I was very impressed with Lalie's professionalism and the cleaning was excellent. We are very particular and were satisfied with the cleaning. We plan to continue to use Lalie's services again.

This is the first time we wanted to use this vendor's services. The standard protocol is to do a deep cleaning of the house for the first time. We have used different services in the past and they too wanted to do a deep cleaning. It has been our experience that two people come to the house and perform the deep cleaning requirement. In this case four people arrived, not including the owner, and they started the process. I work out of my home and did not expect that many people being at the home at one time. It was overwhelming. I really did not know that it would be so many people and they seemed to go about their business without asking if that amount of people would be a problem. Also, I was afraid that because of there were so many people that they would be running in to each other and that the proper care would not be taken of the furniture or doors. I tried to talk to the owner and told her we have had loss in the past, meaning breakage and furniture damage. For some reason she assumed that I meant theft. I tried to explain myself and she cut me off. After that I told her that I felt uncomfortable. Then, she said she felt uncomfortable The whole thing was very odd. It was just very, very strange. The price for the service was 350.00, because everything was so odd, I told the owner to take the 350.00 and just leave without rendering service. She said, "No just pay me 50.00 because I have to pay for my staff". 50.00 was paid to her by check.

We were extremely pleased with the professionalism and hard work of Lali's team of 5. Even Lali herself did some of the cleaning. They spent 7+ hours and every inch of my house was cleaned from top to bottom. When they cleaned the blinds they didn't just dust them they actually cleaned every slat with a wet rag of Murphy's oil soap. They were on their hands and knees cleaning baseboards and tile floors. They even cleaned my carpets. When I came home to check on them I almost cried because it looked and smelled beautiful. I was at first hesitant to to the quoted price because it is a little higher than I've paid before, but I did a lot of research of cleaning companies and felt Sun Rae would be the most reliable because they gave an on site quote, had an actual plan of what was to be done and all of the great reviews. I have to say they are worth every penny. I would highly recommend them and I am going to have them back on a monthly basis to help keep me on track. Many many thanks to Lali and her team. :)

Since the job took almost 8 hours (I said earlier that my house was very dirty and they did extras) ; it would take too long tell this story from start to finish. All I can say is that everything was perfect.

They were overall okay. They didn't clean the chandelier and the bathroom at all. The carpet cleaning really wasn't that great. I had to call them back and inform them that they had not cleaned properly. They spent a lot of time here with a lot of people.

I found Lalie to be very professional and easy to deal with. She laid out what would be done and at the end of the day it was all done. From my experience I would highly recommend Sun Rae cleaning A team of 3 showed up at 9am as well as the owner, Lalie. Lalie got everyone started, doing some work herself. She was back to check on the progress and give further instructions and guidance to her crew at least 3 times during the day. EVERYTHING was cleaned by the end of a long day. This included ceiling fans, baseboards, windows and window frames, basically any surface that could gather construction dust was cleaned. In addition the carpet was shampooed and all the window blinds washed.

When I called Sun Rae, Lali was very responsive. She knew I was in a hurry because I am trying to get my house on the market, so she came over the same day and gave me an estimate. I thought the estimate was fair for the work that was needed, and Lali fit me into the schedule within a few days. On the scheduled day, Lali and her team arrived promptly and got right to work. They were very professional and did an excellent job. Everything was scrubbed and polished, including the kitchen cabinets, ovens, floors, bathrooms top to bottom, ceiling fans, windows (inside), and everything else. The carpeting had just been installed so it didn't need more than vacuuming, except for a couple of dirty spots the contractors who installed it left. The team cleaned those right up, and everything was good again. At the end of the day the house smelled and looked great. Everyone that came to work on the job was very pleasant and focused on their work. I will definitely have Sun Rae return for maintenance while the house is on the market.

Lalie was very accommodating to the tight schedule I had to get the house clean before the movers came. She contacted me several times before the visit to confirm the details. She called me the day of to tell me when her crewed would show up, and she called me after the visit to get feedback. She was very repsonsive. Her crew did an excellent job. The house was completely cleaned, and even smelled cleaned. It was a relief to be able to move into a home that had been completely cleaned.

Lalie has been my wonderful gift this summer. She came in with charm and professionalism to embrace me and my home. Her thoroughness and attention to detail support her dedication to quality service. I was able to observe much of the deep cleaning for the initial service and was impressed by the great care her employees gave to everything, and their effecient use of time and product. When I returned home after their work was finished, I was greeted by a simple and wonderful smell of clean, not of "cover up" product. And what was even more wonderful was how everyone made my little dogs, who are sometimes underfoot, feel safe and comfortable. Lalie's phone calls before and after service were a bright spot in my days, and I look forward to a long term relationship with her and her company.

Company had not cleaned parts the carpet as I had hoped. However, the owner, personally, came out and corrected the areas of concern. I was impress the level of attention given to this relative small job. Based on other reviews of this company, I can see why they rate highly. Feel confident that they will work to satisfy your needs. Highly recommended. I have already referred them out to friend.

They cleaned the whole house. They were just fine. I am very happy with them. I thought they were responsive and prompt. They showed up as promised and did the job that they promised to do and they were supposed to do.

