Description of Work: Came out to fix one thing, but did a "quick check" of other areas of the home's baths and found many other things he wanted to fix. We had had another plumber out the day before and he was twice as high on several of the projects he proposed. He charged $150 to fix one item that literally took him less than five minutes to complete. Did a major job for us and work was fine, price okay.
