Very professional and clearly knowledgeable. Hiring a plumber can be very challenging as there seem to be a lot of 'hacks' out there that don't really know what they are doing. This company is the real deal - knows whawt they are talking about, ispires trusts, delivers as efficiently as possible and at a reasonable price.

The toilet wouldn't flush. I looked in the tank and saw the stopper had separated from the flusher unit. Atlanta Plumbing Plus responded quickly. The plumber, Ken, was very courteous and professional. He explained the problem, and gave me a couple of suggestions for the repair. Since the toilet was an older model, Ken had to go and purchase the parts. He got the parts quickly and within a short time had completely repaired the toilet. I was impressed with his professionalism. I would definitely recommend Atlanta Plumbing Plus.

Ivan did a great job. He came out, diagnosed the problem and then was able to come a few days later and replace a large cast iron pipe under our house with PVC ones. He was very professional and courteous. He stayed for about 4 hours and the job was completed satisfactorily. We had had problems for years with poor drainage in the kitchen and laundry room and now all is solved!

The plumber, Ken Johnson, arrived promptly and was able to diagnose the problem right away. After going over what repairs would be necessary and how much it would cost, he went right to work and my problems were solved in a timely manner. I would use this company again and recommend to friends and neighbors.

The installers of my new washer and dryer were unable to disconnect the old washer hose for fear of breaking the water pipe inside the wall. I called Atlanta Plumbing Plus on the morning of May 21 right after the installers left. This was my first experience with the company. Linda was very kind and understanding and scheduled Ken to come out that same afternoon. I didn't expect such a quick response and was very impressed with this and the fact that she was sending me a Master Plumber. Ken was extremely professional and knowledgeable and had a great personality. I knew instantly that I had found my new plumber. Ken had quite a challenge getting that hose disconnected, but he succeeded. He recommended braided steel hoses, saying that he had never known one to burst, and I went with his recommendation. I'm very happy with my new steam washer and dryer and their beautiful braided steel hoses; and I feel secure in the knowledge that whatever plumbing challenges lie ahead, Atlanta Plumbing Plus can handle them. Routine service call. Nothing unusual. Service was satisfactory. Tech nician was polite and professiona. Cleaned up after himself.

This was a smooth transaction from start to finish. My initial phone call was answered by a real person who was helpful, informative, brisk and efficient. I got an appointment in a week's time. The serviceman called to confirm the time and came within the specified time window. He knew exactly what to do and was particularly helpful. He even flagged down the trash collector to get them to take the box that the toilet had been delivered in. He also looked at a leaky sink and advised me that the source was a faucet that I could more cost effectively fix by replacing it myself. Which I did. Excellent. I would use them again and recommend them highly without reservation.

The price included labor and the toilet. I called in the morning, and Rick was at my house by 4:30. They are extremely clean, they were paper booties, and we got what we paid for. Their rates are very reasonable, and I would use them again. I can't stress enough how clean they are. They didn't make any mess taking out my old toilet, they are really good people.

I walked into a puddle of water in the toilet area of my master bathroom due to a leaking toilet. I contacted Atlanta Plumbing Plus which I chose from Angie's List and a technician (Thomas) was sent immediately. He explained the problem along with my options. He replaced the tank to bol kit, ballcock, trip lever and flapper and toilet supply. He was done in no time and I am absolutely pleased.

We found several leaks in our home and called Atlanta Plumbing. They were quick and very professional. Even the dogs liked them! Additionally, when we thought one of the leaks had "resprung," they came back out right away and didn't charge us. I will definitely be using this plumber again.

I am very pleased to recommend this plumbing service. I initially spoke with the owner on a Saturday. She was the one answering the phone. What I requested was to have my water turned on. It actually became much more complicated than that! The plumber, Thomas, turned up very punctually, wearing a clean uniform. He was courteous, helpful, patient, and spoke well. The house shut-off and pressure regulator needed to be changed. Thomas came by three times before we actually found the building shut-off. That was after I had not had much success getting the management company to tell us exactly where the shut-off was. I let Thomas deal with them after that! On his third visit, things went well. He worked non-stop and explained the procedure and then went through the house testing all the faucets. He was very professional and answered all my questions, even ones that had nothing to do with plumbing! He was organized and cleaned up after he had finished. I had also to e-mail the owner on a couple of occasions to apologize for his initial wasted time. Her responses were kind and understanding. I would definitely use this company again. The reason that I rate the price as "fair" was because I had not calculated such a large amount into my budget, so it was a bit of a shock. Being a first time home owner, I am not aware of prices for any kind of professional work, but I think - just maybe - that it was a little pricey. Nevertheless, the correct manner in which this company dealt with me will surely mean that I will use them again.

The work turned out fine. They were professional, prompt, and courteous. They were a little pricey, but the work was great.

We contacted Atlanta Plumbing Plus in late morning. They promised us that a plumber would be available after 2:30 that afternoon, and would call before travelling to our home. They estimated the cost to install a new heater would be $860, but that it might go up if building codes required an upgraded infrastructure. The plumber did call at 2:30 p.m., and told us he would be arriving by 3:15 p.m. After examining our current heater, he told us a new unit would be required, and itemized the cost for the total job. We agreed to the cost. He worked until 9:30 that evening, with no breaks other than dinner, and did a professional installation, with a complete cleanup. Our only small disappointment was that the original telephone estimate did not include the disposal cost for the old water heater, which we expected would have been a standard part of the installation package. The disposal cost was listed at the on-site inspection, and we gave our approval before the work proceeded. We were very pleased with the results.

I was able to get a 7:30 AM appointment even though the earliest appointment normally starts at 8:00 AM. Linda, the office manager/scheduler, was very friendly and accommodating. Ken called about 30-45 minutes before the appointment to let us know he was on the way. He was right on time for the appointment. Ken was down to earth and very friendly. He did an excellent job on my bathroom and cleaned up after he was done. Again, another excellent experience with this company!

I had new kitchen counters and a new sink installed by another company. The counter install company had informed me I could get the plumbing work done the day after the counters were installed. Since I already had a relationship with Atlanta Plumbing Plus, I called them for a second opinion. Linda advised me that I should wait at least 48 hours for the glue to harden on the new sink before the plumbing work was done, just to be safe. I followed her advice. Admittedly, I planned to use the company who installed my counters to do the plumbing work in order to consolidate and save a little money, but I changed my mind after I talked to Linda. The price may have been a bit higher than another plumber, but it was worth it. I was able to have piece of mind using a licensed master plumber. Linda reminded me that all the plumbers who are sent out to do the work are licensed master plumbers, which is a process that takes several years. I was able to get an appointment with Atlanta Plumbing Plus on short notice to get the needed plumbing work done. I was not disappointed. Ken arrived on time, cleaned up after he was done with the work, and did an amazing job. I am so glad to have found a plumber I can trust and I'll be using them every time I need plumbing work done. Considering this was the fourth time they did work for me, I should have them on speed dial!

Luis called about half an hour before my 8:00 am appointment to let me know he was on the way. He showed up a few minutes early for the appointment, which was great for me. Before he came in, he put booties on his shoes, which was appreciated. Luis let me know what was happening each step of the way during the process. Luis was done in about two hours and he did a great job on my faucet. He also gave me an estimate on what it would cost to install a new faucet. Luis was professional and polite. The office manager who set up the appointment was very friendly. This was a great experience. I ended up calling the company again two more times to get work completed.
