Was very good, did a good job, good attitude, highly recommended, very knowledgeable.

I called and made an appointment and was told I would need two technicians for the job, since my washer and dryer are stacked. The person on the phone took notes and told me 2 techs would be out. On the day of scheduled service, only one tech was dispatched. He was lovely on the phone and so nice, and he tried to get a second tech, but everyone was booked. I called customer service at his request and rescheduled service, again with notes for two techs. I was assured that this time would be different. I took off from work and stayed home exclusively for this appointment, and once again they dispatched only one tech. Again the tech they dispatched this time (Eli Lindsey, #580019) was really professional and tried to recover the job, trying for a second tech in the area, to no avail. He was kind, and I hope he is recognized for this. I got back on the phone : Customer service argued with me that I shouldn’t be complaining, since the tech was coming out in the agreed upon time, even though it wasn’t the required team configuration. They didn’t even understand the problem, and nobody could acknowledge the mixup. A customer service supervisor was similarly unhelpful and was unable to recover service: I actually wanted to keep Sears for the job, since the techs had been lovely, but I had had enough of talking with them and waiting for their help. It’s a shame, since Sears made my washer, and I have to call someone else to do the repairs.

Very well, he noticed the light on my refrigerator and fixed it for me and also put the laundry room door back on its track. Over and beyond.

They did a shabby job. The carpet was still dirty when they were done. Looked like they only sprayed water on it. They refused to refund me even though they had a 100% money back guarantee.

Their quote was so outrageous. They were like an hour late for their appointment. I thought their sales rep was very good.

They showed up on time, explained procedure, cleaned venta, then returned a week later when we asked them to sanitize furnace.

I had another company come and inspect the ducts and they found dirt and other items left behind in the ducts that Sears should have cleaned.

He replaced the glass in the oven door.

They are punctual. They are knowledgeable. They are pleasant. I've been a customer of theirs for probably 40 years. I've never used anybody else.

I had checked around with other companies and gotten outrageous quotes to clean our air ducts. I called Sears Home Services and they did a wonderful job at an excellent price. They called me to remind me of their appointment and they arrived when they said they would. I was very impressed with their service and I would absolutely call them again.

Highly recommend them. We had used an individual for years and he retired so we went with another rug cleaner that most people are familiar with. Nothing wrong with them, just that the carpet got dirty pretty quickly again and took forever to dry. Sears gets down on their hands and knees to look at the carpet and the rugs. They check labels for cleaning and impressively their supervisor stops by during the cleaning. This may not happen every time, but it's happened twice. They don't pressure to buy products or upgrade and their staff is clean and professional. And I don't know how they do it, but the carpet is practically dry by the time they leave. We will continue to use them.

I was informed the day before my delivery would be between 8-10 a.m. Saturday morning. I received a call at 7:30 informing me the team was in route and would arrive in 30 minutes. The guys arrived at 7:55 am, surveyed the route to used to take out my old fridge and bring in my new fridge. The job was completed by 8:25 am. They were very high efficient and professional. I was very pleased.

Everything was fine. They were on time and were very efficient. They also explained what they were doing.

They were absolutely awful. When I had my regular heating and air conditioning people over, they said that the ducts were never cleaned. When I called Sears, they said that their work was only guaranteed for 30 days and would not come back out.

They charged a reasonable price. They did a great job. The guy was friendly, courteous, and made some recommendations.

I got the impression that I wouldn't want to do business with them. The third party they hired lacked professionalism and lacked in communication. They were rude and used inappropriate language.
