasonable. He did an excellent job. His repairs were to basically cut & seal the stucco at the ground level. He also had a difficult job in dealing with some stucco that had come loose from the wall and around a bay window. He was really outstanding and professional. He was very dilligent in his work and a perfectionist. It was a challenging project. He had some doubts as to whether or not he'd be able to reattach the stucco to the wall effectively, but he succeeded. I couldn't be more pleased with him. I looked at several service providers but he was the most reasonable and his approach was the most realistic & sensible.

They did a very good job. They were very punctual and it was a fair price. I will probably have them out again this spring.

. I deal with many contractors. Some are hit and miss. Sometimes, you come across someone that is a true "pro" at their trade. Patrick is one such person. He is professional, skilled, and loaded with integrity. Throughout the job, he set expectations appropriately, both around scheduling as well as the work product. Very impressive and fairly priced. Highly recommended.

I liked their proposal but I couldn’t do it at the time due to the time. I’ve tried several times to contact him back for him to do the work and I have not been able to get them to return my call or my e-mail. He really knows what he’s doing, he has good referrals but I guess he’s got too much business. The estimate process was fine.

As an active real estate agent for over 30 years, I have dealt with many contractors on both my personal homes and clients' homes. I was very impressed with Patrick Taylor's honesty and integrity and do plan to work with him on the woodpecker hole repair and deterrent system above & also if my chimney problem is not resolved via chimney cap or other element above. Based on the time and helpful consideration he spent on evaluating our problems, I also feel comfortable giving his name to clients, friends and neighbors in confidence that he will treat them in a fair and honest manner too!

Great results! The house and concrete look brand new! Patrick and team were on time, hard working and honest. They were perfectionists and the results demonstrates their focus on the details. We are very happy with the results!

He is very knowledgeable about the materials he uses and only uses the highest quality products possible. He is a total perfectionist and can't walk away from a problem until it is fixed correctly and looks great. He stayed exactly on the price he had quoted even though he ended up replacing all the brick molding around 2 windows for free. I am going to ask him to paint the back of the house even though it is not stucco because I know it will be done right. Thanks Patrick.

I felt sorry for the guys it just keeped raining but they finished it is unbeleivable the job they did. Has an issue with the fireplace that my wife did not care for but Patrick came out on Saturday at least twice and did everthing the my wife asked.

Patrick Taylor showed up promptly on the day promised and stayed until the project was complete. He went over and above my expectations by doing several items on his own that were not originally in the scope of work. He was very patient with my wife and I during the selection of the exterior colors. His workmanship was of the highest quality. I would highly recommend Mr. Taylor.

Called for an estimate, but never made it past the phone call. Their voicemail was a total turn off when they said they were unable to provide service as they were many months backed up. While I would and could have waited for the repair, I did need the estimate as we were under contract to purchase a home. Other providers were able to provide me with an estimate based on the highly detailed stucco inspection provided. Having such great reviews on Angie's List I thought their customer service would align and I would be offered the opportunity to speak with a representative.

Patrick and his team were amazing. I really can't speak highly enough about the work they did. They were incredibly meticulous and the house looks amazing. The house is larger and is very difficult to access many areas but they took their time and went inch by inch. I've had some lousy repay jobs in the past and only wish I could call Patrick for everything. If you have a stucco house or building, call him.

job was to replace stucco on lower section of the chimney. Once old stucco was removed Taylor discovered substantial wood root. He had to rebuild the entire unit. He also was very careful to match the paint color to the remaining chimney

Patrick and his team did excellent work with great attention to detail. Other companies I hired to clean the stucco told me it would never clean up well. Patrick proved them wrong! He is very knowledgeable about stucco issues and repair and takes great care in making sure the work is both properly done and attractive to look at. My house looks great! I would definitely use him again.
