I had no less than 4 plumbers look at my plumbing after a contractor left me in a bad situation without subfloors in some areas and cut off return for the AC. One quoted 10K to fix the plumbing, two never gave me a quote, and the last was Plumbing Plus. Keith assessed the situation which was quite complicated. He told me what did and did not need to be redone...unlike plumber #1 who wanted to redo all the work done. I felt he was fair and the price was reasonable. He and Ivan can in the next week and finished the work in a day and a half. They were courteous and neat. When I realized later that one of the problems had not been resolved, Keith came out as soon as would fit with my schedule and fixed it. I couldn't be happier with the situation. I am so grateful for Plumbing Plus to do the work at a reasonable price and expediently.

Keith and team were always punctual, professional and a pleasure to deal with. i had some very specific scheduling needs and they worked with me on them. After the initial rough-in, when i was able to turn the water back on, i discovered a slight drip at one fitting. I gave them a call and they were back the same day to correct it. Their complete focus was on making sure the job was done well and that I was happy. I had a really good experience with them and plan to make them my only call for any plumbing needs going forward.

I called an experienced "old time" plumber to replace the shower valve (behind the hot/cold/diverter handles) of our master bath. While he was outside on a phone call, his assistant carelessly stripped the threads of the hot valve! Now this job became much more involved and much more expensive. After the first plumber did what he could to remedy the situation, I called Atlanta Plumbing Plus, based on a great Angie's List rating. Because this particular 3-handle valve wasn't made anymore, a suitable replacement had to be found and ordered. The valve was difficult to remove from inside a tiled wall. (A remodel plate wouldn't fit on the shower side because a soapdish was too close to the handles, and it would have looked goofy anyway.) We finally had to access the valve set through an adjoining bathroom, cutting into another tiled wall in the process. Everyone at A.P.P. was great, from Linda (the owner) to the plumbers that worked on my job, Ivan Stoilov and Ken Johnson. A few days later, Ken even returned (at no charge) to fine-tune one of the new handles that was sticking. As the owner of an older house, I've been dealing with local plumbers for many years - usually being disappointed with their carelessness and lack of professionalism. Linda's operation at A.P.P. was truly professional and is truly appreciated.

I called Atlanta Plumbing Plus late Sunday night (9pm) & reported a leaky pressure regulator valve. Linda scheduled the appointment for 8am the next morning. I received a call at 7:50 am from the technician & the service truck pulled into the driveway at 8am, as scheduled. The technician appeared very neat & well groomed. Ivan introduced himself & was very well spoken. He investigated the problem. He clearly explained what needed to be performed & quickly provided a very reasonable price. Ivan's work was very neat & professionally done!! Thanks Linda!! Thanks Ivan ....YOU ARE TERRIFIC!!!! Thank you very,very much!!!! I will certainly use Atlanta Plumbing Plus for all my future plumbing work!!

When I called the service over the weekend, they immediately called me back. They suggested I wait until Monday to save the weekend fee, if I could. I could live without using my kitchen sink for a couple of days and appreciated the fact that were trying to be economical. Overall, I couldn't have asked for better service. Their number is in my address book!

The entire job went exactly as was explained to me by Linda and Chris. There were no surprises and the price was fair.

We discovered a trail of water behind our building one morning, followed it to the source, and found that there was a break in the main water line that ran under the pavement in our parking lot. The pavement was cracked and "squishy" where the water was bubbling up beneath it. I had recently decided to join Angie's List and decided to search for a plumber here. I was required to get three bids. Based on extremely positive reviews, I called Atlanta Plumbing Plus and they immediately diverted Keith, one of their top people, from a routine call because ours was considered an emergency situation. Keith was on property within an hour, assessed the situation, and presented me with a written bid within 20 minutes. The other two bids were from people known to the other building owners, who wanted to give their friends an opportunity to bid on the job. Both of the other two plumbers were reluctant to give a firm bid because they weren't sure what they would find when they dug up the pavement, so they gave me "ballpark" figures. Keith had instilled confidence from the very beginning, and I knew that I wanted to hire Atlanta Plumbing Plus to do the job. Their bid was within $200 of the lowest bid, so I engaged them. Keith came out the next day and spent most of the day digging up the pavement, locating the leak, repairing it, and refilling the hole. When he was finished, he held to the bid he had provided that first time out. I was so impressed with the service and with his professionalism that I called Linda, the owner, to tell her. (How many companies do you know where the owner answers the phone when you call? At Atlanta Plumbing Plus, Linda does!) I highly recommend Atlanta Plumbing Plus. They are truly first-rate.

We have had a consistent leak from our master shower. After two other sets of professionals and a previous drywall repair in our living room ceiling below the shower, our shower was leaking again. This time, I took matters into my own hands and was pretty sure of the origin of the leak. When Ivan from Atlanta Plumbing Plus arrived, I provided the history of work done and indicated to him where I believed the leak was coming from within our shower. He agreed with me. It turned out we needed a new shower diverter. Ivan immediately put me at ease by entering my home with the blue pullover booties over his shoes. It was still wet outside from the rain so I was a bit concerned. Ivan, was on time, professional and answered my questions that put me at ease. We had purchased a new shower diverter and head the previous day so Ivan was able to fix our issue on the spot. We only wished we would of called Atlanta Plumbing the first time around.

