I called Sun Rae's on a Thursday afternoon and received a call back very shortly after. I told them I had changed a move in date for a new home and needed someone to provide an estimate and possible clean over the weekend or early the next week. They came out that very eveing to provide a quote. The quote was higher than what I was expecting but she also said that they would provide a high quality cleaning. The house would be empty when they came so I wanted a good deep clean before moving in. When I calculated the hours and resources (# of people per hour and cleaning products) the cost seemed fair and they provided carpet cleaning as well, which I would have spent additional money on anyway and that was included in the Move In clean. They team arrived on time the day of and they were professional and they did a very good job. I was happy with the service. She even gave me some cleaning product tips to help keep my family healthy. I was happy with the overall experience.

I called Lolly on Thursday,she was out on Friday(evening) for an estimate,and the work was performed on the following Tuesday. A crew of three(incuding Lolly) was out at 1p and worked for 7hrs to get everything we had talked about(and then some) this empty 4 bdrm 3/12 bath (3500 sq ft) spotless. My wife and I were amazed and very very happy. After they were done, we called and cancelled the painters because what we thought needed painting they were able to scrub clean! We couldn't be more pleased and look forward to dealing with her company again! This is why we joined Angies list, and I will recommend the list and this cleaning service to everyone!

Crew did an excellent job. 6-person crew worked for 6 hours on 3500 sq. ft. house. I will continue to use them after the deep cleaning for reGular cleanings.

I called Lalanie and she promptly returned my called and we set a time for an estimate. Even though she was extremely busy that day she kept me up to date on her arrival time. We scheduled for the next week which was today. The crew was professionally dressed and brought their own supplies. They arrived promptly and spent over 6 hours completely cleaning my house and the house smells so great! I did put the cat away to allow easy access to all rooms. I will be using them again for other cleaning and a Fall spruce up as well.

Overall experience with this company was excellent. Although I initially had to leave a message requesting an estimate for house cleaning, the owner/manager was very responsive and returned my call super fast. She was very personable and re-worked her schedule based on my request for immediate service. She and her team arrived right on schedule and were professional, thorough, and very detailed. I was very satisfied with the service and would recommend this team to anyone.

It was very easy to setup and coordinate the cleaning. This was true despite the fact that I was out of state at the time, and had to coordinate Sun Rae's access to the property through the previous home owner's real estate agent (seller's). Even with all of the logistical nightmares possible with that arrangement (and "promising" payment by check from a new customer), everything was handled promptly, and well. Coordination on some details was easier by email, than by phone. I considered that a positive, with everything that was going on. Because of the cost for what we needed done, I would highly recommend this service to anyone in need of a floor to ceiling cleaning of a house that they are either selling, or buying. Recommended.

Sun Rae Cleaning Service was hired to do a deep clean on an apartment I just purchased. I feel the price was high for the work performed. I do not plan on using this company again.

In the beginning, the owner came out and gave me a price on the initial cleaning. They have different prices if you have them come out every two weeks vs coming out one time. They were very professional and very confident. They are very hard working. In the beginning, they did a very thorough job. Now they come every two weeks, and sometimes they miss here and there but overall they do a good job.

The crew was on -time but, due to un foreseen circumstances, I was unable to keep the appointment. Delmeida was extremely compassionate and rescheduled with me. She is extremely courteous and has a head for business. They worked quickly and and accurately. I am looking forward to working with them on a regular basis.

I originally submitted a review of Sun Rae last October. We have continued to use their service and continue to find them hard-working, reliable and complete in their work. The day of the month that they come to us is always one of my favorites because my house is not only clean but tidy and organized. The team that comes here is great, they work non-stop and I have found them very trustworthy. I would not hesitate to recommend Sun Rae to a friend. Please see my October review for more details.

