I was very pleased because they were professional and very courteous. They were eager to please me with everything they did. The steam cleaning of the carpet was very excellent. I was pleased with the entire cleaning of the house and carpets. They did an outstanding job and I would recommend them to anyone and use them again myself.

The service provided by Lily's was outstanding. A team of four came and thoroughly cleaned the entire home. They covered all areas listed on the deep cleaning service. We had a couple of trouble areas in the house that required extra attention and they were all taken care of. They even dusted behind large furniture. I will definitely be using their service again as well as referring them to my friends and family.

The Lily's crew did a great job! They cleaned all of the windows and inside of the ovens.

We used Lily's for the 2nd time last week, 11/19/14. After the initial visit, I informed Jeff that the wood floors were "dull" looking and he said he would use a 2nd cleaner this time. I also wanted to ensure that certain areas were dusted. I was not home during the 2nd cleaning, but I was very pleased upon returning home later in the day. The floors looked great, everything had been cleaned and dusted, and my home smelled fresh! My husband said Jeff and his team arrived, got straight to business, and left. Again, just as professional as the first visit. We plan to use him monthly moving forward and have already recommended him to a friend.

Everyone is always so nice and courteous, always on time, when they leave my house looks and smells so great. I look forward to their visit every month. They arrive with everything waiting at the door when they knock, everyone has smiles and greetings, and they start to work right away. They are a group of great ladies and gentlemen. Lily's team always shows up promptly, yet are flexible when my schedule goes awry. They are consistent and reliable, do a great job and are very nice. I have recommended them to several friends. Their costs are reasonable, and given that they work as a team, they get the work done very quickly.

Lilys is our 3rd cleaning service since moving to atlanta. I think it is important to find people who not only clean well but have staff that are consistent and professional appearing. Lilys meets and has exceeded my expectations for a cleaning service. I recommended them to a friend (who is not part of the AL community). He has also used them for several months now and is very happy.

I called the number to request a quote/free estimate on home cleaning services. A male answered the phone and wanted to know how many bed/baths I had. I explained 5/3. He then asked what services I was looking for. I told him I was looking for weekly cleaning or bi-weekly cleaning. He then questioned what services I needed on the first visit. I was confused so I hesitated to answer. In my hesitation he asked if I needed my baseboards cleaned. I explained this was a brand new house and that I wanted to start services for routine cleaning and that I only needed routine cleaning. He questioned me again asking if I needed any deep cleaning. I said no. He said no baseboards? I said the baseboards are clean. He asked if I needed my stove or refrigerator cleaned. I said this house and everything in it is new and clean I do not need a deep cleaning. He paused as if he was confused and asked one last time about baseboards. Again, I said no. Finally he decided to give me a price. Never offered to set up a time to see the house and did not even bother to asked how many square feet the house was. He just gave me a cost. The first cleaning would be 160 after that 125 for weekly and 135 for bi weekly. I was confused as to what the difference in the price was and was quite upset that someone would force a deep cleaning in the beginning just so they can give a higher price for the initial cleaning. I can't say that he was unprofessional because he was not rude, but I want to say he was unprofessional because he sounded as if he did not care. If I plan to have someone in my house to clean it I at least want to feel like they care. My personal items will be in their care and I am expected to put my trust in those individuals and not fear that one day I will have a home invasion or that my items will slowly begin to disappear from my home. So, I said thank you and hung up. Contacted another business who came out the next day, was very professional, and actually obtained my business without price gouging.

I called Lily's the morning of June 2nd and talked with Jefferson. We made an appointment for him to visit and give me an estimate that evening. He came and gave me a very satisfactory estimate for the cleaning to be done (in addition to explaining what they would do and showing me his business credentials, etc.). We made an appointment to do the cleaning the next day. He and one helper came earlier that the appointed time (with my permission), and did an very thorough job in cleaning a house that needed cleaning badly. The job took much longer than he anticipated, but he stuck to his original estimated price. I could not have asked for a better job and price.

Did a great job in my opinion, my wife said they missed a couple of things. Oops!

They increased the prices on me and made me question their ethics and morals. They left without saying anything. The pricing is important. I think I was deceived because I was a woman. I also think they saw that my house was big, and increased the pricing. I didn't like how they were unprofessional.

Came on time, 4 people in total, cleaned extensively and cleaned kitchen floor. They were punctual and did great work, I am going to call on them next month.

The cleaning they did was just surface when it was suppose to be deep. I had to point out obvious things that they did not address. I have used him in the past but this job was not nearly as good as previously.

They do a great job. This is the 4th or 5th time I have had them come out and they do a great job. Last time, they broke a decoration and fixed it without hesitation. Good customer service.

A great experience. I had been in the hospital and was unable to do my own cleaning. I thought I needed a one time cleaning but will definitely use this company again and tell my friends about them. From the initial phone call to request a quote, which Dortul did himself, I was impressed. He sat down with me showing me his credentials, insurance, bonding, letters from satisfied customers and explained exactly what they would do, which was much more than I had expected. When he told me cleaning the oven and refrigerator were included in his price I was sold. Everyone worked hard and I was not inconvenienced in any way. As the ladies left they even took their brooms and wiped away cob webs on the front porch which was not contracted, just a courtesy.
