They were good. They were on time and it was pretty straightforward. We had no problems scheduling with them.

The guy explained the work as he was going through it, and offered me two different options to choose from. I am happy with their recommendation of rollers.

It was a mess. They ruined my credit, but they made it right eventually. Apparently, the person responsible for this had done this to several people and was fired for it. I trust Sears itself nationally, but I don’t have any trust in the local company, because they did not get me to the right person who helped me. It was the national company who got me to the person who made things right eventually.

Great job done! The Technician had an awesome attitude and educated us on how the air duct system works with the furnace and AC. Why we had so much dust in our home and how to prevent that problem. We would definitely call sears again to come out and do work for us.

Horrible carpet not even cleaned just wet with water. Didn't want to give a refund and never showed for the recleaning. Had to dispute with bank the purchase to get my money back. I will never use Sears again in life. Stay away they are seriously incompetent.

The estimate process went well. No work has yet been done.

The installer was on time. He removed the old water heater and installed the new one. He cleaned up after himself and removed all trash. He was very helpful and knowledgable. Would use them again.

It was okay. It was fine. It's been a while maybe 6 to 8 months ago when they came and did the job. They replaced the motor on my garage door opener. They were very professional.

Sears did an excellent job, efficient, on time, polite, uniformed and professional.

It was a little bit more expensive, but it was good. The guy who came in was very professional, straightforward and honest. He wasn’t trying to rip me off. With regard to responsiveness, when I had an issue, it took them a long time.

I told the dispatcher there was a language issue because we couldn't understand what he was saying, except that it was fixed. They finally sent another repairman and he worked on it but it couldn't be fixed.

My husband really liked them and he found their garage door price to be what he was looking for. They told us all that they would have to do and gave us a heads up of what it was going to cost before they actually came and provided the work for us. We have a pole in our garage that is in the middle of the garage and they did not know that we have that so we ended up having an extension for that reason. My husband was happy with the service that they provided. Their price was good.

The lady that answered the phone, Vanessa was courteous and told me they charge $1.10 per square foot for just grout cleaning and clear re-seal. Since I was OK with that price per square foot, I went ahead and scheduled a technician to come to my home and measure the bathrooms and then give me an actual price and clean the 3 bathroom's tile grout. I was surprised they were available to come within a day of me scheduling which was great. The technician that performed the service, Rob, was professional and helpful. He explained everything that he did to me and then answered questions that I had. Overall, I was happy because the tile grout looked clean after the service considering it looked like it had never been cleaned before.

They were efficient. They put everything back and I could tell the difference in the air quality after they cleaned it, so I was satisfied. That was the first time I ever used anyone so I have nobody to compare them with. I would recommend them. The price was good. I checked out another company that was a little bit cheaper but because Sears has been around for so long, I chose to use them and I could call them back if I had any problem, which is why I went with Sears. They were very neat and seemed very organized and they took care of the problem right then.

They were prompt the day they came and professional. We had some problems that they found, we had some molds in some of the vents, so they had to get in, disinfected our system and everything, cleaned it out, showed us what they found and they were just totally professional about it.

The overall service was good. No complaints.

Sales person was pushy trying to up-sell. Could not take no for an answer. Repeatedly insisted we needed deodorizer / scotch guard for pet problem we do not have.

Very well. They arrived on time, was very curtious delivered mattresses very quickly.

We want to replace the garage door and motor. Since we may need to make some adjustments inside the garage or with the opening in order to add a car lift, we wanted to talk to the representative doing the measuring. We made a 4:30 appointment for the Friday after Thanksgiving. When we got home at 3pm after running errands, the rep had already been there and left his card in the door. I called the main number and was told that the rep had somewhere else he needed to go and so had come early, measured the old door and someone else would call with a price. We never did get to speak with anyone about the work that needed to be done and will not be pursuing this work with Sears.

They came out and took care of it. It took a while but that was okay. They were real nice and did a good job.

Responded to ad received in mail to have air ducts cleaned. i have bad allergies and am trying everything to cut down on dust, mold, etc. They were prompt . But first thing, one or both smelled so strong of smoke, hard to be near enough to talk. They didn't offer much info anyway. When they were dragging the big hoses around the house I told them I had to make sure the dog wasn't in the yard if they opened the gate or he would run off. Since the front door had to stay open the whole time, I moved him from room to room. After dinner I let the dog out in the back yard, & sure enough, the gate was standing open, so he had a nice long run in the freezing cold , but fortunately this time he came back. Don't they learn to close doors & gates that they open? The other thing, my carpet was very clean until they finished. Now it has dirt in spots all over it from either hoses, their shoes, or both. I will be scrubbing today. They didn't warn me of these things or I would have been prepared. The next thing - left big piles of dust, from cold air returns on floor & openings to attic, looked like maybe little insulation in it. I know they probably don't carry small vacuums, but they could have borrowed mine or a broom just to leave things cleaner. Overall, wouldn't do again.

My allergies have been exceptionally bad this year so I decided to have our air ducts cleaned in an effort to alleviate my symptoms. It was easy to find information about Sears services online and I was able to get an appointment relatively quickly. The job itself took about 3 hours and went smoothly. I watched a video online prior to my service appointment that detailed what I could expect from air duct cleaning. The technicians did not cover each air vent to create a negative air flow as depicted in the video and when I asked about it, the technician was not familiar with the video but said that they never do that. The technicians reported that my ducts were not too bad (house is only 5 years old) but they did find mold in both systems. I opted to have them apply an additional antimicrobial treatment to the mold. It is guaranteed for 2 years and he said I can have them come out occasionally to check for mold regrowth. If mold regrowth occurs within the 2 year period, they will reapply the antimicrobial at no additional charge. I also paid for Sears to vacuum my dryer vent. Again, he said it wasn't terribly dirty but I think it's good to have it done every 5 years or so. It's been a month since the service was performed and I have noticed a marked improvement in my allergies. I'm not have to take medication every day anymore and I am glad that I had the service performed. The technicians were polite and knowledgeable but I wish they had taken slightly more care with how they entered my home. It was raining that day and they were constantly in and out of the house with wet shoes.

We just bought a 15 year old house, and the first thing that we have done was an air duct cleaning. They came on time, and worked fast. They noted that the house was not air duct clean because the original duct passage was still intact. Air duct should be done at least every seven years. They also advise us to have mold, bacteria chemical treatment - and when I asked them if they can do it also at that time, they did so. The air duct cleaning plus the mold, bacteria treatment amounted to, if I remember right, $450. They applied a discount on the air duct when I requested. The house smelled brand new after their work.
