Description of Work: Did a fabulous job. They asked where to start and I sent them upstairs. I think I should have starts on the main level though as they spent more time up than down. I was having a big weekend party/occasion at my home and while bathrooms/ bedrooms were important, main level was more important. All was clean and looked great for my company. Little expensive though.

Description of Work: They did NOT show up! I was very disappointed with this service. I had put in extra effort to find a cleaning service that I thought would fit my needs perfectly. Unfortunately, I had to cancel twice (once because my new carpet had yet to be installed and the second time because I was in the hospital) and the company were not flexible enough to work with me. Despite the fact that I was only posponing my appointment and they knew I wanted them to continue coming on a biweekly basis after the initial cleaning they chose to turn me down. I wish to save someone else the trouble.... Unless you are positive that you will never need to reschedule an appointment, I suggest you skip Lily's Cleaning Service. God forbid you have an emergency because they have NO INTEREST IN WORKING WITH YOU!
