Description of Work: Carpet Cleaning of whole house before move in.

Description of Work: They cleaned the carpets in 3 bedrooms, a living room, the dining room, and the stairs.

Description of Work: They cleaned my house following a renovation , where feet marks from all the mud foot traffic were all over the house. They came in quiet and professional as good listeners and did a great job!

Description of Work: Late and barely bothered to move furniture to clean carpets- clearly visible area wasn't vacuumed or cleaned.

Description of Work: Lily's did an excellent job cleaning my carpet. I was contacted approximately 30 minutes prior to my appointment to be informed that they would possibly be a few minutes late due to traffic which I greatly appreciated. Once they arrived they were very professional and began to work immediately. They offered to clean an additional stair case which led to my garage for a reasonable additional fee. The cleaning from beginning to end was complete in less than two hours. My carpet was left damp to the touch and dried within 12 hours. I would definitely use them again as they did an excellent job with my 1800+ sq footage of carpet.

Description of Work: They cleaned my house and cleaned common areas (carpet cleaning, dusting at my apt. I have used them several times and have been very satisfied with their work and thoroughness.

Description of Work: I was satisfied with the cleaning, but after many, many discussions about asking the staff to slow down so they did not scuff up my recently painted walls and damage the interior of the home, I realized they just don't take their business or the care of my home seriously. I recalled seeing complaints in previous reviews about the staff rushing through homes during cleanings, so I spoke with the owner about this before I hired them and on several other occasions. I even had him come out so he could see damage his staff did to walls in person. All of this is documented in numerous text messages to the owner/manager and I can share photos of damage to walls (referenced in the text messages) as well. They are nice people, but they are not cleaning professionals.

Description of Work: Clean the carpets in upper 2 levels including 2 stairs, well overall but there was a recliner sitting in the middle of a room that was not cleaned under.

Description of Work: Awesome cleaning company. I had given up on finding a reliable, thorough cleaning company. I had used two different providers in the past with disappointing results. I decided to just keep doing it myself. However, about six months ago, we decided to give it a try again because we now have two toddlers and two dogs. They do a really great job and their cleaning day is now my favorite day of the week! I also recently asked them to switch over to more organic cleaning products due to concerns for my kids. They had no problem accommodating me!
