Seagraves Plumbing Septic and Sewer

Mr Seagrave gave me some great advice and suggestions for how to proceed. I don't need any further help at this time, but will certainly call them if I have a problem again.

I like their prices and I like their service men. They were just good and honest. They were prompt. They were on time. They were very professional. Price is really reasonable and affordable. I called them that morning just for an estimate and they called me back within an hour and they've been even here by approximately an hour.

Justin at Seagraves (and his trusty assistant, whose name escapes me at the moment) is absolutely the best plumber I have ever worked with. Fast, efficient and honest with his feedback, I feel lucky to have them on speed dial. This past service was a fairly small service, but my first meeting with them was during that first big freeze this year. The one where Atlanta dropped to 8 degrees?! We had a pipe burst and water had destroyed a basement ceiling and some flooring and I was frantic. Even though there were many many folks also demanding their attention, they got to me speedily and diagnosed and repaired the problem very quickly. We had just closed on the house, so all this was quite a shock for us. Based on their great service we had them come out and replace all the shower heads in the house, diagnose some other plumbing issues (noisy pipes, water pressure issues, disposal), which they took care of with their usual speed and excellence. They also replace a steam shower unit for us. Their pricing was reasonable considering all they did. They were always punctual and if they were going to be late, I had a call or text message letting me know as soon as possible. I would highly recommend Seagraves plumging and especially Justin and his assistant, to anyone for any plumbing requirements. They truly know their stuff.

It went great! They showed up right away and knew what to do and how to fix it. These guys know how to to the hard stuff. They charged me a very fair price which is not always the case when an emergency comes up. I would not call anyone else. They deserve my loyalty.

We have used Seagraves for years and love them. They are always prompt to get to get to us, and if it is an emergency, they can get to us quickly. They always do a wonderful job and are priced very fairly.

First of all they turned the water off completely to my unit. I turned the water shutoff valve until it stopped and for all faucets in the condo water stopped flowing except at the toilet that was leaking and the shower and sink faucets in the same bathroom. The shutoff valve had to be turned very tightly to the right to completely shut the water off. The toilet was leaking at the toilet shutoff valve, so they replaced the valve, connector hose and fill valve. They were in and out within half an hour and cleaned up before leaving. I'm renting so I didn't receive the invoice so I don't know how much it cost to do the repair but they squeezed me in at the end of the day even though my appointment was scheduled for the next day because I was having to empty the bucket every 30 minutes. Elaine was great on the phone and the team of Matt and Fernando were AWESOME!

That turned out well. We were pleased with the service. He came out and fixed what needed to be taken care of. It took him about 2 hours. Everything has been in good working order since then. We appreciated the deal we got and scheduling was very timely with this company.

They replaced a non-working outdoor faucet with a working one. Everything went very well.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was great. I was very pleased that they were able to deal with my situation. It was a little unusual. They had to take a cabinet apart, inside the house, in order to replace the faucet, and it is a very high quality faucet.

I did not take full advantage of the service because we weren't really prepared to have full house plumbing inspection, but we really needed the outside faucet repair, which was part of the package. The gentleman came in, did the work, looked at the plumbing, repaired it, and it's perfect. They were able to schedule us right away and the gentleman showed up on time.

Initial contact went very well and a suitable time for the repair was agreed to. The person I spoke with was professional. We agreed to a time of 9:00 AM which I was told was the first stop for the day. The 2 workers arrived 20 minutes late, even after calling me beforehand to tell me they were on their way and would be right there. I called them "workers" because I have my doubts as to whether either one was a licensed plumber. They started work promptly. once there. Initially they had to correct me on an assumption I made that a whole house plumbing inspection did not mean a video of the sewer lines. While they were installing the faucet, I told them of several problems that we had with the plumbing and/or sewer lines. Upon completion of the install, they looked at one bathroom drain and advised me that the whole sink would have to be replaced. (I had already received a quote from a plumber to fix it.) That was the extent of the plumbing inspection. They did not even look at all the sewer or plumbing problems I mentioned, or check the plumbing, as I thought I CONTRACTED for. When they entered into the house, neither one removed or covered their shoes. It was a wet morning and tracks were left in the carpeting. I asked for several quotes, including drain cleanings, one install of an outside trap and the rebuild of the sink trap upstairs. If they would have done any checking of the plumbing they would have found a probable washer leak in the kitchen faucet and who knows what else, but no one checked. I asked for quotes to fix the problems, but I have not received any to date (over 10 days). To top it off, when we went to use the hose they reattached, it leaked at the new faucet. I hope it is the hose and not the faucet.. I gave a "D" on price since a everything was not done as contracted and a "D" on quality as I never received any quotes and I have to check the hose and/or washer before I know if the faucet is any good. If the faucet is not good, the grade will be lowered.

I purchased a deal on Angie's List for replacement of an outdoor water faucet at about 11pm on Sunday, so I was surprised when Matt and Fernando showed up at my house the next afternoon. Matt said they happened to be in the area and could replace the faucet right then - so very fast service. Part of our faucet was embedded behind some stucco, so I expected there to be an extra fee; However, they replaced the faucet by accessing it through the crawlspace and patched the stucco around it with concrete for no extra cost. The faucet works great and will be easier to replace next time.

Called ahead and arrived when promised. The two gentlemen who arrived were professional, polite, and friendly. I had no idea where the pipes ran inside the house, because the water heater nor any bathrooms are near the outside wall where the faucet is located. They found where it ran through the garage, cut a small piece of sheet rock and replaced the pipe and faucet with one of a much better quality in no time... No more leaky faucet! Everything is working perfectly! THANKS!

It was a very positive experience. After agreeing to the deal I got a call from Seagraves to schedule the appointment. I spoke to Kay, and she told me all about the deal and exactly what would be done. We agreed on a date and a time. The technician, Justin, arrived within the thirty minute window that Kay promised. I am used to a four hour window so this was a big plus. The job went exactly as promised. Justin was very professional and thorough. I had a number of questions, and he provided good answers . In the inspection, he identified a few items and provided a quote to get them fixed. No hard sell, which I appreciated. Overall, it was a very positive experience. I recommend this company. I will use them again.

First of all their team, Matt and Fernando, were on time for the appointment. They immediately got to work as soon as I had pointed out the defective water faucet with courteous and professional service. From the time the water was turned off to the time it was turned on again with a new outside faucet , they used their time efficiently. The new faucet works quite well. I will most definitely call Seagraves again in the future for other plumbing needs.
