Not good. Unfortunately I would not recommend this company for their services. We paid them to clean our carpets and for a move-in cleaning of our new townhome and upon further inspection following the cleaning the kitchen was filthy and floors were filthy (a thorough cleaning was not performed). Unfortunately we spent hours actually cleaning the kitchen and floors as we were moving in the following day. We had already paid them for their services and tipped them well. We reached out to them with our findings and they stated they wanted to make it right but then NEVER heard back from them after repeated attempts of reaching out to them. Completely unprofessional and we feel taken advantage of. We paid THEM for a service in the middle of an already stressful moving process and that service wasn’t provided. Again, I’ve reached out multiple times to them and have not heard from them since June 22nd. They obviously have no interest of rectifying the situation. Never have I had such an unprofessional experience with a company. Never. I have some attached pictures of our findings after their “cleaning”. Clumps of the previous owners dog hair in the drawers, cupboards, dirt, food, filth. Nothing was touched. Update- the company responded to my google review stating that they never heard from me but I have reached back out 5 times now since June 22nd (today is July 10th) and not a single reply. I was communicating to Jeff the owner too. They are being dishonest. I would not recommend this company as they did not do a sufficient job with cleaning and from a moral standpoint (they took our money and have no interest in fixing the problem {reimbursing us} AND no interest in communicating with us). Keep looking.

It went well. They had a crew that was able to get a lot done in a short amount of time.

I don't fetnprodessional cleaners to do a superficial job. Some areas required scrubbing. Met resistance

Fair - oven was supposed to be cleaned but was not. I only noticed the next day.

It went ok...the kitchen cabinets still had spots and the light switches or window seals were cleaned. The gentleman who did the bathroom did a good job however the doors and knobs weren't wiped down. The house was empty so I would think those items would have been addressed. Very nice and professional people though

Great they were available on weekends and worked through lunch and were very focused on the areas of the house I requested. They were also very professional in bright t-shirts and were very qualified to do a great job!

I used Lily's to shampoo the carpets in the house I bought a year ago. We have two dogs, who tend to track dirt into the house, and there were already some carpet stains when we first moved in. Lily's sent two people who showed up on time and were very courteous. They vacuumed first, then shampooed the carpets. All the work took about an hour, and then about three hours to dry 100%. The carpets look great, and even those old stains came out. I will use Lily's again. A note: I removed all the furniture I could from all the carpeted rooms before they arrived, then I had them work around the big furniture (desks, beds, etc). To moves these heavy items, I believe Lily's charges $5 per item.

She does a wonderful job. We will continue to use her. I would recommend her to anyone.

They were extremely helpful to me in that they provided the service next day when I needed my house cleaned before company coming in town. I am very thankful for that. They arrived on time and immediately began to work. With a deep cleaning, I expect them to "deep clean" versus surface clean. Although the things they were missing would be expected to get clean on any cleaning. First, I was pleased that they were responsive to the things I pointed out while they were here and they went back to clean them. The guy did not appear frustrated at all with what I was pointing out, so that put me at ease to provide feedback. The first thing I noticed is that the bathroom was half cleaned. My 4 year had tooth paste on the cabinets and floor and I had to ask them to re-clean because they didn't work to get it off. Initially they didn't wipe the cabinets. There was dust that would come off with a simple wipe..... I had to ask them to redo it. They didn't clean the fixtures well, the water stains that happen under the facet were ignored. They put the rugs down on the wet floor after I asked several times that they wait until the floor dries. They did not move any of the easy stuff in the spare bedroom or my daughter's room. Simple things like the rug or baskets to "deep clean" the area under them. When I finally went down to check on the kitchen that was complete, I moved my blender and was convinced that she did not move the small appliances to wipe the counter OR she didn't put any elbow grease behind her wiping. I had to call her back downstairs to wipe the stove again because it was still dirty. I washed my dishes in the dishwasher before they arrived. I didn't think about them putting the dishes up while they were here. OH my! I looked for dishes when they left and she stuffed the dishes wherever she could fit them. Plastic with glass, everything was just mixed. No order at all. I had to take a picture because I honestly couldn't believe it. She could have simply called me downstairs to ask for advice on where to put it all. My spoons, knives, and forks.... thrown in the drawer. They were not organized AT ALL. Last straw that made me decide to write a review. They cleaned my oven. The dark brown liquid that comes out while it is cleaning has stained my tile grout because they did not wipe it all up. It has run under the refrigerator at this point. I am not sure why I paid for a deep cleaning because this was not a deep cleaning. I was still cleaning when they left. Wish I could be more positive, but half doing a job is not acceptable.

