Description of Work: Lollie and her team came to our rescue! We have a fairly large house that takes too much time to clean. When I came home, after their visit, not only did they clean, but organized my entire house. She is a blessing in disguise and we will be using her monthly - just enough time to mess up everything Lollie and her team did for us.............:-)

Description of Work: I paid to have my house cleaned top to bottom, and was charged an astronomical price of nearly $600.00 to complete the cleaning of the house. The deal that was presented by AngiesList.com sounded like a good deal, but it seems like I got screwed with the final cost to complete the job :-(

Description of Work: Sun Rae Cleaning is a very thorough cleaning company. I use them to clean my rental houses between tenants so the houses can be pretty dirty, but not after Sun Rae does their thing. They are my first call. I recommend them.

Description of Work: I have previously employed two ladies recommended by a friend for house cleaning. They did a wonderful job. They were in my house for an entire day. They moved furniture to clean the floor. They scrubbed every inch of my house including the grout between tiles. When I got home, I had this “Wow” reaction. For the whole house (4 bed rooms, 2.5 bath rooms, office, living room, family room, and kitchen). I paid about $400. In comparison, I am very disappointed for the work Sun Rae Cleaning Services did. This was supposed to be a deep cleaning, but when it was done, the house did not look any cleaner than if it had just undergone a routine cleaning. The bathroom tiles still had mildew. The hard floor, countertops, and doorknobs had a layer of soapy residue. Nothing was touched behind and under the furniture. The floor still looked dull. For $535, they only cleaned living room, family room, master bedroom, bathrooms and kitchen. Worst of all, they broke my ceiling light fixture. When I got home, I saw a note asking what I wanted them to do regarding the fixture. I was amazed that they needed to ask me instead of just offering a replacement or a reduction of fee. They did not even offer an apology.

Description of Work: Sun Rae was amazing. They cleaned my house before we moved in and it was spotless. I cannot say enough about how impressed we were with the Quality of the cleaning and we have used many cleaners in the past. I felt my house had been scrubbed. Very timely and professional. HIGHLY recommend.
