We use Lawn.com on a weekly basis to mow and maintain our front and back yard. They have been doing it all Summer and our yard has been stellar every time they work on it. Whenever we need anything in particular we can give them them a call and they get the job done! No need to look anywhere else, go to Lawn.com!

I cannot say enough about Lawn.com and their team! I have worked with a lot of landscaping companies in the past few years and they are BY FAR the most professional and reliable company I have worked with! The work is done on time and never overpriced. I recommend them to everyone I know and feel very fortunate to have found them on Angie's List :)

They do a great job and they send an email reminder before they come and if you don't need their services that time, no harm no foul no charge - they don't make you pay a monthly fee - just for services rendered! Also, if the weather or some other factor (equipment breakdown) occasionally get them off schedule, they let you know right away. They offer other services if you need them and we couldn't be happier with the work Lawn.com does and the customer service they provide!!

Lawn.com has been doing our lawn for at least a year now... I can't even remember exactly how long, but they do a great job. Highly recommend Lawn.com and their crew for all of your lawn service needs! They are Great about communicating and when they will be at your home also if they get off schedule for some reason (like weather), they are always great about letting you know. Give them a try!

This was our first year using Lawn.com and it was great. They show up every week and do an excellent job. We had additional work bid and their price was fair and the work was excellent, also. We have already signed up for next year.

If you are looking for a lawn service company that is all about service and customer satisfaction you need to call Lawn.com. When they are running late they always call to let us know. I've never had a lawn service company care that much to call if they are running behind. The service is absolutely amazing and I never have to tell them twice what to do. Again, if you're looking for someone to maintain your lawn this is the company to call!

They did more than I asked them to do. Due to the weather they had to reschedule my first service date but they made sure to give me a call and inform me that my lawn service had been rescheduled. This company more than exceeded my expectations!

These guys did a FABULOUS job on my yard! When I called Lawn.com I was given a quote over the phone and it took about 3 or 4 minutes for them to get me signed up and on their schedule to be serviced. They do great work and are pretty affordable.

This past weekend, Lawn.com worked on our yard for 3 hours and they made sure to do a great job! I first called for a last second service for my lawn that I needed done for the 4th of July. These guys came out the next day and did a fabulous job. They were professional and friendly. Thanks to these guys my lawn is looking great again!

This was our first time using Lawn.com and I must say we were highly impressed. They were very professional and they took their time and did a fantastic job on a yard that was a complete mess with leaves and branches. I highly recommend hiring Lawn.com for any lawn service needs!

I had a very BAD customer service experience with this company. They kept rescheduling my service date and by the 3rd time, I told them that I would look for someone else to do my lawn. The excuses that they gave to me for rescheduling my service date lacked integrity and really were made-up. With this company, the problem is that there is a disconnect between their ability to handle new customers/clients vs. not having enough crews and workers to do the new jobs/workload. In other words, they had more customers to service than they had workers/crews to do the jobs. At one point, I asked the Supervisor at the Call Center: Why are you taking new customers when you don't have enough work crews to do the jobs? What is my answer to this question?: GREED. I waited an additional week for this company to get their scheduling problem right and it cost me extra money when I finally got my lawn cut because it had gotten thicker and more out of control. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

The crew did a very good job of cutting my lawn and used state-of the art equipment. The guys were very detail oriented with shaping my hedges and even sprayed the weeds when they were getting ready to leave. The crew is licensed, bonded and insured and can even perform the task while I'm at work. I would recommend this service to anyone that needs fast, affordable lawn care.

The crew was very professional. I came home from a long day of work to my lawn completed. I may need to upgrade my package so they can take care of my bushes and I will be happy to do it. I'm excited about these services since I work so much and don't have time to take care of my lawn. Thank you so much for being so great. Keep up the good work!

The first time I had some issues; the crew did not put things back in the front the way they found them. They cut my grass and just forgot to put stuff back where they found them. The last service part of the service included edge trimming and they left the edge clipping on the ground. They take your credit card when you sign up so as soon as they do the yard work then they use your credit card which for me I'm used to getting an invoice and then paying it at the end of the month. Apparently they failed to mention when they take the credit card as we go to make sure we run it through to make sure it's a good one for a dollar. So, then the fact that they hadn't done service in three weeks and I called them that I was supposed to have it twice a month and it's already the middle of the month, how are you planning on giving me two visits when the month is almost over? Then the guy said, "Well, let me look into that and I will call you back or email you." I didn't get anything and then I get an email Monday night, "We're coming to do your yard on Tuesday." And I was like, "Is this what he meant by responding a week later?" When they they came they did come like they were supposed to.

I scheduled service on May 5. They couldn't give me an exact start date, but I told them I needed it as soon as possible. I never heard anything so I called a few days later and they said it was scheduled for May 12th. I live out of state and was having renters move in on the 15th and my renters informed me on the 13th it had not been mowed as there moving some items in early. I called that day and was told they would get back to me. I never heard anything through the weekend so I called back 3 or 4 additional times the following week and was promised a return call each time which never happened. No one has been rude or anything on the phone, but they blamed it on scheduling software, repeatedly apologized, but never gave an answer. It is May 20th and I still have not gotten my lawn mowed and have not received a single response of when the lawn is scheduled or anything they are doing to fix it other than they are calling me back which never happens. I know there have been some weather delays this week, but that is still inexcusable to not even call me back. Do NOT use this service unless you have no time expectations on getting your lawn mowed. The benefit is the pricing came back competitive if you can get them out there.

Company didn't show up in a timely manner. I specially ask to be notified in advance before arrival for service. No one called with notification, nor did they provide the services advertised. They advertised a first time free visit, with the expectation that 14 day regular service would be contracted in the future. They requested by credit car information when schedule the first visit. I will be cancelling the contract and wouldn't recommend this company in the future.

Due to positive feedback here on Angie's list, I called Lawnservice.com on April 13th to contract their services. The woman giving the quote was friendly and professional and we set up the first service to be done on our yard on April 20th. I paid by cc and contracted for service to continue every 10 days. I received an email with the contract information and was so far impressed with the company. We were not at home on the scheduled service date (this was discussed and okayed in advance), but did have someone at the house to watch our pets. When we returned, we noticed right away that the lawn had not been cut. I contacted the company and asked why the lawn hadn't been cut. I was told they would check with the service team to find out what happened. The following morning, I received an email with an apology and an assurance that they were looking into it and would contact me as soon as a new service date was scheduled. Later that afternoon, I called the company again asking directly for the customer service person who had sent the email. She did not know who I was an wanted to know "if I was calling for a quote" When I explained the situation, she told me she would find out what was up (again). She called later and told me that the service team said they did cut the lawn. When I asked when they said they had been here, she again said she would have to "check with the service team" I told her I needed to have an answer and a new service date scheduled by the end of the day or we would have to cancel the service. She never called back. When I called the company the following day to cancel, I asked to speak directly to the same customer service person and they refused. At that point, I cancelled the service. It's disappointing since the reviews here were so positive and my initial contact was positive. Unfortunately, once they had my cc information, all I got was the run-around and no lawn care.

Were prompt & professional and did a great job. It took a little longer than usual due to some equipment failure but yard looks like a golf course. Yes, will have them come out again.

The experience was extremely easy. We called in to get a quote, which we received immediately. They told us our first cut was free which was awesome and unexpected. We chose the package where we are serviced every two weeks. They came out on the day they told us and performed what they said they would do. They called to check in the day after to make sure everything was completed to our standards and even sent over before and after pictures. They told us the next time they would be out to service the yard. It seems to be a very well run operation with great communication which we love!