The cleaning that she and 3 of her crew did was extremely poor! When I arrived back home, one of the beds, while made up when I left, looked liked one of them had been sleeping in it when I returned, the sectional couch was separated and things were not put back in place. EXTREMELY IMPORTANT TO NOTE: My fireplace had been turned on (gas fireplace) and left on by the cleaners. When I arrived at the house, they were sitting outside in their cars with the fireplace blazing inside. My house was about 90 degrees when I walked in! When they came in to do the walk through, they said that they turned it on when they turned on all of the light switches in the house and didn't realize it. MY HOUSE COULD HAVE BURNED DOWN IF I WAS OUT OF TOWN FOR SEVERAL DAYS AS I TRAVEL FOR WORK!!! The candelabra hadn't been cleaned, there was still visible dust on tables, stair spindles and other furniture. She claimed that the dust from upstairs came down on the furniture downstairs. However, they did not go back and dust it off. On the surface, while doing my quick walk through, things looked "ok" but I was not impressed. The next day I noticed that the ceiling fans had not been cleaned, a lot of the crown molding had not been cleaned, there was dust on several of the baseboards, cob webs and dust still on the ceilings and a couple of light fixtures, the laundry room had not been touched and the shower door would not close. As the days went on, I looked under the couch cushions and they had not vacuumed under them, the windows were only half cleaned, you could see the line on the windows where they stopped halfway up, nothing had been moved to clean behind, (couch, chairs, tables, etc), and when I ran my hands over the blinds, they were no cleaner than before they came. There was a white film covering the inside of the oven (looked like comet/ajax), that I had to clean out before I could use it. Everything that she said needed to be done to justify needing a "deep clean", (cleaning under cushions, candelabra, blinds, ceiling fans) had NOT been cleaned. I knew that there was going to be a problem when Lalie called me after just 3 hours stating that they were done cleaning the WHOLE HOUSE! I texted and called her several times that day and days following, regarding the poor quality of her cleaning. Even when she had to go back over things in the house before she left, she tried to blame it on having a new trainee. The new trainee could not possibly have been responsible for all of the deficiencies in the cleaning. What is most appalling, is that Lalie was there the entire time and was overseeing the job that was done. How do you not see all of that dust and a bed that no longer is made up when you finish a room. Not to mention that they called themselves changing the linen on the bed in the master bedroom, then simply pulled the comforter over the top of all four of the king-sized pillows like a 5 year-old does when you tell them to make their bed. Lalie said that she would come back and have the house cleaned again and this time it would be right. Are you kidding me? Why would I waste my time allowing them to come back to do what they should have done the first time?! I told her that I wanted a refund of a portion of the $350. She sent me back $200 which I agreed to at the time. But since the discovery of even more that they never did, I really don't think they deserved any money. I had to pay someone else to come and clean what they claimed they did. I think they just came and sat on my couch and laid down in my guest bed for 3 hours and then called me and said that they were done. This was an AWFUL CLEANING EXPERIENCE which is shocking based on all of her positive reviews! I would recommend that if anyone uses her, that you do a very careful and close walk through actually checking the blinds wiping them, checking behind furniture, closely look at baseboards and light fixtures and anything else that they say that they are going to clean. I doubt that this is the first time that they have done such a poor job because it is not all noticeable right away. If you have a lot of work to be done in your house, you may have the illusion that because it looks better than before they came, that they did a good job. Not so.

First, the good details: they crew did a thorough deep cleaning. They did a good job with the floors and dusting. But for the price, I expected a great job. What kept it from being great? Several items: Although they picked up all items and dusted, they didn't return the items to their original locations. I'm not talking about minor movement. I'm talking about taking art glass from their original locations and placing them in entirely different places, like not even on the shelf on which they were originally located. I'm talking about taking kitchen counter appliances and relocating them in the kitchen. Then there was the issue of their picking up small speakers to dust under, and in the process pulling the speaker wires off. I understand those things can happen, but I would expect to be told about it. Then there was the issue of their using some sort of cleaner and permanently spotting the kitchen counter laminate. Then there was the issue of relocating the trash cans in the house. Like the trash can under the kitchen sink was relocated to the laundry room. And a trash can in the guest bath being relocated into the pantry. A minor point is that they do not provide cleaning products or supplies; they expect to use the customer's supplies (customer supplies rags, cleaning products, vacuums, etc.). This did not apply to the deep cleaning; for that they used their own supplies. But for the regular cleanings, they want to use the customer's supplies. For the money (they want $180 to clean one floor of my house, which is rather large, but not only were they the highest quote, they were the only ones who did not supply cleaning materials), they should supply their own materials. Lalie explained this was for "hygienic" reasons, so contaminates from one job did not make it to another job. But that's a pretty lame reason, in my opinion. First, just use fresh cloths from one house to another. Just use HEPA filters in your vacuum cleaners. Use clean, disinfected mops. Other services manage to do this without a problem.; why can't Sun Rae? I spoke to Lalie about all of this, and expressed by concerns. She was very cordial and accommodating. Her explanation for the moving of items was along the lines of "you are a single man, and we thought your place needed a woman's touch, so we moved some things." First, I'm not single; my wife and I live in two cities, so we don't always live together, but I'm not single. Second, if you want to move things around, ask first. Get permission; it's my house and I should be able to have things placed where I want them. To me this was an absurd explanation. Lalie offered to perform a regular cleaning at no cost to me. I told her I would reserve posting any review until that second cleaning was performed. The second cleaning was performed, and to my amazement, there still were things misplaced! I would have expected everyone to be at the top of their game and warned about this, given the problems with the first cleaning. In addition, the second cleaning did not do nearly as good a job on the tile floors as with the first cleaning. And although I did not pay for this second cleaning, I used it as a measure of the value I would receive in the future and I felt their high price was not worth the job performed, and I did not want to come home after each cleaning and see items relocated.

