Sun Rae Cleaning

The provider insisted that they needed to do a first-time deep clean for approximately $200. When I explained that we only needed a "regular" clean, she consented, but charged me $180--and indicated that this was with the Angie's List coupon price. I agreed, and they did a great job--quite thorough, for what was not to be officially a "deep" clean. However, earlier, when comparing with other agencies (like JoAnn), the price for this "regular" clean was equivalent to that of a deep clean elsewhere. Overall, I'm not sure what level of clean I signed up and paid for, vs. what level I got. Finally, we keep some items in our home for our puppy, including washcloths for when we bathe her. One of these white washcloths was covered in dark blue gunk. Not sure what they used it to clean, but I'd rather they used their own products. I no longer use this cloth to wash and bathe my dog with.

It was an Angie’s list referral. My experience with them was okay. I would not call it great. They seem to work hard. I just think it was overpriced. In all fairness, they did the work very hard, but initially you look at the cost. They brought three people out. I think it was more than $400. I think it was $450 maybe or something like that. For the price divided by the number of hours and labor, it did not seem to be a fair price.

Have scheduled them for bi-weekly cleaning moving forward.

I called because the lady I had hired couldn't make it. They accommodated me and was told that the owner normally comes over to do a walk through and give an estimate, but it was short notice so there wasn't time, so she quoted me $325. I put down $100 deposit through paypal, then would pay the remainder after the service was performed. While they were here, the ladies knocked two items off the wall, the backs broke off and will need to be mended to put back on the wall. I had communicated with one of the ladies that I would like the cobwebs down on my ceiling and even showed her my extra tall tool to use to do it, but that was not done. I texted the owner about the things that had been broken and she drove to my house to see. I was working, but we came to an agreement that her company and I were not a good fit, because for the price I could have gotten a deep cleaning where blinds were cleaned, cobwebs removed etc. She told me to clean my house she would have given me a $600 plus quote., so I got a deal since she didnt' come see. In which I would not have hired them. My shower and tubs and toilets were not bad. We use a squeegee after every shower and the tub gets cleaned after every bath toilets are cleaned inside and out weekly, however, my master bathroom has the cat litter box, so it is dustier than anywhere else in the house. I sweep my floor several times a day to keep the cat litter up but it still gets bad. I also work out of my home, so hair was bad in that room, especially under my roller cart, which I had not cleaned in a couple of weeks, but to be fair, I can get that messed up in a days of work. I have had a few cleaners in the past that I have used from referrals and from care.com.....and the prices were approximately $20-$30 an hour or a flat rate of $80 for 4 hours, one to two people and these people will do whatever you ask, one lady even decluttered for me and painted my daughter's bedroom at the hourly rate. So the work that was performed, was not bad at all, but the price was. I really would have preferred to wait until my original lady could have done the deep clean at $125 per floor, but that's what I get for trying to get something done in a hurry. I will wait a couple of weeks and then get deep cleaning done on the rest of the house.

Carefully walked Sun Rae through our home on day of estimate (4 days before cleaning) so she knew what we were facing. Had expected 4-5 cleaning personnel, and only 3 arrived; but, owner added more personnel to finalize the project. I felt that had there been 5 originally, project would have finished on time. As it was, ran over about an hour and a half; but, perfectly pleased with overall result. Home was spotless.

The price was a little high. The cleaning was pretty good.

They did a great job cleaning every surface and went above and beyond to clean everything. They stayed as long as it took, even though it took longer than expected. We had them clean before we moved into our new rental house.

I was moving to Atlanta into a new rental home from out of state on a Monday. My landlord told me on that Saturday evening that the house had not been cleaned and would not be cleaned for two weeks!!! It was filthy!! I immediately got online and started calling everyone I could find. I called Sun Rae first. The phone hadn't even started to ring for the next person I called when Sun Rae called me back. Their response time was mere minutes on a Saturday evening no less. They were able to schedule two people to come out to the house the next day!! (A Sunday). I was amazed that I was able to find someone to help me so last minute. They came to the house on time, were very friendly and got it looking BRAND NEW. The transformation was nothing short of spectacular. I will recommend to everyone I know and will definitely use them again. Sun Rae offers truly excellent service.

Sun Rae cleaning went above and beyond to get our new home move in ready. I called and Lalanie came out that afternoon for an estimate which was great because we were ready to get it done. Unfortunately, when the team began cleaning, they realized the house was in even worse shape then we originally thought and it ended up taking much more time. Lalanie called to let me know and told me that the quote still stood even though they worked 4 hours more than expected. The house is completely spotless and looks brand new. The team worked their butts off for over 7 hours. You will NOT be disappointed with Sun Rae. From the amazing detail of the house work to the customer service..A ++.

