Description of Work: Luana and her husband clean my home every 2 weeks. They do great job... better than most. They are very professtional, and they are great with my dogs (and cleaning around them:) They are very trustworthy. They will use special products if you supply or they will simply use their own. Often they can run late for an appointment because they are very busy, but they always communicate if they will be late. If I ever think they have forgotten something, I will simply point it out and it is resolved immediately with no issue Because they come so frequently, I often leave a list of small additional things to do (i.e.wipe out fridge) on a rotating basis. They are the best home cleaners I have ever had.

+ -1 moreBecoming seniors has caused us to slow a bit. Checked Angie's List for some housekeeping help. Noted that Luana was highly recommended - called her - and for about 4 months now, have found all favorable comments to be accurate. Will continue with her services.
Description of Work: Luana and her partner clean our finished basement - 5 rooms + bath + shop - twice a month. $65 per visit.

+ -1 moreI gave Luana short notice that I needed the job done right away. She was able to work me in. She and her husband came for an estimate first and we worked out a convenient time for both of us. They worked for 5 and a half hours, non-stop. I knew my house was dirty but didn't realize just how dirty it was until she cleaned it! I'm still finding pleasant little surprises ("Look! She washed the window sills!" or "Wow, they even cleaned the baseboards behind this bed!"). They were pleasant, polite, quiet, and very professional. I am definitely going to keep using her services on a monthly basis ($90). I highly recommend Luana!!!
Description of Work: Luana and her husband did an initial "deep cleaning" of my home. They cleaned 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, den, and kitchen (the remaining rooms are being refurnished/redone). They cleaned from the ceiling to the floor, including everything in between. They dusted the ceiling, walls and baseboards, blinds, ceiling fan, louvered doors, and light fixtures. They polished all the furniture, cleaned EVERY item on all tables, dressers, etc. They scrubbed the bathroom and kitchen, vacuumed the carpeting, wet-mopped the floors, cleaned all the small kitchen appliances (can opener, toaster, etc.) and the outside of all the large appliances (fridge, oven, dishwasher). She used her own cleaning tools but my cleaning products.

+ 0 moreThey were recommended to me by my house cleaner. They are her relatives and she is so good I went with them. They were as professional as any professional company that I have ever used. The work was amazing and it was a lot cheaper than other places. We were so happy with how great it looked that we gave them a tip. They were courteous and cleaned up fast. The end result is marvelous. They were just so polite and amazing; it was a lovely experience.
Description of Work: They removed all of the wallpaper in my living room, dining room, and three hallways. Then they prepped and painted the walls.

+ -1 moreShe has a very reasonable rate and is very reliable. She does real heavy cleaning. I am so comfortable with her I leave her a key and she does the work even if I am not here. She does a marvelous job and when she is done you can tell she was there because it is a breath of fresh air when she leaves. My husband has allergies and I have cats and she does excellent with removing all of the dust and hair. She is a personable lovely lady and I can't speak highly enough of her. My wood floors have never looked better since she has been cleaning them.
Description of Work: Luana does all of the work herself; she is a one person company. She came and vacuumed, dusted, and mopped my floors with vinegar and water. She feather dusted every single shutter inside of my house. She polished and wiped down glass tables and cleaned the bathrooms. My house is 3900 square feet. She comes every other week.

+ -1 moreLuana is very professional and does an excellent job of cleaning my house. She prefers to deep clean on Saturdays and then comes during the week for the regular monthly visit. My husband was resistant to hiring someone to clean our house, but changed his mind very quickly when he saw the wonderful results of Luana's cleaning.
Description of Work: Luana provided an initial deep clean for $180 and is coming to my house monthly for $90. The regular monthly cleaning includes the bathrooms, floors, kitchen, windows, dusting, etc. Luana does not do laundry for us.

+ -1 moreWOW!!! What an IMPRESSIVE job Luana and her team did on our house. Since my husband got home, before I did, the day Luana came to clean, he called me to say, that they had done a GREAT job. Their attention to detail was great, they folded over the toilet paper like they do in hotels, wrapped up the excess cords and tucked them neatly away, and really cleaned the house thoroughly. I totally trust her too, she is just one of those people, who you know is trustworthy and dependable. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone.