I had a slow leak under my kitchen sink due to shoddy work from another plumber. The original job was installing an outside spicket using the kitchen sink water line. Since the work was under warranty, I called the plumber back. He came quickly and told me it was due to extremely high pressure readings and it would be $750 to repair. I told him to leave my house; I had already been his victim once. I called ATL Plumbing Plus and they came out the same day and repaired the adapter under the kitchen sink where the leak was discovered. He also checked my water pressure that the previous plumber stated was "extremely high and could really cause damage"; it was within normal limits. He then went outside and did some minor adjustments to the spicket, completing the job from the pseudo plumber. Don't hesitate to call Atlanta Plumbing Plus; they are professional, honest and reasonably priced!

He ended up coming back three times to fix the problem. He had thought I had put something down the drain, even though it was impossible to do that. That were pleasant enough, but they just couldn't do the job.

I called Atlanta Plumbing Plus on a Monday afternoon about some low pressure issues I was having with the sink and shower in an upstairs bathroom. I told them it was no rush, but they scheduled an appointment for the next day, Tuesday morning to come and take a look at it. The plumber Ivan arrived around the estimated time of 8:00 am (I had to be at work at 10:00 am). He came in and I explained the situation. Within a few minutes, he had figured out the problems -aerator issue with the bathroom sink; shower head was broken. He promptly solved both problems, and installed a new double shower head that I had purchased the night before at the local hardware store. He even took time to explain to me how the shower worked, and spent a few minutes talking to me about a couple other things I wanted to get done with my plumbing. Ivan was great. He was professional, courteous, knowledgable and considerate. I have a great shower now, and I was even able to get to work with time to spare. I will definitely be using this company again for future plumbing work. The price was right for the what I had done, a little cheaper than I expected. And that is a good thing!

Linda was so helpful! She made some suggestions to me about the best way to go about it when I found I had to provide a new dishwasher for a renovated house I am selling. Within three hours of my initial call to see if they could do it that day, they met me at the house as soon as I called with the dishwasher in tow. Ivan carried it in from the truck for me, and installed it carefully, pulling it out to adjust the fit just perfectly. He was cheerful, polite and careful. I could not have gotten faster or better service on this planet!

I would definitly recommend Atlanta Plumbing Plus. I received a few estimates and Atlanta Plumbing Plus had by far the best quotes, was very honest and straight forward with me, and delievered on everything they promised. It was a very pleasant experience.

It went very well. The appointment was effortless to scheudle. The serviceman called me to let me know he would be here in about 30 minutes. He showed up in 30 minutes. I was amazed, based on my experiences with other vendors who don't seem care about tying up your entire day. The serviceman was prompt, personable, and professional. i PAID FOR HIS VISIT AND DID NOT USE HIM

They wrote a proposal which they presented to me and I accepted. They were extremely professional and careful in my house, putting on shoe covers every time they came in. Everything I asked was done in one day, and the work was very satisfactory. Beyond that, I got a call from them a couple of days later saying that an item had accidently been charged twice and that they were sending me a check, which I got two days later. Atlanta Plumbers Plus has knowledgeable, competent, and very professional staff and I will definitely continue to use them.

They were able to quickly verify that there was no major leak, but did not that one of the toilets was running ever so slightly. Their recommendation was to replace the valve for $140. This is a 15 minute job and a $15 dollar part. Price was astronomical for such little work. After they left, I bent the rod on the float so that it would stop running. I was happy that they verified there was no leak and also glad that I didnt have to pay their prices. The $60 spent is a mandatory diagnostic fee.

It went very well. Would use them again.

Chris was very personable and did a great overall job. I would highly recommend him for future plumbing work. Chris went out of his way to do above and beyond what was asked for. Great experience.

I called Atlanta Plumbing Plus and spoke to Linda in reference to a leak in my master bathroom shower that was leaking in the ceiling of my garage underneath the shower. Linda told me that there would be a $59.95 diagnostic fee. If I decided to let them do the plumbing work that fee would be waived and I would just pay for the plumbing work. She told me if I decided not to let them do that work that it would only be the $59.95 fee. She told me that they did not charge by the hour because some plummers are slower than others. The plummer had to cut several holes in my garage ceiling as well as in my master bath wall. He determined after 3 hours that the leak was not coming from my plumming but from bench inside of my shower. After he finished he told me that since it took so long that there would be an hourly rate of $95.00 and that I owed 3 hours. I told him that Linda told me when I called to schedule the appointment that there would only be a diagnostic fee. I gave him the check for $59.95 and told him that I was not going to pay anymore. I told him that I did not think it was right to charge me $300.00 for all the holes in my celiling and wall that I am going to have to pay for someone to repair and I still have to pay someone to repair that leak. Linda called me back and was very rude. She claimed that she told me that if they had to cut into the walls that there would be an additional fee (which she says the plummer should have told me in advance and did not) . She did not tell me this. How else would he diaganose if he didn't look into the walls? Linda told me that she was going to send me a bill for the rest of the payment. I don't feel like I owe them anymore money. I feel totally taken advantage of.

The service was excellent and prompt. I am not sure that the price on the water heater was the best, and probably should have probed more closely. However, the repairs have functioned without problems since. Submit Report
