Description of Work: Glenn's crew (Marco, Torre, and Fred) called ahead of time, were precisely on time and conducted the most seamless move I have experienced. They never stopped, were thoroughly enjoyable and most importantly extremely professional. They behaved as if my move was the most important move ever and in the end, everything was perfect. They were exceptional.

Description of Work: Man, what a difference ! We sold our home back in June by a different company, the were the worst I'd ever experienced ! They moved us from one Alpharetta address to another (temporary living quarters) it was a nightmare from beginning (they were about 2 hours late due to their truck braking down. it just got worse from there. It took them about 12 hours,,ending in their rental truck breaking down ! Mark the Movers,,,the opposite experience,,,on time,,friendly , professional,,,they were actually fun to be around. I even mentioned that they actually seemed to like their job,,,reply, "We really do and we like making our customers happy and making their move happen without the drama" Paul who made all our arrangements gave us solid advice about our move,,I'm glad we took this advice made our move cheeper and way less stressfull. You can tell Paul has a complete grasp on his job and also likes what he does ! I don't plan to ever move again,,but if I had to I wouldn't bother calling anyone else. Oh yeah, they had a hard time manuvering our big A_ _ refrigerator into place in our brand new home and scratched the hard woods,,I think they felt as bad as I did,,,but not to worry Paul assured me they'll handle it and I know he will,,,not a doubt in my mind. These guys were so good and worked so well together,,it was a bit of a let down when they left ! I have told no less than 6 people in three days about Mark the Movers,,,I don't usually do alot of reviews but these folks have earned it !

Description of Work: We were selling a second home, a two bedroom, 2 bath townhouse in Savannah, and having the major furniture moved to our permanent home in Atlanta. More specifically, some of the furniture was being brought to our home and some being delivered to a storage unit less than a mile away. Mark the Mover gave us the better price of two estimates from top rated Angies List movers. They did indicate the process might take 2 days to load the furniture in Savannah, then drive 4.5 hours to Atlanta requiring unloading the second day. The two men loading the truck were extremely efficient, spent little time talking to us, but not being rude, loaded quickly, drove to Atlanta, unloaded some furniture at our home, loaded onto the truck an older sofa and loveseat, then unloading everything at the storage facility all on the first day. We were extremely pleased with the efficiency with no damage to hakkways, doors or the furniture. We would definitely use them again and might not even seek other bids knowing the quality of their work.

Description of Work: This is the 3rd time we've used Mark the Mover. There isn't anyone we've would rather use.

Description of Work: we needed to move some rare antiques from my parents house to our new home. Mark the Mover gave us a good estimate, and we had read good reviews on Angie's List, so we decided to use them. These guys were great!!!

Description of Work: From first call to arrival to delivery, everything was handled in a professional and courteous manner. David took good care of our possessions in transit and during the move. Could not have been easier. Took the real hassle out of moving. Thank you.

Description of Work: This firm made me regret the dread and worry I had given this office move! Stan was the scheduler, Charley was the crew chief. Both were fantastic. How many times is that true these days? No hassles, no damages---many extra favors. Entire crew were fast as one could ask with packing (which I will never do again as a doctor for the little I spent). I would NEVER consider another company.