The staff had quite a task in front of them - organizing and cleaning from top to bottom an entire house that was seriously past due in both regards. Lalanie's ability to envision an organized environment, and her good ideas to maximize storage and purge items that should go, made it possible for the cleaning staff to then do the very thorough job they did in each room/area. Everyone was pleasant and upbeat, even after hours of work. I highly recommend Sun Rae.

The services provided by Sun Rae Cleaning are amazing. The girls are professional, courteous, trust-worthy, and thorough in cleaning. I always come home after their cleaning, to find something special that they've done that is above and beyond my expectations. This brightens my day and makes me feel like the money was well spent, and that they care about providing high quality service to me and my family. Although Sun Rae's prices are above average Atlanta rates, Lalie provides exceptional customer service and offers me the same team of girls. I feel I can trust my home to her, and the peace of mind is worth it. Lalie also follows up to ensure everything meets expectations after the bi-weekly cleaning, and I appreciate how much she cares about making her customers happy and keeping in touch.

I have been very happy with Sun Rae Cleaning for the past 3 years, and have employed many services before them as we moved around the US. The girls are thorough cleaners and are polite, attentive, and get right to work. Any issues that have arisen over the year were very small and addressed immediately. Lalie is a responsible person who makes herself available at all times, AND she is one of the most positive people I've ever met. She trains her girls well. They follow her system giving the client ( home owner) excellent results at every cleaning. There is just no problem that we can't work out! Sun Rae's prices are a bit higher, but from my perspective, they are worth every penny. I highly reccommend Sun Rae Cleaning.

I have been very satisfied with Sun Rae Cleaning. They perform a very thorough cleaning and their personnel are very polite and get right to work. Although a bit pricey (well above market), I have decided over the past couple months of my experience with them that they are worth the price. My last housecleaning service didn't do much more than vacuum, dust and wipe down kitchen and baths. The initial deep cleaning from Sun Rae was particularly satisfactory as they cleaned baseboards, top of kitchen cabinets, all windows, woodwork, etc.--items I had not cleaned myself in a long time. Any issues that have arisen have been minor (e.g., proper use of my canister vacuum) and they were addressed immediately. Lalie has been highly responsive in every instance, including accommodating special needs due to my husband's medical condition. I definitely recommend Sun Rae Cleaning if you are interested in house cleaning like our grandmothers used to do!

We are very pleased with the cleaning performed by Lalanie and her crew. After contacting Lalanie she was able to come out within a few days to give us an estimate and on the same day of the estimate she was able to work us in on a short notice schedule. Even with the distance they had to travel they arrived when expected that morning. Due to the amount that needed to be cleaned we expected it to be all day and they were able to finish in less time than expected and the quality of their work was exceptional. They were very thorough and made sure they cleaned everyting, even all the nic-nacs were cleaned individually and great care was taken. When all was done the house was so clean that my wife wanted to cry. Lelanie and her crew were all very professional and respectful and we would recommend them to others, and when we need another deep cleaning we will be calling again.

We initially used Sunrae to do a deep cleaning after a remodeling project. They did an excellent job. They were so good that as the house started to get dirty again I knew I just had too have them back. They are now coming on a monthly basis and their work is excellent. They are very professional, prompt, thorough and easy to communicate with. I am very hapy to have found them and to have a clean house thanks to their hard work.

I feel overall this has been a great experience and Sun Rae has become very important to us. After the first t ime they helped us clean and organize our lives have been much easier. We do get messy but they come and help us get on the right path again. My daughter's condition makes it hard for her to maintain the house. Without Sun Rae she would be lost and feel very badly about herself. A clean house makes life happier and easier.

They have since cleaned their home on a monthly basis. The service has been excellent and they are very accommodating about working around my parents schedule. My parents are very happy with the service and think the staff that comes to clean is great. The deep cleaning took quite a bit of time, but the results when finished were excellent and my parents were very happy to have items that had not been able to clean in a while finally cleaned again.

I was so pleased with the deep clean and hired them on a monthly basis. Set up for a cleaning Oct 3 and 2 workers arrived started in our upstairs bedrooms & bathrooms then to the first floor where the bathroom, kitchen, family, dining, living, laundry and sunroom are located. They spent about 3 hours and did an excellent job. I am VERY PLEASED. Booked the rest of my monthly appts for the year before they left.

I am very pleased with Sun Rae Cleaning! My home needed a deep cleaning on short notice for a special event. I consulted Angie's list and contacted a couple of companies. Lalie came to my home to assess the work and give me an estimate. With one week's notice Lalie plus three of her staff deep-cleaned my home including blinds and inside windows. The blinds were especially dusty and by the time they were through, I could run my hand over them and feel nothing but the smooth, dirt-free surface. The window cleaning was exceptional - every piece of woodwork in addition to the glass was cleaned. The house looked spotless and smelled great. Because of having out-of-town family in the home, I could not clear the house which would have made the job easier. However, Lalie and crew focused on their work and were not distracted. I got more than my money's worth. I'm arranging on-going cleaning - I could get addicted to a dazzlingly clean house!
