This company has been employed by us for over 2 years. Their professionalism and caring attitude is always displayed in everything they do. They have been very helpful in working around schedules and accommodating requests. They are totally awesome and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for excellent service!

Prices are very high! I have shopped around and her general quote was off the charts.

They were a little late, but not bad. There was a crew of 3 people plus the owner who came and went and returned. I didn't watch them work but I heard them. They were there for about 2 & a half hours. Nice people. I went down to see the apartment and it was fine. I did wonder why it took 3 people so long to clean an empty apartment, which was basically clean and had no furniture! My main problem was the cost. It was too much expense - $250.00 for empty kitchen, bath, living room and bedroom! No furniture.i'm sure the results would be more evident, but the quote I got for my whole house was over $600.00! The owner stressed how deep they clean and how thorough! UPDATE: I moved the refrigerator shortly after the service, and it was apparent that they did not move it to clean behind it. It was filthy behind the refrigerator! She was very adamant about how they move things, open cabinets, etc. to clean, and they never did that. After a service like that, you really expect it to look, smell, and feel clean, and it did not seem clean afterwards. I would not recommend them to others.

Lalie was so responsive to my estimate inquiry, came out quickly, did a thorough walk through, gave me the estimate & set up a date. I thought the estimate was a little high but Lalie said that "we touch everything" & they truly did, although price still seemed a little high when I talked to other friends using deep cleaners, but it was worth it to me for the thorough job they did. I'm disabled & unable to do but little bits of one room at a time if anything, & really needed someone to do my whole house. When I still was able to clean, I was a perfectionist & never thought I would find anyone to clean to my standards. I was wrong; Lalie & her team were great; she stayed the whole time & worked with them as well as supervising. They worked hard & everyone was always smiling, genuine, & you can tell they take pride in their work & love working for Lalie. When they left everything was so clean/sparkling/smelling great & when my Husband came home, he said it looked like they had staged the home as well as cleaning it, & he was happy because he'd never seen me so happy about someone else's work. As I said I'm a perfectionist, (it's a curse!) & anything I found that I asked Lalie to go over again or touch-up was met with a positive attitude & an immediate response. After they left I discovered they had cleaned my front porch/stoop area & that wasn't even part of the original job, but was a thoughtful & caring gesture. If you have any doubt about whom to hire to clean your home, don't hesitate to call Lalie; I've never been so impressed with someone living up to all the original reviews given, as well as taking into account my special needs/requests, Lalie is a blessing in my life!

The service provided was excellent. All areas of the house were cleaned beautifully. Bathrooms, kitchen bedrooms were squeeky clean. They also shampooed the rugs since the previous tenants had two cats. These services were provided without supervision. I trusted Lali and her crew to do a good job, since we live in Connecticut and the property is in Lawrenceville, GA. I was not disappointed. I would highly recommend this cleaning service.

Lollie was very professional, prompt and responsive. I appreciate that she stayed during the first clean of my home to make sure that everything went smoothly. I have a pretty big house and overall, I think they did a really good job. Would use again.

They get like a triple A+ in everyway. It was unbelievable. 5 of them came in and split up. You could hear work the whole time. They were going 90 miles an hour. it shocked me how beautiful it was when they left. It was overwhelming how good they did. Everyone of them was nice and kind. They were very friendly and said hi everytime they saw me and then just kept working.

She showed up with a team with 3~4 staffs/crews. She directs staffs, but it seems like everyone knows what they are supposed to do already!!! I left the house after doing some paperworks, and she called me back about 3 hrs later. House is done w/ deep cleaning. Literally nothing to complain about. I am not a price-sensitive guy, meaning I put more weight on the quality over price. Definitely worth to pay her what she asks for!!! I will use her service in the future & I highly recommend her.

We are putting our house on the market this week and wanted to get it cleaned quickly. The owner was very responsive and quickly followed up with me. I called on a Friday and she was able to work me into her schedule on Monday which I really appreciated. The crew did a great job! My husband was here for part of the time and said the ladies seemed to be happy and having a great time while they worked. When I finally got home, I was happy to walk into a lemony fresh house. I don't think this house has ever been this clean! I will definitely use them again for the new house.

Lalie went out of her way to help me, all along the way - from setting the evaluation appointment to scheduling and conducting the work. I'm so grateful that she took a personal interest in our situation and clearly wanted to do a great job for us. Our family is pretty tidy (okay, we're very tidy!), and it was so gratifying to see the end result of the Sun Rae team's efforts. We were in transit while the work was being performed, and Lalie called and texted to let me know when they were finished and that if there was anything we found that needed attention, she'd see to it. So far, we haven't found anything; in fact, her team was able to clean some carpet stains we thought were going to be worse than they are. We're pleased to offer an unqualified recommendation for Lalie and her team at Sun Rae. She's been a joy to work with.

Lalani and her crew arrived on time. She looked over my cleaning needs. They then proceeded to clean the rooms in an excellent, through, and complete manner. I used to work as a custodian. My best work did not come close to Sun Rae. I hardily recommend this service over any other I have seen.

Very efficient. Did a very thorough job and I would highly recommend. Also very pleasant to deal with, made it easy to set up the appointment, was on time, kept us in the loop. Very impressed that the owner stayed throughout the cleaning.

