Patrick and his one assistant are very knowledgeable, extremely meticulous and true craftsmen. This is outstanding work. The attention to detail far exceeded my expectation. The job progressed very methodically and steadily. This job was started in mid-December and finished March 5, with only a few days lost to rain. Patrick works 7 days a week. He cleaned up at the end of each day. We were changing our house and trim colors, and Patrick was very helpful in the process, bringing us probably a dozen paint samples we asked to try. He was also patient when we had him repaint the bay window caps three times. As noted above, front doors were sanded and primed at least 3 times to achieve the look Patrick wanted. Bay window caps were hand-stripped with a heat gun and scrapper. Windows are perfectly glazed and look new. There are too many examples of his attention to detail and careful work to list. Patrick is a pleasant person, and we enjoyed having him here working. It is nice to see that work ethic and that level of dedication to his customers. Our house looks fabulous. He may be hard to get because his company is so small, but it would be worth waiting for him.

I don’t think that it was managed well. The end result was fine. There was poor management. There was couple of very big safety issues. I was concerned about the workers and some of them got injured. They broke some of our stuffs; a fountain and a table and they tried to hide it. The owner lied to me about the injured worker. His work was outstanding. It’s just that I was concerned about the worker. I was upset that they tried to hide things; some of them I found before they left and some of them I found after they left. They repaired things when I found. There was broken pottery and things. It took me several days to put the things together. One of the workers was there on the stifling when he fell. I wasn’t home at that time but a neighbor saw it. She was really worried about him. I tried to follow up and find out if he was okay and etc. The fellow lied to me and I was concerned about the worker because he fell a long way, at least two storeys. It was a wooden deck. I was worried about him and nothing else. Later I realized that the fountain was broken. I even wanted to help the worker if I could; like pay for his care but he lied to me. His management was poor. I would not use them in the future.

Patrick Taylor is my first call and definitely worth waiting for! Not only is Patrick the owner of Taylor Stucco, Inc., he's also the craftsman doing the work. This is the 4th time we've hired Patrick , Again, we are more than pleased with the final results. Everything was going along as planned when Patrick pointed out some previously undetected wood rot under one of our large dining room picture windows. Upon further investigation, the wood rot was significant and involving not just one window but all three! The cost to replace these custom windows would have been enormous. Thankfully Patrick was able to work his own brand of magic and crafted the repairs out of a composite material that will withstand the elements and it looks better than the original. Patrick also discovered rotting wood on two of our exterior door frames. Thankfully, he was able to remove the rotted areas and patch them so not only does it not look repaired but will actually better withstand the elements. We have had significant concrete settling issues in the front of our house. The concrete stoop and sidewalk have dropped over an inch and this gap was not only unsightly but left an easy entrance for rain water and bugs. Patrick was able to drop the stucco band down to meet the concrete, seal it and paint it. You can not tell there has been a repair. The biggest part of the job was dealing with the deck. Due its location, the upper deck takes the full brunt of the elements. This deck is 30 feet or more off the ground and is not easy to work on. Patrick was able to remove the rotted boards and match them perfectly. The solid stain he recommended not only makes the deck look brand new but really compliments the house color. Patick also had to deal with sealing up damaged areas that were the result of carpenter bees. The patches are seamless and you would not know they were there. Like I mentioned above, it's almost magic. We have never been disappointed in the work Patrick has done for us. You may have to wait in line for him to get to your job but he has always returned our messages promptly. As I said in the opening of this note, Patrick Taylor and Taylor Stucco, Inc. is worth the wait. Even when unexpected things pop up like the wood rot on the windows, Patrick is skilled in diagnosing the issue/issues and will take the time to talk over how you want to proceed. Let me just say I trust his judgement and he hasn't let me down.

I called Mr. Taylor several times about a stucco job before he responded. It seems as though when people called him, it interferred with his work. So we communicated by e-mail, which was not any better. As of yet, he has not contacted me.

Patrick was EXCELLENT in all areas. He obviously takes great pride in his work and in his finished product. We highly recommend him.

Many people have commented on how good my patio looks now. He cleaned up after himself, and he worked all by himself. He was on time and stayed all day long. He is a steady worker.

