 + 0 moreSunrae was very prompt, curteous and efficient. They are priced a bit higher than others I called but promised to "touch" every surface in the house. I really wanted this house to sparkle as it was being shown as a rental. It was not that dirty but did need thorough cleaning and rug shampooing. I was very happy with the result and the realtor was amazed at how clean and fresh it was. The only thing that didn't get done and this was my fault for not asking is the windows where the dirt gathers outside the sill. When I opened the window I saw that many years of dirt was still in the sill and I had to go and clean them all myself. The owner called me for feedback and I was travelling so I never got to call her back but I am sure she would have taken care of it for me as she was very professional. In the future I know to ask for this service as it is important to me to have it done. I was very pleased with SunRae !

 + -1 moreThey were late getting here, so we had to wait on them, but they did a great job. They were a little pricey too, but they did a lot of work and they were very nice, cordial, and pleasant. We had a flood in the washroom that they helped to clean up, too, even though that wasn’t a part of what they had to do.

 + 0 moreFirst and foremost Lali is a complete professional and a pleasure to deal with! Lali came to my home for a first meeting and initial evaluation. She was very thorough and clearly explained what type of cleaning would be performed on the first day. She also advised me as to what cleaning materials were required while referring to a detailed itemized list that she provided. On the first cleaning day Lali arrived with 3 of her staff members and they proceeded to clean the unit as a team. I provided Lali with a spare key for her crew to use on subsequent visits and was comforted by the sense of responsibility she conveyed regarding security and safe keeping of my key along with all the other keys she has for all clients. I left them there in my unit and went off to work. It was simply awesome to return home late that night to a such a clean and fresh smelling place! This works for me! I wholeheartedly endorse Sun Rae cleaners. Believe me, you won't be disappointed.
Description of Work: Thorough cleaning of my condo unit. Lali's crew dusted everything even from the highest points in the apartment. The kitchen area and 2 bathroom's were thoroughly cleaned. The floors were mopped and rugs all vacuumed. Bed linen was even changed out. My condo was incredibly clean and left smelling fresh as if on the first day off a move in!

 + 3 moreDue to a family illness we only had a few days before Thanksgiving to get the house cleaned. Lalie was on the spot with her team and spent about 3 hours cleaning. They did a fantastic job! The bathrooms were spotless, the floors were cleaned, carpet was shampooed. They cleaned the nick knacks, my wife has a lot, and put them back in the same places. Baseboards and spots on the walls were cleaned. Windows were spotless. I will use them again and again.

 + 3 moreWe were away when LaLaine and her crew came to deep clean. I had given her a key to our home when she came and gave us an estimate. She called me when they started cleaning and then when they were finished. She had 3 cleaners plus herself who worked 8 hours deep cleaning our home. We came back from our trip 2 days later and walked into fresh smelling, absolutely clean home. My husband and I were extremely happy with LaLaine and her crew. They did a wonderful job and it showed throughout our home. I contracted LaLaine and her crew for once-a-month cleaning to keep up with the heavy cleaning. Both my husband and I were very impressed with Sun Rae Cleaning services. We will continue contracting with Sun Rae.
Description of Work: My home required a deep cleaning throughout due to renovations to our master and main bathrooms. No matter how much you try and cover up furniture, everything still becomes saturated with dust. LaLaine the owner of Sun Rae met with me prior to scheduling the services. She walked throughout our home and explained everything they were going to clean. Then she asked me as to what other services needed to be added to the deep cleaning. I added shampooing all the carpets and cleaning all the hardwood and tile floors. LaLaine gave me an estimate which covered everything I needed completed. It was a fair estimate considering the work to be done.

My wife was in the hospital over Thanksgiving and Lalie made herself available on very short notice to get the job done. It was very important to me to get the house looking fantastic for my wife when she returned from the hospital. Lalie got the job done and then some. I was thrilled, my wife was thrilled.  + -1 moreWe have used other cleaning services in the past that started out good, but over time the quality of the cleaning declined. As a result, there were many areas of our home that had been neglected for some time. I contacted Sun Rae Cleaning to schedule a deep cleaning, after seeing the numerous positive reviews. I found the owner, Lalie, to be friendly, responsive, and very professional. She scheduled a walk-through of our home to review with me what would be included in the cleaning, the supplies needed, and then provided an estimate. On the day of the cleaning, the team arrived and promptly went to work cleaning our home from top to bottom. Lalie was there the entire time as well to oversee and jump in to help as needed. I was pleasantly surprised to see the team on ladders cleaning those hard to reach places such as the tops of our kitchen cabinets and our two-story windows. Even the inside of the oven was cleaned! The whole house has never looked and smelled so good. Lalie made sure we were pleased with the cleaning before leaving. I have very high standards when it comes to cleanliness and the team exceeded my expectations. Lalie is a pleasure to work with and is clearly customer focused, which is refreshing. We have since begun bi-weekly cleanings and I would highly recommend this company.

 + -1 moreLalani's team did a deep cleaning prior to our move-in. The house appeared clean at first glance, but it was really dusty and grimy when you looked at it in detail. The team did a fantastic job, and the house looked and felt like a different house after they left. They scrubbed bathrooms, baseboards, inside cabinets, the kitchen, ceiling fans, and everything in between. I will definitely be having Sun Rae come back for an estimate for regular cleanings after I get settled in the house. Lalani is also a pleasure to do business with. She is very professional and very passionate about her work. She demands excellence from herself and her staff. She stopped in throughout the cleaning process to supervise the work, and she was there when it was complete to make sure nothing was missed. Worth every penny! Highly recommended!

