We initially used Fulton for our home inspection based on the recommendation of our realtor. The plumber was very professional, and reassured us that our concerns about the extraction pump were unfounded, which was a relief. We are new to the use of extraction pumps, so we easily could have been convinced to buy a new one if the plumber were dishonest. However, we did decide to add another water heater, as one heater was insufficient for our 6,000 sq ft house. On the day we bought the house, Ricky installed the heater and the needed pumps to get the water to the high-demand areas of the house. He appeared on time, and even let me use his hose to water the dying potted plants. We are so impressed with this company that we are having water run to a pot-filler faucet above the cooktop. We will also have them replace all of the faucets in the house. Frankly, I could do the replacements, but the thrill of doing my own plumbing is gone! I highly recommend this company. I didn't really shop around for prices, but felt reassured by the realtor's recommendation and we are so impressed with the integrity of the plumber who came to the house, that I will never use anyone else again. Sometimes you cannot put a price on the reassurance that comes with good service.

Received my call in the evening, came out first thing in the morning to fix leak from bathtub on 2nd floor (water exiting from light fixture on first floor)

I spoke to a customer service rep immediately and she was friendly and knowledgable. They scheduled the service immediately and showed up right on time. The technician was kind and knowledgable. He worked efficiently. The cost was 1/3 less than another estimate I had received.

The plumber and his assistant arrived when they said they would, gave me an estimate, and worked at a good pace to get the job done. They had to leave to get parts, but everything went smoothly. They said the under-sink piping and sink did not have to be replaced; just the faucet. They completed the job, tested the equipment, cleaned up afterwards, gave me a written receipt. Both men were polite, courteous and professional.

They were very timely. They came the same day that I called them and they fixed it and worked as per scheduled. The worked really well and did a very good work. I would rate them high overall and would use them again in the future.

Once again, I am writing a very favorable report on Atlanta Plumbing Plus. I cannot empasize enough how helpful and excellent their service technician, Ivan, was in handling my needs. I called Atlanta Plumbing Plus on Wednesday and they were at my site the next day, right at the scheduled time. This job was one of those, the more you look, the more trouble is uncovered. I called APP out to fix a ruptured supply line to an outdoor water fountain and replace a valve on an outdoor pool shower. The equipment that was being fixed was old and had deteriorated over time. As we worked, we found additional rotted valves and leaking pipes. As these items were uncovered, I had Ivan replace these parts. The additional work was met with a very positive and cheerful attitude. I never got the feeling that he was annoyed that the job needed some extra attention. An example of the extra attention was during the replacement of the shower. After the extisting shower assembly was put back together, Ivan noticed the shower water was hitting the building wall. It had been doing this for years. Instead of saying, "oh well, I'll just leave it like it was", Ivan installed a small extension to the shower head to keep the water spray off the building. Most technicians would not have taken the time to disassemble somthing they had just put together, but I was glad he took the time to fix this issue too. This job required some odd-ball parts. I was pleased that Ivan quickly located suppliers for these parts. All the work was completed on the same day and was well done. I was very pleased with the price I paid for the amount of work done. Indeed, this job grew from what I originally asked them to do. I felt the additional cost was very fair. I highly recommend Atlanta Plumbing Plus. They are honest and easy to work with. I will definitely call them in the future.

I like to give them a recommendation because they did a very good job. I was very pleased with their service. They have been here several times, and I have been pleased with their service. I will use them again.

The company gave me a 2 hour window time for the call. First time in many years, that a company would show up at the beginning of the 2 hour window time., great start. I showed him the problem and he came up with the solution and we agreed on the cost, looking good. He went straight to work, even wearing shoe covers to protect my floor, and finished with a few hours. The toilet looks great (well as great as a toilet can look). Great experience.

I have used them several times in my home. They are prompt, reliable, and honest. They do good work. They clean up after themselves. I score them straight A's in every category. I will continue to use them in the future. I got them through Angie's List. I had them out here 2 or 3 times for various jobs. They were fantastic.

It was good but more expensive than I had hoped but the quality of the work was good and their dedication to find some unique pieces required for the job was excellent.

Ivan was INCREDIBLE! He took it personally upon himself to figure out what was going on and it was his mission to fix it appropriately. We had 2 other plumbers out and all they did was give us Draino (which obviously didn't help). Ivan was fast, efficient and very professional. Not only did he replace a part that was malfunctioning, he cleaned lots of construction waste out of our drain that we didn't even know was there (from renovations prior to our purchase of the home). We now have 2 FAST draining sinks and our difficult faucet is put together. I would use them again for any plumbing issues.

They did a really good job. I had a special and they called me right away and made an appointment. They are very much on it. They got here when they said they would. The work was fine. The guy actually picked up all the things for me while he was here and it was great. They were reliable and prompt. He did a good job with the clean out. He gave me good feedback too. They had the right equipment. I would use them again in the future.

I found Atlanta Plus on Angie's List and decided to give them a try. The technician who came to the house was on time, extremely professional and courteous. He gave me a couple of different options (either repair the leak or replace it) and the cost for both. I decided to replace the water line. 3 days later I had a new water line installed with 5 year warranty. He even did a minor fix on my water heater that had been installed incorrectly. I wasn't happy about having to spend a lot of money but the service and peace of mind that I have makes it well worth it. I would definitely use them again. The only minor complaint that I have is that somewhere in a review (I think) it mentioned that Atlanta Plus does leak detection. I found out when the technician arrived that they don't but have a separate vendor they use for that.

It went well. He was pleasant and knowledgeable, but he was a bit messy.

They were phenomenal and probably the best name that I have got from Angies List. We had leaky faucets in our kitchen and it was a problem with the hardware. Linda went and did all the research and she found out from the manufacturer where to get the replacement part that we needed. The faucet hardware is from France. They are extremely professional. I would recommend them to anybody.

After purchasing the big deal, a representative called from the company to schedule the appointment. She verified that it wasn't an emergency and scheduled 1 week later. The company provides a 2 hour window with a call 30 minutes before arrival. Ivan called at the top of the hour and came out on time. Since I didn't have outside access, he had to take my toilet out to perform the main line to sewer check which came out clean, total cost for that was $250.00 over the cost of the big deal, but was written in the agreement. He checked out all my plumbing and advised the hoses need to be changed on the washer which I agreed, it was $155.00. I asked him to replace the water heater which was 13 years old. He left to get the appliance, came back in a timely manner and completed the work promptly. He was extremely polite, professional and attentive. I have an issue in which my water takes up to 3 minutes to warm up in my shower and kitchen. I am on a slab so the routing of the plumbing is a mystery. He advised the water heater would not correct the problem, but I should run the bathtub next to the shower since there is more pressure at the tub and it will bring the hot water to the area faster. This has proved true. The fix for the problem, short of tearing up my concrete slab, would be to install a $600.00 piece of equipment on each faucet that doesn't heat up promptly. I have had 2 other plumbers come out to do various things and they have told me the same story. I never believed them due to their lack of empathy. It is important to me that a contractor earn the right to service a customer by attending to the customer's concerns no matter how trivial it may seem to the professional. I trust Ivan and will be using Atlanta Plumbing Plus for all my future plumbing needs.

Ken Johnson came and let me know that it was a faucet issue as opposed to a plumbing issue and I needed to replace it because the problem was caused by an internal mechanism that had broken. Ken was very professional and straight forward. He recommended I get a new faucet that's sold by plumbing suppliers as opposed to Lowe's and Home Depot because similar versions of the same faucets sold at Lowe's or HD make the internal mechanisms from plastic instead of copper (I think he said)
