I originally hired Lily's to do a one-time overall cleaning of the house as I had been with out help for many months. They brought in a crew of 4 or 5 and did a decent job. I'm a tough critic because I work from home all day and really see if they miss something. We also have 3 kids and pets so it's not an easy job. Because I liked their professionalism and hard work I contracted them to come back and clean on a bi-monthly basis. The first time they came back, I had some points that I had to make with them regarding my preferences on how to clean certain things and areas they missed. I communicated this via text message (our preferred communication tool) and it was received in a positive manner and I was assured that the issues would be corrected. They came back today for their 3rd visit and I am struggling to find ANYTHING that they missed. It's a great job and I definitely will keep using them. I appreciate their hard work and great attitudes. They always seem to be smiling and agreeable. They could use more clients on my side of town so please consider if you need cleaning help in the Roswell/Alpharetta area!!

I called on Tuesday and was told a crew would be able to clean my house on Saturday. When the young man asked where Johns Creek was, I asked if they serviced my area and was told they did. At 8 am on Saturday I was called and told they would not be coming as it was too far. My house goes on the Market on Monday and I wanted it clean. My husband (almost 71 with several chronic health problems) and I are stuck trying to clean the whole house ourselves because they backed out at the last minute. If the guy who answered the phone is new and didn't know what they covered, why didn't they call me right back on Tuesday so I could find another cleaning service. I now know they do NOT service anyone North of the Perimeter so if you live in Sandy Springs, Marietta, Roswell, Alpharetta, Johns Creek or Duluth do not bother to call them.

Excellent service and very easy to work with...I would highly recommend these guys. Jeff was great to work with and he exceeded my expectations. Not only did great work but he seems like a really nice guy.

Lily's cleaning service called up asking if they could show up thirty minutes early and that wasn't a problem. Since we booked them to clean on a weekend we got the full crew, five people I believe. I can't recommend these guys enough. They were very thorough, cleaned everything I asked them to and the pricing was very reasonable. I already recommended them to my neighbor across the street and I will definitely be using them in the future.

I would highly recommend this service. Very easy to work with, very professional. And the work was more than I expected. They take pride in doing a great job and make sure your satisfied with the results before they leave. I am now using them on a regular basis and am very satisfied with Lily's Cleaning Service.....

3 people arrived @ 2:00 PM & worked non-stop until 5:00 PM. They had no interruptions of their work from me or the rest of the family. When i went upstairs to write the check, he asked me to look it over and evaluate the job done. i pronounced it well done and handed him the check. i don't recall the last time the house was that clean.

When I initially called Lily's Cleaning Service, I spoke with Jeff to set up an appointment to do an estimate. He was very professional and flexible, as I ended up having to reschedule. On the day the crew was scheduled to clean, they arrived exactly at the time that was appointed. They barely had a chance to walk through the door properly before they began cleaning! lol Jeff did a GREAT job in the bathroom and the two ladies also did a good job with the rest of the apartment. After they were finished, Jeff made sure to ask if everything was to my liking, which it was. I had told him about my dislike of spiders, so he made sure to get them all...he even got the once that were in the housing unit for the A/C and water heater, he's the best! lol Should I need future cleaning services, I would definitely use them againa and I most certainly recommend them to anyone else looking to have their place cleaned! :-)

Based on reviews on Angie's List I contacted several companies to get a quote for a move in cleaning on a home we were purchasing. Sidor w/ Lily's was very helpful and was able to come give a quote when we met our realtor for our final walk through. The date on this changed because of some access issues, but Sidor had not problem making it work. I felt he gave me a very reasonable quote of $280 for a 3600 sf, 5 bed, 4 bath home and also let me use the 10% coupon I found on Angie's List. Sidor worked with me on dates and times because our closing was pushed at the last minute several times. Him and his team of 3 spent several hours at our new home last week and did a great job cleaning it. He gave me a quote for bi monthly and monthly service also which was also very reasonable at $130. I did find a couple of places that were missed after they left and we were moving in and unpacking, but nothing major that we could not handle and with a house that big it is certainly understandable. I did not contact him about these places, but I am sure if I did he would have come back to take care of them, but we were in the middle of moving and did not think it was necessary. If we decide to have our home professionally cleaned again I will 100% call Lily's. I have already recommended them to others.