Lalie came to my house and gave me an estimate. She and her crew arrived directly on time. I had back surgery which failed, as a result the house had been neglected for a long time. Further I have three dogs which are in and out at their will thru two doggie doors. The house was filthy. Now, my house is clean. She even finished the two loads of clothes waiting to be washed and dried and then washed and dried the bed linen. She washed dishes. They removed the globes and bulbs and washed those and polished the brass and waxed the fan blades on seven ceiling fans. All of the bathrooms were thoroughly cleaned. The hardwood floors were cleaned and polished. I might have found someone cheaper, but I would have received an inferior cleaning. I could not be happier. We are going to arrange for a scheduled cleaning. She and her crew are going to come back every two or three weeks. I highly recommend Lalie and her crew at Sun Rae Cleaning Services.

Lalie and the crew arrived on time. There was a great flurry of activity, and now my house is so clean I want to put the cats in a plastic bubble and not touch anything. Great job!

Working with Lalie was a great experience overall! We contacted her on a Wednesday and she came to our home for an inspection/quote the very next day. She was kind, caring, and very professional. On the day of service she and her crew were on time, well prepared, and the price she gave us was what it actually costs. Along with four other women, Lalie made our home look and feel as it did when we first moved in two years ago! As a surprise to me, as a gift for our expectant baby, she even cleaned the refrigerator out, which was not part of the deep cleaning. It took the crew about four hours and when we returned home we were overwhlemed and quite speechless. Every part of our home sparkled! It was so clean it seemed as if each room was bigger. There were stains on my oven, cabinets, baseboards, and microwave that I could not get out for the past two years, somehow her crew got them out! Everything was exceptionally clean and as we looked over each room, she followed us around to be sure everything was to our satisfactory. Did I mention that we live over an hour away and Lalie had no problem making the communte! I would absolutely recommend her service to everyone. Our home was spotless from top to bottom. They left no area undone. She even cleaned our front door!!!!! After the cleaning, Lalie called to follow up to make sure we were happy and even called again to check on our new baby. She was wonderful and a joy to work with.

Very nice, very professional. I gave a "B" on the responsiveness only because one phone call took a few days to return. So I followed up and she apologized and said she thought I had been contacted. Otherwise, through several phone calls and emails, she was quite responsive.

The woman who ran the company was wonderful and she and her worker arrived early. They were speedy workers and I thought the price was good. Also, I called her at the last minute right before Christmas and she responded fast. I would definately use her again.

Excellent and the best cleaners I have ever used. They are overpriced, very much compared to other companies, but their quality is unsurpassed.

The house sparkled. The blinds had not been cleaned in a long time so everything took a little longer than expected but that was because of the team's attention to detail in all areas. They were great and I heartily recommend this service. Honest,careful and trustworthy.

I called Lalie on Monday at 6:30pm, I needed a cleaning done on Thursday that week, no other day would work. My other cleaning service was unable to come through, so I called last minute. She picked up her phone at such a late hour, and was able to schedule a walk-through on Wednesday and a cleaning on Thursday. The estimate started a bit high, but I mentioned that I didn't need the place to be perfect, I was not selling the house, but the owner was going to rent it back out. She arrived on Thursday with a mini-army. Five people total were cleaning my house, I was not even prepared for the amount of people to start work. After a few minutes, I left to run some errands; however, they were done within an hour and a half. My last cleaning service took 5 hours and did a worse job. I arrived and the house was exactly as I left received it years earlier. Including the fridge and any remaining dishes. She even cleaned the garage, which was not part of the deal. It's a shame I no longer live in the area, I'd keep her on retainer, no matter the cost. Hire her only if you want perfection.

I was contacted promptly by the owner who set up a convenient time to come to my home to give an estimate. She arrived on time and was professional and impressive. She carved out a time in their packed holiday schedule to clean my home before Thanksgiving company! This was great. The cleaning crew arrived on the appointed day and got immediately to work. My home has lots of windows, wooden blinds and woodwork, so it was a big job. They performed a deep cleaning from top to bottom and left the house sparkling clean. An especially appreciated touch was how nicely they cleaned the 2nd story screened porch, even cleaning the porch windows both inside and outside. The service was professional and did a great job from start to finish.

I called Lalie and made an appointment for an estimate. She arrived at the agreed upon time and was very professional and helpful. We set a date for her crew to come and do a deep cleaning of my house. Once again, they arrived on time and were professional and courteous. I had to leave for work soon after their arrival, so I briefly spoke to Lalie and she assured me I would be very happy with the results. I was absolutely blown away by the job they had done. They really went above and beyond what was originally agreed upon. Besides our original agreement, they organized several areas of the house and rearranged some of the furniture. It was obvious they take their jobs very seriously and Lalie strives to provide the best possible service. I will be using them on a regular basis and have already recommended them to 2 of my friends.

They exceeded my expectations in every way. The owner trains her employees to go above and beyond. For example, the woman that was cleaning my upstairs bathroom, heard the dryer stop and she folded all my laundry without my asking. The owner Lali, does the initial visit, assessment, and estimate. She will accompany the crew on the first visit. I used her because she is highly rated on Angie's List and is a Super Service Award winner.

Responsive, professional, fast, attentive to details, and exceptionally friendly!! This was my first use of a provider via Angie's List, and Lalie/SunRae have absolutely cemented my loyalty to Angies List as a result of the fine work they did for us. Moved into a single family rental home that was clean, but not CLEAN. SunRae did the job, and were wonderful.

Sun Rae is excellent and exceptional. They are the best house cleaners I have ever found in twenty five years. I rate them A++++. The owner, Lalie, who is very intelligent and professional, came the first two visits. The first visit after the extimate, she worked right along with her workers. The second time, she trained them for my house. They are very thorough; careful;diligent; respectful. I would not have anyone else clean my house. I do not have to monitor them.
