Description of Work: After listing my house for sale, I found I had a daunting task of cleaning, organizing and throwing away things that I don't use. After not using a cleaning service for a while my house needed a deep cleaning. We contacted Lalie (Sun Rae Cleaning owner) and she came out and gave me an estimate that I felt was very reasonable. Lalie is very sweet and one of the most trustworthy people I have ever met. She and her girls are very hardworking and want most to please their client. When my daughter lived with me we had Sun Rae do our cleaning twice a month and were very happy with the service. So when I most needed her Lalie made time (I didn't give much notice) to accommodate my needs. I appreciate it so much as I started to panic. Lalie is also a very talented decorator and home stager. She did a better job than the professional. She really came through for me big time by cleaning windows, shampooing carpets, organizing and staging. She made the house shine. Thank-you Sun Rae.

Description of Work: Had rescheduled twice didn't show up on time took 3 hrs longer then projected as they were missing team members. Cleaning needed to be almost dictated to them. They were very friendly and tried to be somewhat accommodating. Not the cleaning I felt I paid for.
