I emailed Mike as per his request on his page. The next day he asked me where the property is located to confirm the service area. After I told him South Fulton (no address provided), he verbally told me his service area was 10 miles from 30315 and stated he was booked for 3 weeks (which he could have said PRIOR TO asking me where I was located). Where I live doesn't matter if you're booked and his reply could have simply said that - from the beginning. Overnight, he updated his profile and added: "service area 10 miles". He tried to convince me that he was not red-lining, but unfortunately after the fact does not matter.

Mike did an excellent job. The existing floors were very uneven b/c we have an old house & Mike spent extra time making sure all lower cabinets were level. He installed all cabinets & hooked up sink & appliances. He also renovated the 2 small bathrooms. Installing vanities, toilets, & new lighting.

Mike was awesome! He was more than professional and did BEAUTIFUL work!! The new vanity did not fit with the old fixtures and Mike did "surgery" on the new vanity to make it work and it fits beautifully now. The bathroom is amazing! I will definitely be keeping Mike's number for future jobs.

Great and efficient work. Mike is very responsive and usually able to come within 48 hours. Highly recommend. It is clear Mike is capable of much more complicated tasks than we've thrown his way.

Scheduling was very easy, and Mike showed up during the window he gave us. We had 3 faucets replaced. Mike did a great job and cleaned up after the job was complete. We needed some metal cables to replace our old plastic ones, and he sold those to us at cost. Would definitely hire him again.

Texting Mike to set up the appointment was easy, and he accommodated my schedule since I was already taking off work to meet with other repair people. Mike was friendly, professional, and did a fantastic job. Another handyman company quoted us almost $700 to fix the doors, Mike was much more reasonably priced at $200. Now all our doors work. I will definitely be contacting Mike again whenever I need a handyman.

Unexpectedly phenomenal. I will admit, being a single woman trying to get a trustworthy contractor / handyman / carpenter / landscaper is a struggle, but I was so lucky to have come into contact with Mike. He is communicative, and works well via text, which this day and age is the norm. He is very focused with his work. He works alone, but I did not feel like he was rushing trying to get to the next job even though his phone was vibrating which is a huge plus. He has a positive attitude, and stayed on point until the job was completed to my satisfaction. He was even kind enough to do extra help and did not charge me extra outside the quote. RARE!!! Positive, crafty, laid back attitude, definitely a guy you want on your team.

Mike was friendly, professional, honest, and thorough. He made sure everything was done right and well, and cleaned up after himself. I sought estimates from three different contractors/handymen and his was the lowest by far. Plus, he was great with my dog who tried to serve as his assistant. I would recommend him to anyone and plan to hire him for future needs!

I had receive multiple quotes upwards of $1500. Mike was prompt and responsive in emails to schedule the work. He arrived on time with all of the appropriate materials for the repair and he cleaned up afterwards. Bottom line I'm ecstatic with the results.

Mike did an excellent job on the installation. Arrived at the stated time and was in and out without any issues. This is the first time I've had a contractor actually show up on time, have all the tools required to complete the work and not make excuses for having to get a part or come back next week. Mike did a great job from start to finish. He was prompt and professional. We scheduled a time to visit and provide an estimate and then we scheduled to complete work. The estimate was reasonable considering a tricky window sill replacement and difficult to find older wood siding. I will definitely reach out again to Mike with RetroFix for work in the future.