Lalie was courteous and detail oriented from the start. She came to our home the same day I called and gave us an estimate for everything. She stayed in touch between that time and cleaning day and accommodated all our questions and concerns. She also arrived on time and kept us posted throughout cleaning day. The house was pristine when the ladies were done.

All went well and as expected. Everything was cleaned as promised. The six ladies arrived on time and spent the entire day cleaning.

Their generosity, service, and friendship have been indispensable, and so very many friends and family have remarked that they cannot imagine coping without their help. Even though our friend has sadly passed, Lalie and her team continue to support the family he left behind, and it has made all the difference. It goes without saying that this company provides a top quality cleaning service. But more than that, they are a kind and caring group, and that's not something you encounter every day. They cleaned the entire three floors of my home in one day. The house had not had a thorough,professional cleaning since it was built in 2006. They did an amazing job and took personal care and concern in how my home looked. My husband loved it, and he is extremely difficult to please. Even he suggested that we have them come out more often. I will definitely use them again and have recommended them to anyone that would listen!

The team 5 arrived on time and got straight to work cleaning everything. My wife is a stickler when it comes to cleaning so i thought for sure that she wouldnt like the job they did. But 4 hours later she was very impressed. everything was nice and shinny. Would recommend to any one that is looking for a deep clean on their house. The price is more than fair for the services they offer but if you looking to do a basic clean there might be other providers to suit your needs.

I used Sun Rae Cleaning for an all-over deep cleaning of my home and was so thrilled that I have hired them back for every other week. I read all the reviews on Sun Rae Cleaning Services and decided to go with them. They showed up on time around 9:00 a.m. and stayed until 6:00 p.m. Yes all day and did an AWESOME JOB!!!! We recently purchased this home and it had been sitting and neglected for over a year and needed a lot of TLC before we could move in. This house is huge (3 full levels and over 6000 sqft) no way we could have done this ourselves. These ladies cleaned and scrubbed every inch of this house and it smelt so clean and refreshing when they were done it brought tears to my eyes...i just cried with joy. And they paid attention to every little detail. Choosing Sun Rae Cleaning Services was one of the BEST CHOICES i could have ever made. If you have not tried them....you must....it will be so worth it. I will be calling them to clean up my old home to get it ready to lease out, and i will use them for my future cleaning needs. Laeli and her crew did a fantastic job and were able to work wtih our schedule. The painters ran a day behind and we were able work with Laeli to reschedule the cleaning for the day before we moved into our home. Her crew even worked around the painters in the morning. Laeli called me as they were finishing up for a walk-through to make sure everything was acceptable. The day we moved in, the next day, we had a chance to walk through the house again before the movers came and noticed a couple of minor areas that needed additioanl cleaning. Laeli and one of her cleaners stopped by the following week after we were more settled and touched up a couple of areas. They even swept and mopped our hardwoods again! They went above and beyond our expectations and have hired them for another job since our move!

I thought they were professionals. I didn't think I needed to point out everything for them to do. They did not do several things, like clean the top part of the fan and they didn't wipe down some things. Some places they did a real good job, and it looks like toward the end they skipped around.

Wonderful service for over two years. Recently retired so I have not used the service in a couple of months, but intend to return to business when I begin working again. Lovely to do business with, excellent and patient with my pets, taking care to make them feel comfortable when I was not home. Completely trustworthy and left notes about any concerns or things that I might not have noticed with my house and my pets.

WOW! If you have high cleaning standards Sun Rae is the company for you. I have used many private and corporate cleaning services over the years and I finally found a company that cleans like I would if I had the time and energy. You may be a bit surprised at the their quote if you are used to paying for "average" cleaning but Sun Rae is worth every cent. They where so professional, polite and detailed oriented. No spot was overlooked. You won't be disappointed. (For the first time in years I wasn't.) I am so happy to find a company that takes pride in what they do.

I liked the service very much. They were on time. Brought their own equipment. Worked really fast. The girls were nice and focus on their job. It's expensive but it worth it.

I had totally forgot that I purchased a coupon from Angie's List, and remember on August 5, 2013. In reviewing the coupon I found that it does not expire. I contacted the company to make sure they would still honor it, and to schedule a service date. I emailed her my paid coupon so that she could validate it was paid. She told me that she would have to check with Angie's List to see if she ever got paid for it before she would schedule an appointment. I followed up again with her on August 6 and she said that she was on the road and she didn't have a chance to call Angie's List; and she will get back to me. On August 17, I emailed her again asking for an update; she replied saying that "she was on vacation until next week and would look into it on my return". Now again, 2 weeks later and I still have not heard from her. At this point I don't even want to receive the service from her. I have never encountered a company like this before. Thank goodness for Angie's List, they told me I could apply for a refund for the $300 previously paid. I hope they bill the company for their poor service and professionalism.