My elderly Father had tenants in his home. After his death, the tenants moved out so the home could be sold. I live over 6 hours from the home and was "camping out" while I took care of estate issues. I called to get the home cleaned. Sidor came out in a timely manner to give me an estimate. I told him I had to return to my home but gave him access to the home so he could clean and have everything ready for my return. He and his crew did an Excellent job of cleaning; however, they did too good of a job! They totally removed everything from the home...my personal belongs, pots, pans, dishes, knives, utensils, food, bath towels, bath mats, hand soap, bar soap, the broiler pan for the oven, the meat themometer for the oven, silverware, cooking utensils, cleaning supplies, under the cabinet storage shelving and trays, even the floor plans for the house....EVERYTHING except my bed pallet! Most of the items were brand new because I had just stocked the home so I could stay there days at the time while settling the estate and selling the home. I was unaware that he had cleaned out everything until several days later. I contacted Sidor and we tried to resolve the problem. He returned a few of the items but said the other things had been thrown away. I couldn't believe that someone would throw away everything in a home. I might could have understood if the house was a wreck with litter and trash everywhere but this was not the case at all. All that was wrong was a need for a thorough cleaning. At the very least, he should have contacted me and asked before removing my items. My advice is - BEWARE - Be sure you are very CLEAR about what is to be done. Sidor and his crew do a very cleaning job. Just be sure they don't clean too much!

I'm very pleased with the team and the work they did. Jeff came for an estimate since this was my first time using a cleaning service. Thankfully I didn't need an extensive Deep Clean since it was in mostly good shape, just needed some help giving everything a once over before family came into town. They were accommodating to my quick schedule and did a wonderful job. They were also playful and tolerant of my friendly dog following them around "supervising". The cleaning agents they used were excellent about doing the job without being too harsh or pungent, in fact I quite enjoyed the faint scent. Overall I'm very happy with the work and the team and will likely be using their services again in the semi-near future. Thanks!

Our rental home was filthy thanks to previous tenants. Siddo and his crew were fantastic. I called one day in need of someone to clean the next. He gave me a quote within the hour and his crew was there on time the next day. The home was sparkling and Siddo did a final walk with me to make sure I was completely satisfied. Give them a call!

Siddo, the owner is very professional and makes sure he leaves his customers happy. I believe you goes beyond his duty to make sure everything is left spotless. I have continued to use his services on a bi-weekly basis because his customer service skills are fantastic. If there is a cleaning service you need I totally recommend Lily's service, you won't be disappointed!

Excellent. I couldn't have asked for more. I wish more companies had this kind of customer service! Sidor promptly contacted me after my inquiry on Angie's List. We set up a time to meet for an estimate. He was on time and even called to tell me he was on his way. He was professional and easy to work with. The day of the cleaning I was at work when they started so I can comment on start time but they finished at the original estimated time. I went by once during the cleaning and the crew of 3 (including Sidor) were hard at work. I was pleased with the work. They had done every task that we discussed. I would hire them again without a second thought.

They arrived promptly and were professional. I work from home and they did not interfere with this. They will now be cleaning my home on a regular basis.

They were 10 minutes early and started work immediately. They were effecient cleaning ceilings, ceiling fans, blinds ,behind cabinets, cabinet fronts, bathrooms. In the kitchen they cleaned the oven, microwave, and everything on the countertops. I was very impressed with the way Mr. Lily was so very careful with all my nick-nacks on my shelves, very gentle. After they were through (4 1/2 hours later) He asked me to look around. I was thrilled with the results. We made an appointment for the following month for a regular cleaning, which I will continue to use. I highly recommend this company.

Overall it was great. I'm looking forward to a long relationship.

The owner’s name is Sidor; he was very nice, personable, and professional. His staff brought their own supplies and worked very efficiently. They did an excellent job; they could not go wrong.

I called Sidor approximately 3 weeks ago. He came the next day and gave me an estimate with what I felt was a fair price. We had to wait a while for the actual cleaning because I was out of town. He called 2 days prior to confirm the appointment. He and his crew showed up at the scheduled time and immediately began working. I left them here and let them work. When I came home, I was thoroughly pleased. It appears that they cleaned every surface in my home including the fireplace which had not been used or cleaned since Jan. 2011. They did a phenomenal job and I called him immediately to be placed on his bi-weekly schedule. AWESOME!

Mr. Sider was prompt. He and his assistants worked quickly and thoroughly. They were detail oriented. The results were excellent.

I could not be happier overall. I plan to contract with Lily's Cleaning for bi-monthly service.

I connected with Sidor via another contractor listed on Angie's list. Sidor is extremely responsive. Very professional. I called him to tell him what I needed and arranged a time to come see the property that same week.

Sidor and his crew were punctual, pleasant and thorough. I hadn't had someone clean my house in a very long time, so did not know what to expect I am pleasantly surprised and very pleased with the job they did.

Well. The place was super dirty when we moved in and they did a great job considering they had to work around furniture and things.