 + -1 moreI called and we set a meeting to give a quote for 8/31 at 10:00 am. She called me two days later and asked when we scheduled the meeting. She then asked to change it to 2:30. At 2:50, she called and said she was coming. I asked how long and she said 40 minutes. Fifteen to twenty mintues later she called to say her GPS was working and it showed she was still 40 minutes out. I told her not to bother, that I would not hire her now.

Description of Work: I do not care if you live in a palace or a paupers home, dirt is dirt, dust is dust, grime is grime The company came out on time carried out the work over and above my expectations, my home was left in pristine condition, deep cleaned all the nooks and corners, kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms to a first class level. There is no need for me to write more, the house was needing cleaned after internal decoratiion and Sun Rae did it!!!!.

 + -1 moreFirst, the owner, Lalanie, is a delight. I was happy to work with her. It was my first time hiring a cleaning service, so my expectations may have been too high. Also, there was work being done in the kitchen area, so they really didn't get to do much there. On the other hand, the bathroom vanity drawers and cabinets were not cleaned, some window surrounds didn't get completely cleaned/dusted, some areas in the kitchen were not dusted/cleaned, and it took days for the smell of the pine cleaner to leave...cleaning overall didn't appear to be as thorough as I expected. However, the floors and carpet on the stairs were both beautifully done. I say that I would not use them again because I think it's better that I do it myself. I am particular about how my home is cleaned. I couldn't recommend them to others because my friends are just as particular.

 + 2 moreOutstanding!! I would recommend Lalie to anyone needing a deep clean and an absolutely thorough and professional (and pleasant!) job. She was on time, unbelieveably responsive and accomodating, and was there the whole time with her crew to make sure the job was done right. I admit, I thought the cost was pretty steep and had my reservations about it being so high. But after I saw all the work they did and the fact they were finished in 5 hours, it was worth it to us.
Description of Work: I called Lalie and scheduled a "deep cleaning" walk-through/estimate for a Wednesday. She was prompt and explained what all her crew would do and how pleased we would be afterwards. Our home had been neglected for several months due to an ongoing (terrible) experience with multiple contractors doing some home remodeling...and one area of the home (master bath) is still not fully complete. Lalie could see I was terribly stressed and somewhat embarassed re: some of the areas of the home. She was so pleasant and repeatedly told me not to worry, assuring me that her team would take care of everything and "restore our home" and make me very happy. She and her crew came that Monday and did an absolutely incredible job!! I couldn't believe how thorough they were. All the dust and build-up was completely gone. Everything was clean, shining, smelled great, and I felt like I went back in time to what USED to be my home. They deep cleaned the carpets, hardwoods, bathrooms (which had a considerable amount of build-up!), and cleaned all the glassware, furniture, and playroom (which has lots of toys/furniture!). And in the master bathroom, they even cleaned the entryway door which had been taken off the hinges by the contractors and is still leaning up against the wall:-(; and they cleaned around the remaining materials and supplies so that we could at least use the master bathroom despite the remaining work that has to be finished!!! And lastly, we had some "tape/goo" stuck to the sides of our living room tables from when we had those "bumper/guardrail" things affixed for a couple of years to protect our daughter against accidents, etc. Lalie and her team went above and beyond, spending a considerable amount of (unplanned) time removing this stuff!!! And even with all of that, they finished the job they promised (5 hours with 5 crewmembers). I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome!!!

He and his room mate needed to move out to attend to their internship in another state, so we chose to rent the house to other students for the year. Sun Rae came in and did an excellent job of top to bottom cleaning. I live in another state and was concerned that I would not find a reputable group to do the job. THEY WERE FABULOUS. Kudos to tSun Raeand to Angie's list. Both were my saviors!

Lalanie was very friendly and easy to work with. She arrived on time for our appointment, evaluated our home quickly and provided a very reasonable price. We were able to schedule the service for just a few days later. She did an excellent job of follow up communication to make sure everything was on schedule prior to the day of the cleaning. On the day of service the crew arrived on time and got right to work. The whole crew was friendly, professional and industrious. They did an incredible job! The service substantially exceeded our expectations and I would recommend Sun Rae to anyone. The house has never been as clean as it is now and we look forward to having them come back and clean our home on a regular basis.

 + -1 moreLalanie arrived with 3 workers. We determined that our 2 most used rooms - kitchen and family room - could be deep cleaned in the alloted time, or a little extra. Even though we had regular cleaners, she could see that the house had not been well cleaned. They all worked tirelessly for over 2 hours to get the rooms sparkling clean and smelling wonderfully fresh! They were doing such a great job that I asked for a quote for deep cleaning the rest of the house (5 BR, 3.5BA) and will definitely consider Sun Rae for regular bi-weekly cleaning. Excellent customer service - thank you!

 + 3 moreLalanie came to my home on a Friday afternoon to give me an estimate on a deep cleaning of my home. She was extremely professional and non-judgmental about the condition of the house about which I was pretty embarrassed. She let me know what I needed to do over the weekend in order to get the most for my money. We scheduled an appointment for Tuesday and she told me she would be there with her crew for approximately 6 hours. She arrived on Tuesday morning exactly when she said she would. She brought an additional person for her crew bringing the total number of people working on my home to 5. I stayed out of their way and they worked on my house for a total of 7-1/2 hours! When they were finished, my house looked and smelled fantastic! The job took longer than she thought because of the amount of dust and dog hair I had allowed to accumulate, but the crew was hard-working and Lalanie was not satisfied until everything was neat, tidy and perfect. I am completely and totally satisfied with the work that was done.
Description of Work: Lalanie and her crew cleaned, cleaned and recleaned all of my blinds and windows, dusted everything from ceiling to floor, scrubbed all my baseboards and trim work, wiped down all doors, cleaned the bathrooms (even hand scrubbing the floors), polished my kitchen to a shine (including all appliances), vacuumed, swept, mopped and then cleaned the carpets.
