Handy House Cleaning

piece of s*** company and thieves on april 6th requested service the contractor never showed up. Contractor kept texting he's on his way and marks on the app he's arrived and work is started. I contact Angi and tell them no one is here they confirm he never showed and said I would not be billed and after repeatedly trying to charge my card 2 mos later they take the money. I call them to tell them and the d*** service agent is laughing with co workers. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Work was great. But we can’t afford it

I rate her a 3. Dusting with feather duster does not clean all the dust. Dust around objects. The shower could be cleaner. They arrive just before 9:00 and left at 10:40. I don't think I receive allotted time to do everything right. Please don't send them back. I'm 69 years old and don't want to have a problem because I was not completely satisfy. I really don't believe that I receive $168.00 worth of service.

It was great. She did great job and the house looks great. I would hire her again.

Someone contacted me and quoted a prie of $131. I told her I had to check with my daughter and son-in-law on date to schedule since they made the purchase. I just live with them. She promised to call back next morning at 9:30. My daughter stayed home to take the call and get it scheduled. SHE NEVER CALL BACK!!!!

They canceled. I was left with no help on the last day of my lease. Very un-professional. I had to scramble to find someone on a Sunday to do the job. I recommend that no one use this un- professional service. Where my refund Handy?

Not well at all. They used an all in one cleaner/polish; unfortunately, it didn't polish my floors and they did not sweep or use the dust mop well, if at all. After introducing them to my polish, dirt was mixed in with the polish, leaving a gritty looking surface. Also, polish was dropped on the top of my wood table in the den, leaving a lump on my table that I cannot remove. The entire furniture was not polished as request in all area of the home. To top everything off, they were late for the appointment. Being late should have been a sign for me to cancel the service. They were nice and worked fast. I just threw money away; I want 50% of my money back.

WAS NEVER CONTACTED. WILL NOT CONSIDER AGAIN~~!!!

They never showed up, I want a refund

It didn't go because I was unsure about timing and our plans. Since our plans are so unsettled at this time, I couldn't make definite plans about anything. It seems like our plans and needs change daily. We are talking about a third person moving in with us, he has pets, we are looking at moving to another home in the area, or out of the area, a town away from here or just staying put. Our indecision is not fair to a potential house keeper so we are just putting the project on hold till we have some answers. I appreciated her prompt response and reply to my inquiry. Did not dust everything and floors were not clean.

Workers and service was excellent!!!

I was not satisfied at all. She only cleaned one less room that was paid for. Three instead of four. The kitchen was not finished. The stove liners were not removed and the top of hood was not cleaned. The outside refrigerator door was not touched. She did mop the kitchen and bath but not mop the hardwood floors and did not clean the floor under my bed. The front porch was not swept.

They clean our house just like new. Great services.

She did not take out the trash, barely dusted, didn't dust the stair banister. Had to re-mop the floor. I should have had thirty minutes for more cleaning but it took twenty minutes to re-mop. Then I had ten minutes left and she says "do you want me to do anything else?" I just told her to go.

Great!!! 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, and kitchen.

Allegedly text me from the house to ask if items in bathroom cabinet. On inspection, learned never arrived at the house. Company refunded full payment. Left us in a bind as it was moving day.

She was on time. I paid for a deep clean but don't know if she knew or not. i NEVER RECEIVED A COPY OF THE CONTRACT. The bathroom tile had some mildew. So easy to put a little bleach on it. But it was not cleaned. I cleaned it with bleach and Bam it came right off. But like I told Handy their customer service pales in comparison to her work. They are terrible. Read the reviews on them.. I was told when I made the deal that I would not pay until I was satisfied. Well, I was not satisfied. And I never could get the customer service on the phone. Had to get a call back several hours later.,. ASKED FOR A COPY OF THE CONTRACT SERVERAL TIMES.

Fair. Some things that should have been done weren’t - some things were sloppily done and too much time was spent on some things - I don’t like the three hour time limit - work should continue until the job is done. It wasn’t so I had to pay more for completion - not happy about that

They didn’t show up the day of the appointment. I had to contact them instead of them contacting me. The first impression of this company was not a good one. They offered to reschedule the appointment but I decided if this was their first impression I wouldn’t use their services.

She was great. Courteous and completed each task. Very professional.
