I actually joined Angie's List just so I could find a mover I could trust. Angie's List didn't let me down! Charlie was thorough in his estimates and his team worked their tails off. They were very nice, polite, hard working guys. If I had to move again (and I pray I don't), I'd hire Charlie's team again in a heartbeat.

the movers were on time, polite, professional and courteous. they worked quickly and efficiently. this was BY FAR the best moving company i have ever experienced. i would not only use them again myself, but will recommend them to everyone i know that needs a mocving company!!!

I used Charlie's moving service twice this month. Wonderful experience both times. His movers moved my stuff from a storage space to a new home ($230). A week later they moved me from a one bedroom condo to a new home ($530). The second move required three men. They worked hard for four hours! They did not take a break at all. The guys were nice, funny, and most importantly, had great work ethics. They arrived 10 minutes early and got to work right away. Charlie called to check several times. I gave the guys 20% tip because they worked hard and did the work in 2 hours less than the estimated time. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. But, I don't want to move again because moving is too stressful!!!

Scheduled the delivery on short notice and arrived right on time. They were very careful and moved a large armoir down stairs at the sale location and up stairs at my house without damage to either the furniture or the walls. The only downside was that when I showed him the stairs at my home, the driver started telling me they only delivered the furniture, giving me the impression that he didn't intend to move it upstairs. I explained that that was part of the arrangement when I scheduled and he seemed to backpedal, saying that I just couldn't add on anything else, apparently referring to a lightweight plant in the stairwell that I moved out of the way myself. They were there a total of about an hour and 45 minutes which didn't seem excessive for $165. It was a little annoying but all worked out well in the long run.

Pruitt and Randy showed up at the promised time and wasted no time getting to work. They were friendly, fast, and very careful with the furniture and boxes. They protected our carpets and were very careful to avoid touching the walls with the furniture and boxes.

Charlies' crew of four showed up at the exact time promised and went to work immediately. They were very friendly, respectful and professional. I always had the feeling that their utmost concern was (1) making sure our furniture was not damaged in any way and (2) the job was getting done in an efficient manner. They completed the job in less time than estimated (4.5 hours vs. 6 hours) and every item was handled with care. This is no small thing as it was 97 degrees outside and they had to move from one two-story house to another two-story house (lots and lots of stairs). Charlie called me at least three times throughout the move to check in and make sure that I was satisfied with the progress of the team. I highly recommend Chandler Moving for their services. I still cannot believe we were able to get a moving crew scheduled within 48 hours of my first call. Super service from a super group of people. Very, very happy homeowners are we!

They were good, efficient, nice, and helpful. They cleaned up after themselves, professional, and care about the customer. The price, punctuality and quality are great. I would use this company again in the future.

After reviewing different movers on Angie's List and receiving about 5 quotes from various movers, I decided to use Chandler. I spoke to Mr. Chandler on the phone and was fortunate to book the movers very quickly. They guys showed up on time and immediately got to work. They did a wonderful job and completed my move in 3 hours for the price I gave. I did spend more than what I listed as total price, because I tipped the moving guys every bit of what they deserved. May I never have to move again, but if I do, I will call Chandler!!!

Crew showed up on time both occasions. they were very professional, courteous, efficient. Most importantly they were very careful about properly wrapping all the furniture when moving out and protecting the walls and floors while moving back in.

Great experience, from start to finish. We needed to move our date and add additional work at the last minute and company was able to accommodate us. The guys were very nice and asked us where each box and item went.

Needed to have furniture moved about 20 miles away. Charlie helped me figure out how many guys would be needed for the job and how long it would take. He was careful to schedule to avoid rush hour traffic so I wouldn't need to pay more when they were stuck in traffic. I paid for their services on an hourly basis. They were very careful in wrapping and moving the furniture - even the old junkie stuff. I was worried that since I was paying them by the hour that they would not work as quickly so they could get paid more -- I should not have worried. They were moving so fast and working so hard the entire time that I asked them to take a break (which they declined) They were careful to make sure the floors and walls were protected and did not leave any marks in either house. They arrived a little late because the previous client had added additional items to the move that took more time than expected, but they kept calling me to keep me updated. Their tardiness actually helped since I needed a little more time to pack boxes. I made sure that the guys had lots of cold drinks available and tipped them well when they finished. They actually finished early, so the actual price was less than the original quote. I will definately use them again.

They were delayed about an hour showing up, but did keep me informed of the delay. The first guy was there and started packing, but there was a problem with the truck getting stuck before they reached the apartment which delayed the move several hours. I feel they did their best in a difficult situation. When the truck did arrive, they sent an extra person without charge to assist in loading. Overall I would use their services again because I felt that they handled the situation professionally. I did use these movers again a couple of weeks later. They were very fast and everything went perfectly. I would recommend their services.

I have moved 15 times and this was the best company. Arrived on time, worked fast and the crew knew what they were doing. They were friendly, polite, helpful and professional. I was billed with the best pricing for the two back-to-back moves. The owner called several times to check on everything. Nothing was broken or damaged and I had a lot of glass. I will certainly use them again.

Before selecting Chandler moving and storage, I checked out several companies and their reviews on different web sites. I received estimates from 4 companies and chose Chander for several reasons. 1) Prompt reply to my request and followup questions. 2) Their minimum charges were based on 2 hours instead of 3. 3) No extra charge for the type of piano I have - other comapnies have a piano charge regardless of the type or size. 4) They were more confident about the time it would take for the move which was less than other companies (3 hours vs. 4). Their hourly rates were higher than other companies, but I felt comfortable that the bottom line cost would be comparable. The move went very smoothly. The movers were delayed a couple of hours due to unexpected customer requests from the job that was scheduled prior to mine (I had an afternoon move scheduled). They called me as soon as the delay was recognized (early that morning), and updated me during the day. No problem for me since I was packing boxes at the house. I was paying them by the hour and was concerned about stories I heard about other moving companies that had workers working slowly to increase the cost of the job. When Pruitt, Cornelius and Dee arrived, all of my concerns evaporated. They worked as a team and were very fast. I never saw any of them slow down much less sit. They wrapped everything in blankets and shrink wrap -- even the junkie pillows for the kids sofa. They made me tired just watching them. They wouldn't let me touch anything or help them except to hold the door once in a while. Even though they were focused on their task, they were friendly and personable. They unloaded and unwrapped everything at the new house quickly and without damaging anything (furniture or house). We had a huge entertainment center that barely fit through the doorways and halls, but they managed to get it in. They got the piano and a heavy queen sleeper sofa into the basement with no problem. Because they arrived late, we hit some rush hour traffic and spent about 15 minutes extra travel time. When the owner heard this he promptly instructed the movers to reduce our charges by 15 minutes. The move took less time than estimated - 2.5 hours. I will definately use them for my next local move. My husband says that it was the best $375 he has ever spent -- much less than the chiropractor bills if we had done it ourselves. Overall a great experience.

Made arrangements directly with the owner, who called backed twice verifying when we wanted help at the house. 2 great gentlemen showed up, and were extremely helpful in accomplishing the task. Very hard workers, I was paying by the hour, and they kept moving the entire time. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing such services.

Not an item was broken or even scratched. A super job. They were very understanding and flexible when the closing date changed on the house.

The owner is Charlie Chandler. What I liked the most about them was the fact that they took great care of all our furniture. They did a very good job, and their price was very competitive as well.

Really great, the best movers I have ever had. 5 men, ten hours, and two trucks, and there was no damage or breakage of any kind. They were terrific.
