Description of Work: Excellent, service person came out on Saturday to get our air conditioning up and running with little notice.

Description of Work: Came out in the middle of a hot July night and got us cooled until we could get a new unit installed by them. They didn't let us suffer and worked closely with us keeping us informed every step of the way.

Description of Work: Performed seasonal maintenance and replaced filter on HVAC unit that they installed a year and half ago. It went well and the service person was knowledgeable and answered questions and was highly professional. I would recommend them to anyone who asked.

Description of Work: We had the air conditioning go out on us and they were the only ones who could respond on any kind of a timely basis....very friendly, competent and quick to get the job done....and gave me the parts they replaced......

Description of Work: A/C Condenser unit stopped working. They came out on the same day I called and quickly found the bad part - showed me where it had rusted, so was no longer working, and replaced the part. The service person was very friendly and professional.

Description of Work: visit to home on Friday to evaluate cooling problem (labor day weekend ) found coils frozen allowed coils to defrost in order to perform eval which was performed two days later sunday morning....added freon one lb ......charged 294 dollars (labor day weekend) found problem to be 2 leaks in coil ordered replacement coil on Tues which was under warranty replaced coil on Thurs, added freon and did necessary work to restart system charged addtional 500 for that work...as unit less than 5 years old and coil under warranty cunninghams workers were helpful and professional and seemed to do a very good job fixing and explaining

Description of Work: Excellent--from first contact to Service Man leaving the house. They came over the same day as the call--actually earlier--had an opening! The problem was soon diagnosed and fixed...professional and honest. A very good experience.

Description of Work: Furnace wouldn't go on. Called another company whose technician told us there was a crack in the heat exchanger and that the furnace needed to be replaced. Decided to get another opinion because that same company had told a friend the previous year the same thing. Cunningham came out and inspected the furnace, found a part that was bad, and thoroughly inspected the furnace for any cracks in the heat exchanger, and found none. It was nice to finally get an honest appraisal and saved us over $1600.

Description of Work: Sean was a pleasure to work with. He diagnosed the problem within minutes. We were very satisfied and highly recommend them. Joe and Lisa at customer service were outstanding.
