They are very professional and they recommended a leak detection service for us. The work they did is perfect and we going to have them come back again. They are quite reasonable and they were very quick and came down within couple of days of calling. I will use them in future.

Ken arrived on time and installed the bidet fast. Additionally, he fixed two of my leaking outdoor faucets at no charge! I'll definitely call on these guys again.

On time, courteous, and respectful. A small problem with the valve developed two days after they completed the work, and they immediately sent the plumber back to fix the issue of a faulty valve. They were extremely apologetic for the issue and fixed it without second thought. I will definitely use again.

Our old 10.5 yr original water heater was not leaking, but struggling and not keeping the water hot for very long. Ken from Atlanta Plumbing Plus came out to our house on time as scheduled (called ahead) and diagnosed the issue and laid out our options. With the age of the water heater we went ahead with a replacement of the same brand - Rheem - but with a larger 10 galklon capacity as our family has grown since we moved in 10.5 years ago. Ken was friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable. We will use them again in the future.

They are my new plumbers for life. I couldn't be happier with the work they did. They were great to work with and I highly recommend them. They originally charged me $59.00 for the inspection, when they found the issue and repaired it they deducted the service fee and applied it towards the cost of the repair. They also told me what I needed to do to update some of the plumbing to prevent other problems. I really appreciated all of their advice, nobody else had figured out the issues. All of their workers are licensed plumbers as opposed to just technicians. I have wasted so much money on other plumbers who couldn't fix the problems, I am relieved to have found Atlanta Plumbing Plus.

Ivan called before he arrived and actually arrived when he said he would. He was polite at the door and immediately put on booties to cover his shoes. We went to the water heaters where we discussed the issue. He test out the hot water issue and narrowed the issue to the tanks and not the pipes. He then suggested that I call the company that installed the tanks since they were under warranty. This was amazing, a plumber that wasn't going to rip me off. I took his advice and resolved the issue with the original company. I will definitely be recommending this company and be using this company in the future.

Their staff is always very knowledgeable and professional. Their maintenance plan is a pretty good deal for older homes, and they are good for troubleshooting emergencies and unique projects. They are a bit pricey, so we use them for emergencies but do the big projects on our own or with Home Depot.

They have consistently done an excellent job at an excellent price. They are very efficient and very professional. They never have to leave the work site to get parts, they always come prepared.

The technican was prompt and I had the sense that he knew what he was doing. They were quite expensive though, I probably wouldn't use them again based on cost.

I called Atlanta Plumbing Plus after a poor experience with an individual plumber recommended by my condo association. I received prompt and friendly service on the phone, and they *listened* to my concerns; I needed a new water shut off valve installed inside my condo unit, which may have required shutting off the water to all of the units beneath mine. It seemed like it was going to be a hassle, but Ken told me not to worry. He came out, and was immediately able to turn the original water shut-off valve, which solved my problem. But seeing as we were planning to rent/sell the condo, Ken advised that we may consider installing a new shut off that would be easier for someone to turn. This was ultimately the decision my husband and I made, and Ken was able to create/install one within a half-hour. He was an amazing plumber, gave me advice on things to look for when we move into our new house in a couple of weeks, and saved me the most important asset--TIME! I will absolutely call Atlanta Plumbing Plus (and Ken) to inspect the plumbing in our new house! Thank you!!!

Great response from owner during weekend, repairman showed up on time as promised, very careful and respectful of our home, did what they said they'd do, on time, exactly within the estimate of cost provided. Owner followed up on our satisfaction afterward. Very pleased, will definitely use for all our plumbing needs. Note: after this, called and asked them to help us with two other plumbing matters; same great service, on time, took care of quickly and at exactly the cost estimated.

