Sun Rae Cleaning

When we first called Sun Rae, Lalie requested an email to schedule time to do an estimate. She arrived on time and was able to give a detailed estimate. She arrived quickly and was very professionally. We did not use Sun Rae because of the price and the fact that cleaning materials were not included. This cleaning estimate was for a move-in cleaning on a 5 bedroom, 2.5 bath house that is completely empty of furniture but has been empty for a few months.

I have been using Sun Rae for about 2 years now and have been very pleased with the work. I appreciate the consistency of the personnel and quality of the work. I recommend this company very much.

She did a fantastic job on the house, from floor to ceiling, windows, garage, appliances....everything! My wife will love it! I would highly recommend her to anyone. Simply outstanding.

The women clean the rooms from top to bottom. They even clean the shutters, windows, baseboards, doors,...in short, the house is much cleaner than when I do it myself :).

My overall experience was exceptional and I would HIGHLY recommend Sun Rae cleaning. On Tuesday, March 30th, I called Sun Rae Cleaning service to see if someone could come out and give me an estimate and hopefully clean my home by the Easter weekend. Lollie, the owner, was kind enough to come out Tuesday a.m and she gave me her estimate and told me the only day her staff was available was that afternoon. I felt so comfortable and at ease with her helpfulness and professionalism that I scheduled it for that day. My father-in-law was ill at the time and Lollie knew that I was trying to take care of many needs and wanted my house cleaned for my sister-in-laws arrival on Friday so we could enjoy Easter as a family. It was such a relief and help to know that my home was being cleaned from top to bottom and more thoroughly than I could ever have done at that time in my life. All of the girls, including Lollie, worked very hard and made sure that everything was cleaned to my satisfaction. I never had a housecleaner that seemed to care for her customers so genuinely and sincerely. As it turns out, my father-in-law passed away two days later and our Easter celebration was not as we had envisioned. From the day Lollie and her staff came to clean our home on a spur of the moment, until now, our life has been filled with many emotions and a very busy time with taking care of the things with my father-in-laws passing. Lollie being avaialble to help me out at a critical time in our family's life and cleaning my home so thoroughly has been a huge blessing for me and my family. We take comfort in knowing that my father-in-law is now with the Lord and loved ones and one of the blessings during this sad time was Lollie and her staff taking care of our needs in such a special way. They did an excellent job and went above and beyond the call of duty. When I need a cleaner again, I will be calling Sun Rae cleaning and will recommend them to my family and friends.

I met with Lalie to discuss twice monthly cleaning service and go over my expectations and her company's services. I was immediately impressed by her attention to detail and thoroughness, and her complete confidence in her team. We agreed on a service schedule and initial cleaning date at that time. On the appointed date, she showed up with a crew and they cleaned my house top to bottom. Nothing was missed, not carpet spots or behind furniture, nothing. The house was as clean or cleaner than when I moved in. The initial cleaning was $500, which was expensive in light of the fact that I had had a service cleaning my home on a regular basis, but once I saw what they did, I was convinced. My regular service did not clean beyond the surface, even at the initial "deep" cleaning, and it never took two people more than 2 hours to completely clean the house every two weeks. At each cleaning, two ladies are now in my home for 4 hours each time. I provide the (eco-friendly) cleaning supplies and the team knows where to find them. They bring in nothing, so no one's dirt is in my home or transferred to anyone else's home. They come in, grab the supplies and the vacuum and get to work. If I want something done a certain way, I just tell Gladys and I never have to think about it again. Instead of working on a rotation basis and deep cleaning one area each visit, the entire house, crown molding to baseboards, is cleaned each time. I always feel the house is really clean when I come home and don't have to go searching for what got missed. Also, because it's thoroughly cleaned each time, the house seems to stay cleaner between visits. The team also makes sure to straighten each picture and replace each item dusted so that I don't have to go behind them and rearrange things. Thieir attention to detail is impressive, and I truly feel like they care about getting the place really clean each and every time. I am very satisfied with the service this company provides and for the first time am not dreading what I find when I come home each cleaning day - I now look forward to a thoroughly clean house each time.

Except for the time factor they did a pretty good job. She thought she could complete the job in 4 or 5 hours and had to rush the job. One suggestion, get your agreement in writing so there's not a misunderstandings. The final price didn't necessarily match what my requests were.

I moved into this house last year while commuting to work from a different city. After a couple of remodeling projects I never had time to clean the house. I only did superficial cleaning. Later, after the remodeling jobs were done, I discovered- over the course of the next several months - a fine layer of dust almost everywhere (blinds, window sills, tops of books, and picture frames, lamp shades--even on light bulbs!). The house needed a deep cleaning, but the thought of doing it alone was too overwhelming! I called Sun Rae after seeing the job that they'd done for a friend of mine who had been trying to sell her big, old Victorian home. Her home sparkled and even "felt" clean after they left. It and sold within months of the cleaning job. (Incidentally, my friend discovered Sun Rae on Angie's List). I called Sun Rae a week in advance of the job. Lalanie, the energetic and likeable owner of the company, came over that day to assess the situation. We went over everything that we both though needed doing (especially blinds, windows, baseboards, and carpet cleaning). She quoted me a price that seemed a bit high, until I remembered that 1) the house had not been cleaned since I moved in and 2) she and a team of three other (FOUR women altogether) would be here cleaning. They came today--on time-- and Lalanie and her team worked for 4.5 hours with NO breaks (I know because I was here working on the computer). They attacked the job and were thorough, methodical and professional. Lalanie trains them all to meet her own very exacting standards. Now, my house looks and feels great--CLEAN!! I couldn't be more satisfied. Call Lalanie--you'll be happy you did: She and her team are worth every penny! Thanks Sun Rae!

We could not have been more pleased. Professional, perfectionistic, and awesome people!!

