Description of Work: Addressed number of small problems in our home including repairing cracked / broken sidewalk, repairing and repainting rotten areas of wood window trim, replaced light fixture w/ ceiling fan, cleaned some gutters, and took care of other misc. jobs. Mike did an excellent job both in the work performed and in his professionalism and timeliness. He also looked at a number of other items on my list and made suggestions of simple solutions that either he would do or I could take care of on my own. I greatly appreciated his help and definitely plan on using him again in the future.

Description of Work: I had a ceiling fan replaced with a fancy chandelier ceiling fan! Mike was great! He was able to accomodate my hectic nurse work shedule. He showed up on time. The new fan was more complicated to install than we anticipated. He didnt get frustrated or quit. He worked hard until he got it done. I love, love, love my new fan! I will definately use his company again.

Description of Work: Installed dishwasher and light fixture. Tightened loose bathroom fixtures. Spackled and painted. Assessed problem with garage door and opener and recommended replacement. Attempted to find additional remotes, but door and opener too old to repair. Replaced an outlet, but problem continued indicating underlying wiring issue, so he recommended an electrician. He was prompt and professional. He worked diligently on repairs to this old condo. Repaired what he could and advised what else to do. Price was fair. He reduced price on items he could not resolve despite expending some hours of effort to do so. Is personable and pleasant. I would certainly employ him again.
