The cleaner was great. Nothing against her. I hate not having a person to talk to. All of their business is conducted through the app and the app doesn’t make sense to me. Or I had to conduct business thru email to resolve a situation. But the person that showed up at my house was great.

Money was Paid! Services have Not Been Performed!!! The header at the top of your questionnaire identifies Atlanta and surrounding area for housecleaning services. I live 200 miles South of Atlanta. Why is a broker trying to schedule a house cleaning service for Tifton, GA out of Atlanta. Must be an uninformed broker and boiler room operator!!! Service rescheduled by Handy. I don’t trust that a “Pro???” will show up as scheduled. Payment was prepaid. No scheduled Pro is currently showing on Handy App. I will Never Recommend Angie’s List!!! Francis Moody

first person did good job. That person did not return in 2 weeks, i was not told. They sent a different person. Did not clean bathtub, left rugs from kitchen piled on floor, rug from bathroom left in living room. Did not wipe down appliances, did not clean microwave, swiffered one shelf in living room. Will not use again

Handy responded very quickly to our initial request. Very thorough and did a great job. Crystal is great.

Beyond the call of duty he went home to get tools to fix my towel rack that was witin the time frame but not part the original order Whatta guy !

Excellent-in addition to cleaning the usual, this professional went the extra mile in cleaning out the cat room that I’d long since given up on until the cat was gone! Cat and I are both happy!

The guy showed up a few minutes late and had no idea what he was doing. About halfway through my scheduled time he admitted this was the first house he ever cleaned professionally. Said he had lost his job and was working cleaning homes to hold him over. He was pleasant and polite but he had no idea of how to clean.

House did not smell clean or felt clean. No dusting was done. Powder cleaner left in bathtub. Would not use again.

Terrible. The first pro showed up late and left after less than two hours of a 4 1/2 hour booking. She did a terrible job. She didn't clean the oven, refrigerator, fans, light fixtures, switch plates, blinds. The house was still filthy when she left. She texted me asking for a five star rating and assured me the house was professionally cleaned. When I complained to Handy and demanded that someone finish the job, she sent me an nasty text. The second pro didn't even bother to show up. She sent a text asking me to cancel and reschedule with another pro because she didn't want the job. This against Handy's policy. Apparently she told Handy that she did the work. Customer service was almost exclusively by email and the representatives never seemed to understand the situation. I eventually was refunded for 2/12 hours and $3.00 for the inconvenience. I recently got another email from Handy stating that the second pro did do the work. She did not. No one in customer service seems to know what is going on. I eventually hired another company at a premium price in order to get the work done properly. I will NEVER use Handy again.

Good. Knew what she was supposed to do and had the supplies.

Not well. The entire house was empty. Dirty finger prints were still on light fixtures. Dust was still in window seals. One bathroom was mopped only. Tub and sink wasn't cleaned. The floors were clean. Jeremiah texted and asked for a $50 tip. The only tip I can give is learn how to clean

They were to arrive at 10:00 AM for their very FIRST appointment with me. At 9:01 AM that morning I received a text message notifying me that they would not be coming. Not only did they cancel at the last minute, they weren’t even professional enough to notify me with a personal phone call.