We contacted Lily's to bring the issues to their attention. They claimed that they would address them immediately but did not resolve the issues either at all or to our expectations. They were at all courteous about our pets. We repeatedly asked them to ensure that the front door was kept closed as much as possible and only opened when absolutely necessary. There was a ding in our hardwood floors from where they dropped a piece of their cleaning equipment. The final blow was when one of the women decided that it would be a good idea to empty the contents of their vacuum cleaner in our kitchen garbage can. It took several cleanings to restore the garbage can to a reasonably good state, but it has never been the same as it was before. And it's not some cheap inexpensive garbage can either...a $100 can from SimpleHuman.

I received a really good consultation and price and the gentlemen that came was veey knowledablge and friendly. I waited a day or two to finally get schedule but life happened and I had to contact him to cancel and be reschedule he told me he would call or text me later that day with a rescheduled date. That has been I think a month ago. I was never contacted again, since I really liked the company overall reviews and prices I emailed the company I think two weeks ago and still no response. I was going to reach out once more but my husband told me to move on, so I have. Another review stated scheduling was a price and not organized that review was correct.

They did a great job. During the walk through, the new buyers noted that the carpets looked really good. I would use them again. Thanks.

I requested that the carpets be cleaned in various areas of the rooms. I am still in the process of unpacking boxes. A number of workmen have been coming in and out of my new home. Yes,they did their best to avoid soiling the floors. However,the stains on the carpet was driving me a little crazy. Imagine looking at them everyday and saying, something has to be done.I called a few carpet cleaning companies before deciding on Lily's Carpet Cleaning. One company disconnected the call. All I wanted was someone to clean the areas I felt was necessary. I have every intention of cleaning the complete rooms when things are in place. Lilly's employee understood what I was trying to accomplish.Hooray!!! The job was done and I am HAPPY!!!!!?The employees were courteous, on time and very accommodating. I will reschedule carpet cleaning with Lily Floor/Carpet Cleaning.

very professional, contractors did a good job.

The crew did a great job as usual. They arrived at 8:30am and were done by 10:30am. The house was immaculate when the ladies finished. I like the fact I get the same people each time so they know what I expect and like.

They came to clean the house and they have no ride home. They did a very good job cleaning. Right now their unprofessional impeding on my life. The driver said he would be back in 15 min and it has been 2 hours now and he has not come back yet. I have contacted them numerous times and and they have yet to contact me back.

Excellent service! I liked that they came out to my house beforehand to give me an accurate estimate. Jimmy and Jeff are professional and nice guys - I also like that it's a family-owned business. Jeff and two helpers showed up exactly on time, and spent a bit over 3 hours swarming over my house and cleaning. They left me with a sparkling wonderful-smelling home! They cleaned everything I asked for, plus a few things I did not expect, like cleaning the crumbs out of my toaster, vacuuming my cat tree, cleaning a disgusting ashtray, and the tray I use under my kitties' food bowls. I will use them again to clean after I move out and would highly recommend Lily's!

These guys are the best! They were very professional, industrious, and effective. When they cleaned the windows they did the inside and outside as well as the individual blind slats. The appliances and bathroom fixtures were spotless when they finished. The rugs which had a lot of wear on them ended up fluffy and clean. They had a truck which housed an industrial strength carpet cleaner ... not just a portable version. Overall an excellent job!

Fantastic. I was able to schedule cleaning within less than a week. They were punctual and professional. It was scheduled on short notice so there were only 2 cleaners, and they spent 5-1/2 hours thoroughly cleaning my home. Besides the basics, they cleaned windows including the outside because my windows can be pulled in. This was an unexpected bonus! Also they steam cleaned the carpets which was 2 bedrooms and a hallway which looked great. They also unexpectedly steam cleaned an area rug downstairs! I don't know how their price measures up to other companies, but to me it was a good value, and I will be using them again.

Extremely thorough and attention to details that past companies missed. No short cuts taken and all staff are obviously experienced in proper cleaning methods, products and going above and beyond required. You will not find kissed areas when you pull back furniture or items on your counters or book shelves.

I have had my house cleaned by Lily's professional for 5 months now and they are consistently good and thorough. They confirm the day before and complete the tasks before I arrive home the next day. They are very flexible when I need something additional completed including carpet cleaning. Not may cleaning services can clean your house from head-to-toe in a few hours and do it well.

Their service is great. They clean thoroughly and put everything back where it was. I enjoy coming in on their cleaning day to a clean smelling home.
