Description of Work: I had a gas line moved in my basement. It was a short term deadline and they were very flexible with me. Everyone from the quote to the completed project were very nice to work with. They were on time and neat. The follow up and timeliness was spot on!! I would and will be using them again.

Description of Work: I have used this company several times over the past years. I had two toilet repairs in October 2012. The tenant called today to say the toilet was running - so I called Atlanta Plumbing Plus. I found out that the company had been acquired and was now Fulton Services. I explained my issue, and that I needed them to address an issue that had been resolved less than 6 months previous. They sent the tech out to check on a runny toilet, and called to tell me it would be 352.00 for a flapper. They previously have done the same work on another toilet, and confirmed it was the same parts.,etc - but the charge at that time was 218.00. I inquired why there was such a large price increase, and he said we have our own rate card and aren't following the prices of Atlanta Plumbing Plus. I have four properties and have used this company exclusively for 4 years, but will now be looking for a new plumbing contractor

Description of Work: Let me first say... I am so very happy with APP! They gave a great bid and provided exceptional service! Last year our sewage line was clogged with roots from 60 years of growth. We live on hill. We need to rerun the sewage line from the house. Other companies quotes $5000-7500. There bid was $3250 including tax with too added cleanouts... One at the top of the house and one at the bottom of the hill at the city line.! Add another $250 and they'd rerun the supply line too. DEAL! Fast forward nine months to today..... The line is backing up again. This time roots are in the city line at the bottom of our hill. Out comes Keith and spends two hours... and clears the line. "How much Keith?" "Nothing Chris." says Keith. <He points at his van> "Like it says there: 100% Satisfaction." "Awesome!" Bottom line: Best, most cost effective and most trustworthy plumbers EVER! Thanks APP! And a special thanks to Keith and Linda!

Description of Work: Arrived on time and were able to fix a faucet that had been problematic since installation. Added on a request to fix a toilet that was not refilling properly and they were very accommodating . Professional polite and clean. I would recommend.

Description of Work: I made two phone calls to set appointment for installation of a kitchen faucet as a Big Deal for $265. Phone was anawered both times by real humans, Linda and India. Both were great to deal with. The plumbers, Keith and Willis,were on time and handled a glitch in the process with ease. I had miscommunicated the layout of my sink (I thought it had three holes, it only had two), so the faucet that came with the Big Deal didn't fit. Keith called the office and they came up with a Moen faucet at Home Depot that would work. He picked up the faucet in about 30 minutes and Willis had it installed quickly. There was an upcharge of $40 for the Moen. (reasonable). During the downtime I got some good hints from both guys for working through a bathroom remodel. One of the fun stories there involved a contractor who if I wanted a tub besides the one they provided would have to charge $735 for a tub that cost $270 at Lowes, and no, I couldn't buy it myself. If there weren't other trades involved that made me want to deal with a general contractor for the remodel, I'd use these folks.

Description of Work: Repaired a facet and a leaky toilet

Description of Work: I had a small crack in the connection from my water meter (in the yard) to the pipes leading to the house. It was not an easy repair because they no longer make this type connector but Micah was relentless in finding a way to solve this problem and ultimately, stop the water leak. I still have a larger problem to solve but the immediate one was taken care of for now.

Description of Work: I was getting exorbitant water bills for the last three months and told I probably had a leak. I called Atlanta Plumbing Plus form my Angie's List magazine, with the intention of getting more than one estimate and then making a decision later. When Keith arrived, he spent so much time diagnosing the leak and ended up having to get on his hands and knees and dig near the foundation of my house, getting his arms were steeped in mud to the elbows just to give me the estimate. So, I let him finish the job. My main pipe was cracked and he replaced the whole thing. After his long day, of a couple of hours work, I decided to ask him if he could look at a shower that had not been working for well over a year. He said yes, went upstairs and within 5 minutes said he could rebuild the handle for a little over $150. My husband and I were ecstatic. He got whatever pieces he needed from the truck and fixed that as well. This was all on a Friday afternoon (well into rush hour when he left). That night we used that shower and had a high-pitched sound, so I called them back on Monday to let them know, expecting to make an appt. for Tuesday. Instead, they said they would send Keith back on his way home. He trouble-shooted, he fixed, same problem. He then called Moen, told him to replace the shower head, which he did, with one nicer than mine and it worked perfectly!!!! He then proceeded to fix another loud noised faucet, my outside hose, upon request. Absolutely fabulous!!! My husband says, "we have a plumber for life."

Description of Work: Chris did a superb job of investigating the problem BEFORE he began work--I loved that he ruled out unnecessary disruption to my home. One he determined it was a kitchen sink drain line, the work was done right the first time and he double-checked it before he left. Chris is prompt, professional, polite and highly-skilled--great service all around!

Description of Work: At 11 pm on July 28 I noticed a puddle of water in my bathroom. I was leaving on vacation the next day and had to be at the airport at 2 pm. I called two plumbers late at nigh from Angie's Listt. Linda, the owner, was helpful and able to have a plumber to my house early in the morning by rearranging another appointment. The plumber showed up promptly and searched for the problem, which was not apparent, until he found it and fixed it. Although the solution was simple and really a bandaid until I can remodel the bathroom completely, I was pleaased with the service.
