Returned from a trip to find our furnace was not working and it was super cold outside, and therefore in the house as well. Called the company we have a "service contract" with-empire -late on a Tuesday night and got a return call Wed. that they could come out Friday. My neighbor told me to call Cunningham - they've done excellent work for them over the years and are very responsive. I called that afternoon and they came out the next day - less than 20 hrs later. The Technician was very professional and quite nice, no upsell or anything, identified the problem immediately and fixed the issue! Based on their great customer service and the skilled and ethical Tech, I will use them again going forward.

Hired them to replace my HVAC unit this year. The new AC has not been cooling well. I had a technician come over. He looked over the unit and said that (1) unit has been undercharged and (2) a part needs to be replaced (he said it could have been overlooked during installation). To replace the part, they had to send a different technician. A day later, after unit has been refilled and the part has been replaced, my brand new AC has been working non-stop for 5 hours but the temperature doesn't go below 75. The unit is still under warranty and I might give them another call. But, I'm starting to feel like getting a second opinion. Too much time off wasted waiting on different technicians without a resolution.

The repair work on our HVAC unit was outstanding. The Associates were very professional, explained how they operated up front, and were very responsive. They were able to get a service rep out the next day when we called. When the problem was not completely fixed, they sent out additional service reps and spent a long time figuring out the problem. In the end, they charged us very little for the second tip since they were unable to get it fixed on the first visit.

Extremely well, considering the circumstances--out A/C unit died and it was during the hottest time of the year (summer). Cunningham & Associates responded quickly and came up with a cost-effective solution to get us up and running immediately.

I called Cunningham. I have used them for about 3 years now. They have not let me down. They come right away. Get the job done quickly and correctly. THey are flexible with scheduling and come when its convenient for me. They let me pay by credit card over the phone or with check by mail. The whole staff are nice and efficient. The owner, Bob Cunningham has even come out before. He is readily available to discuss any matter.

Dusty arrived on time and was very professional. In the process of conducting a routine HVAC inspection, Dusty discovered that the former resident who had installed a new thermostat had wired it incorrectly and we weren't even using the heat pump efficiently. This routine inspection and Dusty's thoroughness will save us a lot of money moving forward. Thank you!

The job went extremely well. Everyone I dealt with at Cunningham was extremely professional and courteous. The job was done on-time and for what I feel was a fair price (without haggling) based on comparison to estimates from others. The company was extremely responsive. In less than a week from my initial call the system was installed. I highly recommend them.

I had a failure of my 2nd floor HVAC unit. The unit was freezing up and seemed to have a significant coolant leak. After a very bad experience with another contractor, Cunningham Associates gave me a much different experience. The initial contractor did initial troubleshooting, but I realized after the fact on the wrong outside unit. They troubleshot my basement heat pump. After entering a request for consultation on their web site I got a call back from the owner, Bob Cunningham, within about 45 minutes. Cunningham scheduled a consultation within about 2 days during a very hot period when lots of people were having HVAC issues. The consultation was very professional looking at my overall cooling situation including duct work, humidity control, family preferences, and the current zoning system in place. Cunningham gave me a range of options from basic HVAC through a multi-stage unit, the full variable units. I decided to go with a multi-stage AC, multi-stage variable speed furnace, and some improvements/repairs to my duct work. Cunningham was able to schedule the installation within about 36 hours of the consultation and provide a temporary patch to give me some cooling until the replacement. The crew showed up for installation right on schedule at 8 am, they were very friendly and professional during the process. The installation crew made sure I understood everything being done, understood the new thermostat, and that everything functioned as it should, The new unit does a great job "conditioning" the air upstairs with more dehumidification and outstanding cooling. The installation crew made sure everything was protected during installation and was cleaned up when they were finished. I was very pleased with the entire process and plan to move my maintenance business to Cunningham after this great experience. I completed this entire process of consultation and installation before the original company even called me back after their technician did the initial troubleshooting.

Cunningham was amazing. The first impression was made during the estimate. Bob, the owner, came over for the estimate. It didn't begin the way my other estimates did. Bob began by asking me questions about my current system and my needs. It was obvious that he wasn't just trying to sell me something, he was trying to make sure I got what I needed. He actually advised against replacing my duct work and walked around my house telling me what I should to do increase my efficiency in the home. He made recommendations that were not mentioned in my other estimates. Once I made my decision, they were able to began installation in about 4 days. The install took a full day. The guys that came to work on the house were very respectful and professional. There were some things that they found (as is typical in jobs like this) that they repaired or installed - and there was no extra charge. Cunningham was not the cheapest estimate (they weren't that much higher), however, they were by far worth it. I truly got what I paid for. I feel that I didn't just pay for the unit and the install, I also paid for the knowledge and service! Thank you! -B

Very well... trustworthy, quick and friendly.

It went well, but it was expensive. To come out it is $65 and then every 15 minutes is another $42. After watching him, we probably could have serviced the dehumidifier ourselves. They really just cleaned the valves and slimy buildup. They offer a service plan, where they come twice a year. It would save money in the long run.
