The SEARS crew did an excellent job. The efficient adn courteous and really mad a difference to how our carpets looked.

I had carpet cleaned and there was a molded smell a few days later, I called Sears and they came back out and treated carpet

They were great. They showed me that they were clean. They even looked at the outside air conditioning unit and made sure that it was not throwing anything nasty out. I had a coupon and it was between $99-129 that I paid for the service. I checked with the Better Business Bureau to make sure there were no complaints against them. They took their time but they didn't drag it out forever. They were very thorough and very courteous. I was quite pleased with them.

They were fine. They showed up about 10 minutes early, did the job and left, and it was fine. I had a special offer on the job, but I forgot to print the ticket and give it to them, so I ended up paying the full price. Their price was fair; it was kind of misleading though. They had told me that they would do three rooms for a certain amount of money, and when they got here and saw the size of my den, they told me that it would be extra as it was a bigger room. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

. They came as a team, there were four of them, they moved the furniture and did a great job. They were very professional. I think it took them an hour and it dried in 30 hours. It was great. Their price was the only problem. I know of other carpet cleaners who are just quarter the price and almost as good. Just because of the price I would not use their services in the future.

Their service was good. They were punctual. They were professional. They seemed to know what they were talking about. I was pleased with their service. They were a little expensive.

Their job was fine, not good or bad. I would probably use them again in the future.

The CSRs told me on the phone what the servicemen would do, every step. And they explained the pricing. that I would be charged. they gave me a 2 hour window of arrival - the dispatcher kept me informed of when they would arrive - and they arrived within 20 minutes of the start of the window, so I didn't have to wait all day. The servicemen were uniformed and polite. They respected my home. After cleaning the ducts, they performed a 10 step inspection of the entire heating and cooling system. They made some recommendations to improve the quality of our indoor air based on the condition of the system. They showed me the a/c coil and compared it to a picture of what it should look like. It was caked with gunk. The result - no more dust in our home. and The ac unit cools so much faster. The cool air busts out of the vents so much better. I suspect our ac bill will be much lower this summer. These guys were real pros. and they used a huge truck mounted vacuum that had tremendous suction power and then brushed the vents with forced air. together, this cleaned the entire system thoroughly. Bonus, they cleaned my dryer vent for free, and now the clothes get dry in one cycle.

The Sears team was punctual and performed initial inspection of the system and provided an estimate. They mentioned a few options and additional services but were not pushy in trying to sell them. They performed all the work in the crawlspace under the house so they would not have to remove our large, painted over wall vents and returns and risk interior damage.

They do a good job, but they have some unethical practices. I only use them because of the price. The price is the only reason why I keep using them. The employees are always trying to get something in cash direct to them. They say they will give me extra services if I pay this amount or that amount. That is totally wrong. I have talked to the company and they are upset about the illegal practices and want me to report it if it happens again, but it happens every time. I paid an extra $100 (cash under the table) for service I thought I was getting, where they did nothing. It was unethical practice for nothing. They don't know which hand is washing which. I would use them again simply because of the price and the economic times. I have three dogs so I have to get the carpet cleaned.

Sears finished the job in only a couple of hours. I also used their pet service and Scotch Guarding as well. They seemed to be very efficient. We were pleased with their work. They were in and out which helped us because we had company in a couple of days after their work was done.

There was no dirt or residue left from the work. They were very clean and neat about the job. Their prices are reasonable and the work was completed in a timely manner.

The technicians were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, competent, and professional. Unfortunately,my house was a work site for them,not a home. Plaster ceiling materials were left scattered all over furniture surfaces under the vents treated,and their vacuuming of my carpets afterwards was incomplete. After their departure,I noticed abrasions to the corners of my walls,and saw that they were supposed to conduct a final walk through with me,which they didn't do. A customer service representative called me before I noticed those problems, so I didn't get to mention them. When I called back with this issue, no one returned my call. Their online survey tool is fraught with technical difficulties, so that didn't help,either. Several weeks after I sent a copy of my Angie's list comments to the contractor, I was contacted by a service rep, and eventually provided with a suitable credit to compensate the issues raised above.
