Fantastic! The gals that cleaned our home were amazing! Worth every penny! We now have regular cleanings with Sun Rae and are SO happy!

She was rude on the phone and started to speak in a condescending manner when I indicated I did not want a deep cleaning. I would not recommend on the basis of attitude and phone professionalism alone. Too many people want your job Sun Rae for you to be unnecessarily rude to me.

It was great. They were very professional, punctual, and they were very detail oriented.

On time, very thorough deep cleaning of my house. Sparkles! Four ladies descended on the house first thing in the morning and were done by early evening. They worked their butts off! Very happy with the result and have retained for monthly service now.

I ENCOURAGE YOU TO STOP SEARCHING FOR A CLEANING COMPANY AND CHOOSE SUN RAE CLEANING. Seriously, you will be VERY PLEASED. I cannot express impressed I am with Sun Rae Cleaning service. I found the owner to be professional and personable. The two ladies she sent over has to be the HARDEST WORKING people I've EVER HIRED to clean my home. I am VERY PLEASED with the excellent cleaning job from this company. I look forward to having come over on a regular basis.

I had the pleasure of meeting the owner of Sun Rae recently when she came to assess my brand new, first-time occupied apartment (1230 sq ft) for cleaning services. Due to my extreme sensitivities to environmental allergens namely various types of mold and trees, I requested cleaning services suitable for my needs. I mentioned to the owner that I recently had an air quality professional come out, whose services I have reliably used in the past at another property, to determine if mold and allergens that I react to were in the air. He confirmed that those allergens were not present but could have been on clothing or containers during the move and I'm just feeling the effects because of my level of sensitivity (even though those clothes and containers are no longer in the space). The owner expressed to me that she understood what was needed and her team had experience cleaning in the manner required for my particular situation. She said the ladies would need a whole day (8 hours to clean). I agreed to her schedule, but was a little uncertain why 8 hours, as the apartment is new, not yet fully furnished, and is an average size space. When the ladies arrived to clean, I immediately noticed that the vacuum cleaner was a standard upright vacuum, therefore I requested that they only use my Dyson V11 Torque Drive model which has a HEPA filter. I provided all the attachments for their use. I also noticed that one of the sponges in one of the clean supply caddies appeared to have been used before. In my opinion, sponges should be discarded after use and not reused from home-to-home, especially if a client has already expressed having severe environmental allergies. I had to tell the ladies to not wear shoes on the carpeted areas. I expected that they would have had shoe covers given the information provided to the owner about my situation. I watched as one of the ladies reused the same water in a bucket and towel to clean one of the bedrooms, never emptying the bucket or taking the towel to the sink to rinse it under hot water. After she cleaned the room, there was a lingering odor that was not present before. I also noticed areas of the master bathroom that still needed attention around the base of the hot water handle, the outer ledge of the shower, outer part of cabinet, and closet door area, after one of the ladies had cleaned it. Time was quickly passing and they still had the kitchen, den, and office space to clean. I contacted the owner and explained to her that the ladies were still cleaning, but that I needed to leave within an hour and twenty minutes, to take a family member to an appointment (that I had forgotten about) and would not be back until much later . She offered for the ladies to stay and clean; however, I was not comfortable with that option since I was the only one with a key and could not enter the building or lock my apartment without it. The ladies offered to return the next day, but that day would not work for my schedule. I spoke with the owner the next morning after I re-cleaned the areas that the ladies cleaned trying to get the smell out of one room and clean the areas of the master bathroom that were missed. I explained to her that this was a real learning experience for me and she said, "not for her", as she has "never had this happen in 20 years where the ladies didn't get to finish the work". She repeated that the ladies weren't given an opportunity to finish and that there is a "program they follow" - they clean and then go back over it. However, I do not know how that would have even been possible since they still had not cleaned three other areas and it was already 1 pm. The owner told me she needed full payment of $520 to pay the ladies for the full day (even thought they only worked 3.5 hours). I agreed without hesitation, but felt taken advantage of given that the services rendered were not as expected and the cleaning process was not done with the level of attention needed. I expected to see the ladies using cleaning supplies known to effective and safer for people with environmental allergies, I expected to see microfiber cloths being used and changed out as needed. However, I had to provide some of those cleaning supplies from my own cabinet. I sent the owner a kind text message to confirm that she had received my payment and she responded kindly stating that she had received it. This was a costly learning experience, but I now know to not use Sun Rae cleaning and cannot recommend their services.

The carpets looked good and initially smelled better, didn't take long to realize the smell was still lingering. I was impressed with how they moved some furniture to get behind it and that's impressive. When I contacted them again about this, I was told I would have to pay a $35.00 fee for her (owner I guess) to come look at the job. HUH? Also, would have to pay again for additional work. I think she should have been upfront about she may or may not be able to do the job right. Especially since they are listed under pet odor carpet cleaning.