Linda, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with on the phone when making the appointment for service. The master plumber that she sent, Ivan, was competent and communicated well. I asked for the service call because 3 of the 4 toilets in our triplex had issues, and our kitchen sink faucet kept dripping. Ivan replaced parts in 2 of the toilets, and checked the water pressure for our building when he noticed what a strong pressure we seemed to have. The pressure measured (he showed me the gauge) was almost three times what it should be. He said this is what is causing the third toilet to make a high-pitched noise after flushing, and that the high pressure can also cause water heaters (there are 4 in our building) and other plumbing parts to have problems. I agreed to have him replace the pressure relief valve. He said that the third toilet didn't need any work done now and it should be fine (that tenant agreed later). He spent a good bit of time checking out our kitchen sink faucet, and then said it didn't really need work unless I wanted him to replace the cartridges, but that by not quite turning the faucet all the way off, it didn't leak anymore. The company charges by the item of work done, so there was no charge for his time spent figuring out the faucet issue. Before doing each job, Ivan let me know what the charge would be, including a discount for Angie's List members. Plumbers are never cheap, so it always seems painful to pay the charges, but when I have to do it, it feels better to have someone competent, and have the job well done. I will definitely use this company again.

Even though we have used Atlanta Plumbing Plus in the past, the excellence of their work and responsiveness continue to amaze us. In October, they installed a tankless water heater and this month, right before Thanksgiving, they replaced the leaking "government-mandated no-flush" 12-year old toilet in the master bathroom. The tankless water heater and new toilet are time-savers, far greener than what they replaced, and make life a lot easier (now we don't have to wait forever to get hot water and the new toilet fully flushes on the FIRST flush.) The installations were so neat that the areas they worked in were cleaner than when they started the work. Also, the work was so carefully done, that we could not ask for more. The real product to me, though, is the way Atlanta Plumbing Plus does business. They are on time, very competitively priced and responsive. And they are really knowledgeable and listen to our needs. They also offered us options to select from and helped a lot with what to expect from each of those options -- in price and performance. Their pre-screening and training of their plumbers has got to be exceptional. Ricky and Ken -- two of their plumbers who have worked here -- are outstanding. If we could find help in other home repair areas as great as Atlanta Plumbing Plus is for plumbing, that would be the best of all worlds. They are exceptional.

Our service person, Ken, was terrific! He always arrives on time; and he is friendly, knowledgable, courteous, and professional. He even takes his shoes off and wears booties. He replaced the entire underground water line from the street to our house. The City of Atlanta won't do that. He also fixed several of our toilets and sinks. Everything works perfectly now! It's hard to find a good, honest, and reliable plumbing service these days. I highly recommend Atlanta Plumbing Plus.

Very quickly and professionally. He arrived at the correct time window. Took his shoes off. Determined the issue. Offered suggestions on how to fix it. Total time spent about 20 minutes. Very courteous and friendly.

Very professional, very friendly plumber. He was actually able arrive earlier than expected -- he called 30 minutes before arriving, as promised. All we knew was that we had a leak in our crawl space. He identified the source of the leak and brought the damaged pipe up for us to see. We had a basin in crawl space that was catching the dripping water. The plumber was kind enough to bring that out, and clean off all the dust and mud that had accumulated on it, before handing it back to us. Nice touch!

Very good experience. I liked Ivan, he did the work efficiently. The best thing is he made a slight mistake in the charge for the part and the company immediatly called and sen a refund check the next day. Very honest company.

Rick was right on time and very personable. It was obvious from the start we were talking to a highly knowledgeable professional who would not waste our time with vague possibilities. He performed the work exactly as outlined. Based on an estimate received earlier for one of the jobs, we considered the price to be very reasonable. My feeling is that Rick is a master plumber you could count on to guide you the right direction in repair or remodel work--someone who has the mindset of how to make decisions that will save you money in the long run. This may seem minor, but we were pleased to notice he turned the lights off after leaving a room and picked up bits of debris which fell when we opened up the dropped ceiling to explore one of the items on our list. That attention to detail is not always present and we appreciate it. We will definitely use Atlanta Plumbing Plus again.