They arrived precisely on time, professionally dressed and got right to work. The owner came with them to ensure they followed all my instructions. They do not bring their own cleaning supplies or vacuum so be prepared with lots of rags, Pine Sol, etc.

I was told it would be $200 for the cleaning and it would take about 4 hours. After reading other customer comments and what they were charged for ?deep cleaning?, I thought it to be rather pricey, but agreed. After all it was last minute. After pre-paying the owner, Lalie, (which I DON?T recommend) she left and the two people she brought with her stayed and started cleaning. It didn?t take 4 hours, but only an hour and a half. The house smelled fantastic, but that was it. I really couldn?t see where they cleaned. After walking around, they did vacuumed, but dirt was still visible in the corners along the walls and underneath the cabinets in the kitchen and throughout the house. The wood floors were mopped with a broom and cloth, and still had dirty spots! The master bath shower was not even touched, only the mirrors and toilet. The furniture was dusted but only the top, neither the legs nor arms were touched throughout the enitre house. The things we specifically pointed out were not done. I was so disappointed, especially because my husband had to clean the house when they left! I would not use them again, nor recommend them to anyone. What a total waste of money!!!

Let's put it this way: our landlord, from whom we had rented for two years and who had never met us, was practically in tears in gratitude with how pristine the home was left. It was a complete and total win for everyone. Everyone!

They showed up on time, with a team, all were professional and they had the entire room in perfect condition by late afternoon. Just an incredible job and Lalanie called later to insure I was satisfied. I hestiate to give a glowing reference as they may be two busy for me!!!! I plan to hire them to deep clean my house on a regular basis....just awesome job run by impeccable professionals!

They have been doing a very good job. I spend $180 on them. They are always punctual. They always call to make sure if I am okay with their schedule. I?ll continue using them in the future.

At least a month before Lalie came to the house to give an estimate. Then when we were ready to have she and her crew come, they were able to come by the next day.They were professional and excellent cleaners.

They did an okay job with the cleaning, however I was not impressed with their service. I told them that since I was only having one of the properties thoroughly cleaned I would only pay full price for the rental property and a discounted price for the vacated property. When we agreed to the payments they did not tell me that they were not going to clean any of the toilets in the vacated property, because of the discount. They were friendly and the service went fine. There are a lot of companies that are cheaper, however I needed the work done on a weekend with very short notice so I went with Sun Rae Cleaning. They were pretty responsive when I called them. I would not call them back in the future.

Wonderfully. They cleaned EVERYTHING. I mean they even cleaned my cat litter. They arrived on a Tuesday at 1pm and stayed until 8pm. The next day they came at 9am and worked until 5pm. Overall they cleaned and moved garbage out to the dumpster for 6 rooms. They were incredible.

They did an excellent job. When they were finished my home was sparkling. Prior to the project the supervisor came out and did a review of my home and everyone was very responsive. I look forward to the next time that they come out. I pay them on a monthly basis for the cleaning. I think that they are a little expensive, however I did not really take the time to compare.

The cleaning was fantastic! Lelanie arrived on time with a team of five ladies. My home was dust free and spotless. No harsh chemicals were used, only "green" non-toxic products. The team was sensitive to the needs of my three cats as well. Lelanie is the owner but she did the cleaning, too. She and the other ladies did some extra touches to each room. Lelanie even offered to drive to the hardware store when it became apparent that my air filters needed to be changed.

They came to give an estimate the same day I called--a Sunday! The owner, Lalie, brought six girls with her and they ended up cleaning for almost 7 hours--longer than they thought--to get it all done and looking great. They left the house shining and spotless wherever I looked. The only thing that was a disappointment was that we orally agreed to two particular cleaning areas I wanted which they forgot to do. One was the fridge (inside) which they don't usually do, and when I spoke to Lalie about it later, she made a second trip back to clean it herself so that I would be fully pleased with their job. She also called me later as a followup.

Excellent. Lalanie was prompt, responsive and professional. She and her team worked hard. I was very pleased and will continue to use her services in my new home.

The owner of the company came to my house within an hour of my call to provide an estimate. I hired them to perform a deep cleaning of my home and then (depending upon the quality of the deep clean) to come back bi-weekly. My cost here reflects the deep cleaning price. The deep cleaning effort was handled by the owner and 4 team members. The team arrived on time and were uniformed and ready to work. The owner was on site during the entire work and provided detailed guidance to the team members. I was extremely pleased with the work that was done. My house is now very clean, including the windows and blinds. I recommend this company based on my first experience. They did a super job.

On very short notice (two weeks before Christmas), I called and was able to get Lalie to come out and look at my house and schedule a cleaning within a few days. Lalie and her team arrived as promised and started working immediately. They tackled a huge job that I thought would take at least two days to complete, but they worked together very well and finished long before I thought possible. They moved furniture, scrubbed the walls and floors, cleaned and dusted everything and left my neglected house sparkling and fresh! I would strongly recommend this service! They performed exactly as promised and were very pleasant and trustworthy. Lalie constantly checked the work and, if necessary, would redo an area. I look forward to having them back on a regular basis. After they left, Lalie followed up with a phone call to be sure that I was satisfied with her work. She and her team were very professional.

Lalie returned my call and set up an appointment at my convenience. When we met, she had a great blend of friendliness, professionalism and energy. She went over all of her past employment and work in the area of residential and commercial cleaning, and answered all of my questions. She walked through the office and gave me a quote, then followed up with an e-mail. We scheduled the first cleaning in less than a week from my first phone call. Her crew came in while we were closed. When my employees and I came back to work, it was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond what she had promised, and everyone was so impressed! She followed up with a note of thanks and a phone call to ensure I was satisfied. She is now going to clean for us every other week, and I hope to have her clean my home soon!