Sun Rae Cleaning saved me from the aftermath of a dust catastrophe in my home. My emergency, which required deep cleaning services, arose from hardwood floor sanding with minimal dust shielding, compounded by the HVAC system being turned on during the sanding. The dust was everywhere, in the air, from floor to crown moldings and covered walls, cabinets (out/in), windows, etc. Until it was cleaned up, I couldn't live in the house and was stranded in a hotel. I called Sun Rae Cleaning in desperation late on a Friday and the owner, Lelanie De Almeida, responded immediately; she arrived at my house on the next Sunday to view the situation and prepare an estimate for service for my insurance provider. My insurance company promptly accepted the estimate and Sun Rae Cleaners did a masterful job in removing every speck of dust on Wed April 10, within 5 days. Lelanie would have had her crew there even earlier, but the HVAC system wasn't cleaned until Tuesday and that had to be done first. So, in my opinion they were extremely responsive and handled a very messy house with ease. The cleaning by Sun Rae was exceptional; my home had never been this clean before. Also they had all of the appropriate equipment to remove the very fine dust, including HEPA filter vacuum, special cloths, etc. When I returned home, I breathed in clean fresh air and the house glowed. In addition to the amazing cleaning, owner Lelanie was very supportive and consoling and made good on everything that she promised. Sun Rae Cleaners and Lelanie provided the only help that was truly comforting in what was a very long ordeal. In fact, Sun Rae Cleaners shortened the ordeal by responding so promptly and by knowing what type of proposal was needed for the insurance company. I think of Lelanie and her crew daily as I enjoy my finally restored and very clean home. I am so glad that I found them.

Sun Rae cleaning ladies are very pleasant and professional. They were prompt and I felt very comfortable with them coming into my home while I was at work. The carpets were cleaned thoroughly and the ladies courteously let me know when the work was complete.

They are running a scam. They scam/racket the Angie's List customers. When an Angie's List member calls her shes telling them she wants $200 - $400 from the people to force to come to work. Her minimum for coming out could start from $200 and could go up to $400. She wants to be guaranteed of $200 - $400 before she'll get into her car and come out. I also have a friend who had the same thing. Angie's List needs to investigate. I would not recommend this company.

Sun Rae Cleaning did a deep clean my son's apartment in Atlanta. I live in Massachusetts and conducted all correspondence via email, text, and telephone. Communication was excellent. The cleaning of the apartment was also excellent. The ladies arrived on time, did a thorough job, and were pleasant. My son is very happy with the result. I will use Sun Rae again...highly recommend!

The 2 ladies who came did a great job with the deep-cleaning. When they were done, my townhouse looked almost as good as new. Lalie was also very prompt and clear with her responses.

The cleaning women were pleasant, sensitive, efficient, and hard workers for 12 hours with only one 15 minute break.

The team did an AMAZING job. If I didn’t know better, I would have sworn they painted my baseboards they looked so clean. Everything was spotless, and the team was very experienced. It was expensive, but completely worth it. I have already booked them for the rest of the house. ❤️

Exceeded my expectations. We are a nonprofit using an old house as office space. The owner, Lanie, understood exactly what we needed, and her crew was amazing, fast, and friendly in the midst of their very difficult assignment. The place looks like new. I look forward to working out our budget so that I can hire them on a regular basis. Outstanding service.

Set up was easy - i was talking directly to the owner. She scheduled the crew to come on Monday morning. I paid an upfront fee at her request. This was probably the only negative i had for the whole transaction because it (a) was an upfront fee and (b) had to go through PayPal which always results in some unpleasantness for me. (In this case, I was charged a fee.) Crew arrived ontime Monday morning - two very pleasnt ladies - and went right to work. Finished in less than 2 hours. The carpet looks beautiful - all stains removed. Smells great! The whole transaction went smoothly and exceeded my expectations.

I hesitated to hire someone to clean my house at first. And the thought of pre-cleaning and organizing for monthly cleaning service made about as much sense as washing dishes to put in the dishwasher, but hiring this service is one of the smartest things I have done in a long time. While hiring a cleaning service is not inexpensive, the quality and value that Sun Rae brings every time is worth every penny. Thank you for making my house glow!!!!!

Fantastic! We have an older home and the two young women cleaned it until it sparkled. NEVER has it been this clean! The floors felt different for weeks they were so squeaky clean and believe me, I've spent time and effort trying to achieve clean floors. Honest, polite, hardworking and effective! We used once for deep clean and are now using monthly. Lalanie is very professional and checked with us before, during and even a few days after our first service to ensure all went well.

First, if you are looking for the cheapest cleaning service in town then Sun Rae may not be a good fit for you. Having said that, if you are looking for results and value, then Lalanie's service delivers both in spades. In my 61 years, I have never written a review or paid for a service halfway thru service delivery, but I just did both. Lalanie;'s team showed up early (very early) as scheduled. Extremely professional. Extremely effectective. Like many people, when I hear that it is going to take (3) people 10-12 hours to deep clean my house, i'm thinking yeah, right. We are 5 hours and halfway into my job and I just paid the balance in full. My 55 year old house is looking and smelling better than new. Its almost embarrassing. After deep cleaning, I intend to use these services ongoing. This is not a paid review, infact this was a pricey review, but my house and my time are valuable and the service exceeds all expectations and is a great value. Zero hesitation recommending these folks.

The ladies did an excellent job. When Lalie told me two ladies would spend 10 to 12 hours cleaning my little house, I couldn’t imagine what they would be doing all that time. Well, they cleaned EVERYTHING, including stuff I haven’t cleaned in the 20 years I’ve been in the house (with a variety of shedding pets). The oven, the tops of the cabinets, the windows and blinds, the bathroom fan ( I don’t know how they did that). I mean, they scrubbed every inch and the place just sparkles.

Excellent job. The ladies put in a 12 hour day working to make sure the home was spotless. Crown molding, baseboards, ceiling fans, blinds, inside and outside of cabinets, drawers, wood floors, you name it, they cleaned it until it sparkled. They even mopped the garage floor. You will pay a nice price, but you definitely get your money’s worth and more. This is the only time I’ve had my home cleaned and felt like I couldn’t have done it better myself - these people are incredible, so happy with the results!

Excellent service and very thorough in their cleaning and professional. I couldn’t believe it, they stayed until the job was done. They had all of their own cleaning supplies and tools.