I contacted SonRea on a Tuesday needing help after a recent move. They were able to come and do the job on Thursday which was so helpful since I had out of town quests coming that weekend. That' was the first surprise. When they arrived (4 people) they were so nice and professional as they completely transformed my apartment. Housecleaning is a very personal thing and I am very particular about who I am comfortable with in my home cleaning and rearranging my things. Latie, the owner, came with her team. She's is a prize! She took my decorator items and arranged them on the top of my kitchen cabinets. We had a great time. All the ladies were wonderful. When they left my place it shined like a new penny and smelled divine. I have employed them to follow up on a regular basis. Top notch company.

The cleaning was good. The only thing was that my money was collected and then the job was not done. I had given her a personal check that I did not think she would cash until they did the job. But once she did the job, it was good.

They are a little expensive but they are very good! The owner is a very lovely lady and I think they're a good service! They're also flexible if I have to change the time or date, so they're very accommodating and I appreciate that.

Lalie has an excellent business. She makes an appointment with you prior to her staff's arrival. She gives you an estimate for the work and also a list of supplies for her staff. She is very professional and efficient. When I talked to her on the phone , I told that I had just found out that I have a serious illness. She was very compassionate to me and said whatever she could do for me just let me know. This was a big relief to me. Lalie assigned me a team of her staff. I have one main person that communicates with me and I really appreciate that aspect. The team works very well together. I hardly know that they are here! My husband and I are so pleased that we have found Lalie and her staff!

Lalanie & her crew came into a house that I had leased out to a tenant for 1.5 years. The tenant had left the house VERY filthy! The refrigerator, oven, baseboards, ceiling fans, kitchen floor were all NASTY! I'm picky and Lalanie Knew it & they did an excellent job. I thought that I would have to do more touch up on the base boards but once the team cleaned them I was happy to learn that I did not have to do as much as I originally thought - (still too much). All in all they did an excellent job and were really thorough! They also did the windows & blinds which were both very filthy and the windows are the type which have dividers that make them into 12 small windows but I did not hear any griping about from Lalanie or her crew. If you want to deal with a professional and get the job done right the first time then you need to call Lalanie!

Lalie met me within a day of my request for a quote and was able to schedule the service within about 5 days. She agreed to clean some additional exterior areas at a reasonable rate. The cleaning crew arrived on time, worked hard, quickly and thoroughly. I will hire Sun Rae Cleaning again.

I wrote this several months back, but was alerted by email that my comments did ?not take.? I am sorry about this because I was so pleased with Sun Rae that I wanted to make a point of letting people know. This company arrived exactly on time and did not rush through the job so that they could get somewhere else. First, I liked the fact that the women (two came to my townhouse) were so pleasant and helpful. Unlike any other cleaning company I have hired they asked me what I wanted rather than told me what they would do! Unlike any other cleaning company I have hired they did exactly everything I needed done (they did not refuse to pick up the items on my table and dust under it and dust the item itself? other places have refused to even pick up a picture frame to dust under it). I have never had someone go around my entire house and clean all the baseboards, the ceiling fans, the inside of the refrigerator, the laundry room that was filled with dust from a cat litter box,and the other regular cleaning you expect (vacuuming, dusting, the bathrooms). Next time, if I can afford it, I will ask them to clean OUT my cabinets and drawers for me. I have lived in Atlanta or the greater Atlanta area for 17 years and have never? never come close to being even mildly satisfied with a cleaning service until SUN RAE. I highly recommend them. GIVE THEM A TRY? P.S. ? I thought the cost was reasonable for the job and I made sure to give the cleaners a good tip, which I know if both appreciated and needed!

The work was completed ahead of the promised time, with the "specialist" attacking each room efficiently. The bathrooms have never been so shiny. We did help move some of the heavier furniture, but we had agreed to help with that. The rugs went outside to the fence and we blew them out with a backpack blower before they were shampooed. Not part of the original plan, but an effective use of available resources. I was absolutely pleased with the results.

The women who came to clean the house were very pleasant and professional. They arrived on time and got right to work. They did a good job on the master bath and powder room, but I have to admit that I was less impressed with the rest of their work. They did a cursory job of vacuuming elsewhere, not moving any items out of the way but just vacuuming around things. They did dust the furniture but not the fireplace surrounds nor vents, which I ended up having to do myself. Likewise in the den, they cleaned around things rather than moving chairs, etc. They ended up not being able to do anything in the kitchen at all, because one of the workmen had to come back to fix the cooktop, and was in their way. That was certainly not the cleaning ladies' fault but it ended up being a very expensive endeavor to have them clean 1 BR, 1.5 BA, and vacuum three other rooms. Lalli, the owner, did call me some time later to see if I wanted to schedule the next service. She was very surprised when I told her I had decided not to continue with her service and said that that was one of her best crews. Maybe they just had an off day, but at those prices I really did expect premium service, and decided to find a different company. She was very professional about our conversation.

I just moved in my home and things were in disarray. Although the square footage was greater in my new place, the layout was so different that my things did not seem to fit. I had boxes everywhere. It was difficult to walk. And boxes were not necessarily in the room where they belonged. Sun Rae cleaning brought several people to straighten out my home. They unpacked approximately 75 boxes. I could not be present so I had to trust their professional judgment. At the end of the day when I came home from work I was extremely pleased! Things were neat and orderly. I could walk from room to room with no obstructions! A few days later, my mom arrived to spend some time with me. She loved the place! My Dad had helped me move in so he knew the condition my place was in. I skyped him so he could see the "after" since he had been there for the "before". He was very impressed.