Taylor Stucco did a great job. Our stucco retaining wall had some significant problem areas and Taylor Stucco repaired to wall to like-new condition. Patrick was extremely helpful in explaining the process and his punctuality was awesome. We would definitely use Taylor Stucco again!

We were very satisfied with the complete job. They started when they promised and finished on schedule. We were very happy wtih their work.

I met with Patrick regarding repair of the damaged areas and painting my stucco house. Patrick e-mailed an estimate and we agreed on work to be performed. First, Patrick pressure washed the house and worked extensively to remove over 50 year old paint from the front door concrete patio. Next, he repaired several damaged areas and cracks in the stucco. Initially, he planned to use two coats of paint designed specifically for stucco, but needed to use three coats and didn't increase the price for this. He also applied a sealant to all of the stucco terminations. In our agreement, Patrick agreed to stain the front door concrete patio and wood trim above the front and back doors. The concrete patio proved to be very difficult because part of the concrete was over 50 years old and another part was seven years old. Patrick had to apply five coats of stain to the 50 year old section to match the seven year old section. In addition, Patrick painted the exterior shutters, an interior room with stucco walls, and the carport. About two weeks after the work was completed, I contacted Patrick to repair an area of sealant which was damaged by a contractor working on the back door. Patrick agreed to look at the damage and repaired the sealant at no charge. The work performed by Patrick and Ted, his employee, is meticulous. I am preparing my house for sale and my real estate agent was so impressed with the outstanding quality of the work that he asked me for the company's name.

Showed up, worked without drama, cleaned up at the end of each day's work, offered a detailed bid and detailed final invoice. Quality of work appears to be excellent, including matching the paint color. The job did end up costing more than the estimate, but only because I agreed to additional work at Patrick's recommendation. He did not, however, pressure me, and the additional work definitely improved the overall look of my house.

Working with Patrick was a great experience. He came to the house to check out what needed to be pressure washed and provided an estimate. I wanted someone with stucco experience to do the cleaning so no damage would be done to the house. Patrick clearly explained how the work would be done. On the day of the service, he showed up as planned and was at my house all day. His focus was on doing the job right - not just getting it done. I was very pleased with the results and Patrick's attention to detail. The house looks better than I had expected! Patrick did an excellent job. I would definitely hire him again in the future.

What we have experience with Patrick the owner has been very very good which included giving us a quote, coming to the house, giving us colors, and calling us right back. They were on time and professional.

Patrick called the day before the appointment date and confirmed the work to be performed and time of arrival?Patrick and Ted arrived at the agreed time and proceed in a professional manner to unload and set up their equipment?. They started to work on time and stayed until approximately 7 PM both days they were here?. The work they preformed was flawless. Anyone who needs stucco work would be foolish not to consider this fine company? You will always get more than your moneys worth?.

Patrick came out and gave us a detailed explanation of what needed to be done and quickly afterward sent a proposal. I got other quotes and he wasn't the cheapest but offered the best product for the best price (others wanted to do work that cost 1/2 the price but would need to be redone in 2 yrs and Taylor Stucco's product will last for about 50 years) After calling and asking them to do the job they got started 1 day later. The crew was professional and they kept the work space tidy while working and cleaned up after themselves- even putting down pine straw along the walls they had worked on. The finished job was great. Everyone involved (it was for my HOA) was very pleased- and do you know how hard it is to please everyone in an HOA???

I paid $480 for the job. It went great. Patrick is a perfectionist. He gave me a lot of great ideas with regards to overall design. Generally speaking, he did a very thorough job. I didn?t get any other quote and he had good recommendations. I will absolutely use this company in the future.

It was an overall pleasing experience and I will use his services again, when and if the need arises.

Patrick arrived for the estimate right on time. He was very knowledgeable about all things stucco. Patrick answered all my questions, thoroughly explained all aspects of the work and how long the project would take. I felt his price was reasonable and I liked how honest he was about everything. He always arrived to work when he said he would and his work was excellent. I couldn't be happier with the results, everything looks great. He even replaced some tiles that had fallen off my roof after the snow storm. I would definitely use him again.
