Sun Rae Cleaning

This was a complete move out cleaning for a home over 3500 sq.ft. The company also cleaned the carpets and did a great job. With 5 Bedrooms and 5.5 Bathrooms, it was a big job. Great job and was very pleased.

Mrs. DeAlmeida was incredibly professional and thorough. She and her team worked like a small army. Our house has NEVER been so clean. We will definitely be using Sun Rae again for our cleaning needs and will be recommending them to anyone who needs a professional deep cleaning.

They come out every month. They are a little more expensive than what we ought to be paying, but I like the two ladies that come out. They do a good job.

These ladies were amazing. They showed up on time and got right to work. They worked around the painters and were very efficient. The house sparkled by the time they were done. I think that the job took longer than expected and they saw it through anyway and made everything look good. I highly recommend them. I wish I had not waited until moving to use them.

The provider came out impressively to do an estimate on Christmas Eve as requested since I was only in town moving a tenant out and prepping my home for a buyer. The work completed took approximately 7 hours to complete. Everything looked fantastic when complete for a fair price. If you want cleaning under and behind appliances make sure to request it as there is an additional charge since they have to move the appliances. I am extremely happy with the service and wish she was located in Florida where I live so I could use them again.

Lady was nice enough, but I am shocked that they would refuse to clean the house without first doing what they call a 'deep cleaning' worth around 500.00, and then after that around 250.00 per visit. The price is outrageous. I can't speak for their cleaning ability, I can only speak to the pricing and how they go about taking you on as a customer.

If I could afford their prices, there is no doubt I would use them!

I would highly recommend this company! They were very responsive to my calls (always getting back to me within 5-10 minutes) and request, which was a big one. We were moving from NY to GA and needed a complete(top to bottom) "move-in" cleaning in 1 day for a 7,500+ sq. foot home. This was a big challenge which they pulled off seamlessly. I will be utilizing their service again to help with maintaining the cleaning aspects of the home. Great Job!!

Cleaned EVERYTHING!! Carpets, blinds, cabinets inside and out, etc. Not only did they do a great job cleaning, but Lalanie is very responsive and able to communicate well. Very pleased with the results and the experience overall. Very professional.

I engaged them based on review but didn't work for me. She talked big about her professionalism in cleaning service. Firstly she was very late appointment was at 13:00 hrs she started at 16:30 hrs. She came with 2 person to do carpet cleaning. I asked her if she can extend to do full move out cleaning to which she said agreed checking with her other maid. Left finished around 8:30 PM in a hurry. We realized next day that there was paper on the cooking Range and she didn't move it to clean the side or on the back it was filled with grease and food. Same with Dishwasher. Windows rim on the inside was dirty and she told I would need outside cleaner to clean.It was my mistake to consider her to clean house cleaning. I should have realized 2 person cannot do quality cleaning especially move out cleaning. A big mistake lost money for nothing. I had cleaner at Pittsburgh do awesome move out cleaning for 250 bugs. Suggest to get clear listing of what is scope of work before engaging,

Best cleaning job ever. Top to bottom... a crew worked non stop for 8 hours in my home. My carpets look better than ever...better than with chemdry. The are superb. The price was higher than others but they are proof that you truly get WHT you pay for. Thanks lani...will only use your company in future. I recommend you highly!

Very pleased with the results.

I'm a realtor, so I use different people for different properties. It was a post construction clean, so it was 4 hours because there was construction dust. They're a little expensive, but they're ok.

They were great! They arrived 25 minutes early and they went right to work. The house was filthy now its immaculately clean.

I had popcorn ceiling removed from all rooms in my house. I hired Sun Rae to clean up after the job. They arrived to a home with significant drywall dust on all surfaces. The Sun Rae crew did an incredible job cleaning up, from top to bottom. There are zero signs of dust anywhere, and honestly my house has never been this clean in 10 years. Highly recommend.

great! My kitchen is immaculate! The two women who came spent close to three hours cleaning the beams, ceiling fan, top of cabinets, stove etc. I honestly think my kitchen looks brand new. Incredible!!! They are exceptionally professional and conscientious. So lucky to have found them. I can't recommend them enough. I will definitely have them back. What a find!

I contacted Lalanie & she came by the following day to survey my home & quote me an estimate to deep clean my entire home. We agreed on the price . She & her crew showed up on time as scheduled to perform the service. I didn't realize just how dirty my home was until after the job was completed. They did an excellent job! They scrubbed the windows, baseboards, showers, light fixtures wood flooring as well as carpet. My home was spotless & prepped to be rented as planned. I would definitely do business with this cleaning service in the future!

i've been extremely happy with Lalanie cleaning services. They clean my home bi-weekly in Brookhaven and I was so happy with her two ladies that I rehired them to clean my second home in Buckhead. Lalanie did a deep clean of my home from morning to night. I was very satisfied and my home smells clean once again. Thank you Lalanie.

The day before the cleaning, we met with the service owner and went over the details of the cleaning required. The condo had been emptied of furniture and possessions, and so there was a lot of accumulated dust in formerly inaccessible areas. The next day, the owner arrived with her crew on time and got to work. The condo had been occupied by an elderly relative who moved to a retirement facility, and some areas had been neglected and needed a lot of cleaning. We were impressed with their thoroughness, especially in the bathrooms, the kitchen, and the windows. We were very satisfied.

I was willing to put up with the abrupt and demanding ( and not so nice) woman who heads up this cleaning service in exchange for a good job. For $400 they did a nice job of deep cleaning my townhouse. I would have preferred they spend an additional 30 minutes but the "witch" (said only partially in gear) came over and rushed them out. When I called later to arrange a monthly cleaning that would of course cost less she refused to come back claiming I lived too far away. That was crap ( excuse my language) because she said she would come if I had another $400 cleaning. Oh we'll, her loss. I tip very well and go out of my way to be kind and make the cleaners experience nice. Sadly, it is really her employers who loose out. Plus, I do not envy them having to work for her!

Owner seemed sweet- she has a cleaning fetish which is good in her line of work but bad when she is critical of the way a person keeps their own home. It took me almost two years to get up the nerve to write this review. My husband passed away and I was inured and in a terrible state of mind when I called to have Sun Rae clean my home. The owner came out and did an evaluation then we agreed on price. When her team came to do the work, she also joined in on the, "party". You can tell she loves to clean and like I said it is good but the entire time she kept telling me how filthy my home was and she didn't notice the window sills were that dirty so I needed to pay more money and there was no way they could get the work done in one day- mind you I am mourning and recovering from fractured hand and bruised ribs- I am not kidding I cannot make this up! I am not saying they did a bad job because her team did clean well, I just didn't need her opinion of my home over and over again. Very apathetic and unprofessional.

The move-out deep clean was excellent! When I scheduled, I didn't know that the service included carpet shampoo as well. I couldn't be happier with the results and will use Sun Rae again. Well Done!

I was desperate for a cleaner and decided to call on this company My house is very clean, I keep up with things, she visited me and agreed on a price, then when she brought the ladies to my house, she wanted $600 and 2,000 for deep cleaning. I found the owner?s word cannot be trusted as she changes her mind. I found them very expensive . I will not recommend her.
