Description of Work: Used service for over a year. In past 6 months, decline in punctuality and professionalism. Billing errors. Customer service non responsive. Delivery days changed without notice and schedule subsequently changed to reflect new delivery day. Represented that they delivered to my area, yet when I complained about problems they indicated that delivering to my locality was problematic and that the driver had to "fit it in the schedule"... So why represent that you cover the geographic area? That is a business decision.

Description of Work: For the past six months water deliveries were missed more often then they weren't. We constantly had to call their service number which result in a minimum wait of 35 minutes and often more. There is no escalation process and each time it was if this was the first time it happened. We have been customers for almost 20 years and we like their water but the service had become impossible. Finally we had to cancel their service and it took to missed appointments before they finally took their cooler and empties away. It was a very sad and frustrating ending to what had been a good relationship.

Description of Work: Ordered for office, sales was good, product good but after they kept delivering on days not here, more than ordered and not according to schedule. Then was charged for these and had to store empties 3x what was specified, and then when I called to fix problem no answer at all then until I called as if I was new account THAT they answered and solution to problem was not to delivery as ordered but to cancel account. But on two separate dates they were to come to pick up but have never appeared to date. I suppose when I quit paying they might show up.

Description of Work: Delivered my 5-gallon bottles of water multiple times, at least six times, to the wrong address or failed to make a delivery. When I telephoned, they were always apologetic but failed to make corrections. Ran out of water on numerous occasions, including when I had visitors staying at my home. Could never understand my online billing. I still believe they double-charged me one billing cycle. Finally switched to Poland Springs, who has been professional and without flaw.

Description of Work: Did not respond to phone or emails. Did not deliver on time or advise what then problem was. WE dropped them.

Description of Work: Asked to have the driver knock on front door when the delivery arrived, instead I found all the bottles just left at the front door. Now I am being charged for all the empty bottles sitting inside the house because no one knocked to let me know they were there. Called to complain and was told that the notice to knock on the door was on file but the driver must not of seen the notice. Also, most of the bottles were marked up and not very clean on the outside. Very unhappy with the service and looking for a local store where I can go to get the 5 gallon bottles. We normally use 8 to 10 bottles a month.

Description of Work: Having a non-local company managing deliveries for Mt Olympus water can be cumbersome, and there seem to be some communication breakdowns between the business office and delivery service. Overall, however, it's a fine service, water is delivered for approximately what one might pay for it in a store that sells it by the 5-gallon bottle, and it's been great to have. If bottled water is important to you, I recommend the service.

Description of Work: This company and their sales and route delivery were the most unprofessional individuals I have ever experienced. After I cancelledtheir service, it took over a month before they collected their empties and full bottles as well as their water cooler. Beware of their poor service.

Description of Work: I setup a delivery for my daughter in college two weeks ago for water. So far no water, no return phone calls.

Description of Work: I had my water delivered once and then they never came back. I called 4 times and heard the same reason, the system made my address invalid. Every time I was ensured that this was corrected, never was. Finally I cancelled my service. Even after I cancelled I was told that they would call to come and get the empty bottles. Never got the call nor did they ever contact me about picking up the empty bottles. Terrible experience.

Description of Work: I agree with a previous review, I've used them for several years now at 3 different addresses. Deliveries were on time at each location with no issues at our current home for the first year or so. But since the beginning of this year, we've been missed, they were late, reported delivering when they never showed. In one instance, our regular driver came the next day and said he had jury duty and no one ran his route. The CSR told me on the phone he was out making deliveries and may be running late. No, he was off that day... That's entirely the fault of whoever does the dispatch and not the driver or CSR - there's no excuse for them to not cover a route. I'm shopping for a new service but our choices are limited.

Description of Work: I have been using Crystal Springs for nearly a year now. The water is above average (much better than our tap water) and the service is pretty good. Cost per bottle is kind of high.

Description of Work: Those guys will pack my water to the garage if I'm here to ask. Give me my typical amount of water even if I forget to set out empty containers!
