Excellent experience. Pruitt, johnny and gary were professional and courteous.

The guys were 15 minutes early (which is on time) and very nice and professional. They worked hard and fast. They were very careful with the workout equipment- actually everything. The communication with owner and wife was very good and responsive. It was a great experience.

Misquoted me by $380. My move actually cost $900 but they knocked off $140 because the owners wife quoted me $414. She also said she would confirm how many boxes and other items we had closer to the move. She never did and I was always the one following up. If your men can't move faster than 4 hours to move a 1bd 1 ba with no couch or mattress and stairs were an issue...than don't quote me $414. Be honest so I don't get screwed over royally. Lastly, Charlie, the owner, spoke over me repeatedly. Charlie, this IS NOT my first rodeo. Moving has been done better and more efficiently than your company. Shame on you. Tip for the future: send confirmation emails of your quotes and set reminders. None of this was done either and it normally is. Lastly, I felt bad for his men. They were honest and hard working. He called them repeatedly asking them how it was going.

This company promised excellent service at a fair price, and they exceeded my expectations. I asked for a team of four men and had them move mainly the heavy stuff: two pianos, three buffets/sideboards, overstuffed furniture, two large mirrors and so on. Enough stuff to fill the 26-foot truck quite full. They listened carefully and followed instructions. They did a first class job of sheathing and padding. They made lifting and moving look like an art form. They were especially helpful at the new house, with all sorts of practical help and advice. When they left, our beautiful new home looked amazing.

Mr. Chandler called me and told me a bit about his business and gave me an estimate, making sure to explain that the details of my move would most likely be completed in a certain time frame, but anything can happen and should it go over that time, they charge per quarter hour. The guys arrived early (which I appreciated!) and worked quickly yet carefully. Mr. Chandler called shortly after they arrived, then again once we arrived to the destination, and again after the move was complete to ensure everything was going smoothly and to my satisfaction. My entire move was completed in the amount of time Mr. Chandler estimated and there were no unexpected fees. I would definitely recommend Chandler Moving & Storage!

Our move went very well. The truck and movers arrived early. They were pleasant, courteous and anxious to please. They were all seasoned movers and were attentive to special needs. Mr. Chandler showed up to help with loading the truck and to move things along. He's a "hoot." The whole team made the move as painless as possible. My original contact with the company was with Mrs. Chandler, who was a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend this company with great enthusiasm and without reservations.

Went in timely fashion. Only issue was that I was not informed about the broken leg of a kids table. I found out about it after a few days.

Excellent. Charlie's guys have worked for him for a long time and pack extremely well, and are very good at handling fragile items. The owner will talk your ear off, but listen to his advice. He definitely helped me plan my move better by getting pads from Uhaul instead of Penske, which were about the same price, but 1/3 of the size, and half the thickness. Very worthwhile decision.

Stay far away from this company. The owner is all Over the place. My girlfriend had a big move recently. She was definitely not ready for the move. I will give that. The movers had to pack A lot of her belongings which the owner was not aware of. I had to start my review with that because it's true. The fact is that the movers broke a very expensive French antique table, cracked a large plasma TV screen. Things happen during a move so that again would be acceptable. What is not acceptable is the theft. The movers stole jewelry, furniture, art work, and clothing. This is what we know of as of now. There are some of his guys out there right now wearing some of my Masters stuff...hats, shirts etc. enjoy boys. This is the most pitiful job of moving I have ever witnessed period. The owner insisted that my girlfriend claim this on her insurance not his. Run....don't walk from this guy.

The work was done on time and was performed well by the crew. Communication before and during was good and helped everything move smoothly. Things were delayed during the day but they did eventually get to the house and did the work within the 2 hour timeframe.

It was a wonderful move! Charlie Chandler really delivers what he promises. The movers he sent for my move were beyond great! Respectful, careful, eager, energetic, wise and efficient. My furniture was nicely protected. Charlie, himself worked with the movers for a few hours. I was grateful for an unexpected extra attention to detail. My new place has tricky access for large furniture, however, the movers were smart to know exactly how to move them around to prevent damages on wall or furniture itself. They disassembled and reassembled everything patiently and carefully. The crew deserves a huge pat on the back, they moved things around for me until I was pleased with location and always kept a great attitude and a smile. Really pleased with the service. I highly recommend them! I really wish all moves could be as smooth as mine was.

Charlie's crew was over the top awesome! They were efficient and took personal care of our belongings as if it were their own. I do not have enough words to describe how happy I was with their service. On top of that, their pricing was absolutely great. Considering the care and effort the crew put into our move, it was priced extremely well. They also helped us with a storage unit move on the 3rd day of the move and again, extremely awesome experience. We'll be using Chandler moving for all of moving services from now on. Thank you!

I don't usually write reviews, but Charlie Chandler and his guys did such a great job I had to say something about it. From my first inquiry Charlie took on my project as if it was his own move. He and his guys were careful, fast, and efficient squeezing everything into all available space. They worked VERY hard, never seeming to slow down even well after dark. They never complained or took breaks. He made sure everything was done right. He even called me while I was driving the moving truck to make sure everything was going smoothly. I would highly recommend Chandler for moving services.

Charlie was very attentive and helped us plan the move to get the best value. He checked in with me several times prior to the move to ensure everything was on track. On the day of the move, the crew was at the house exactly on time and immediately went to work. They were very pleasant and nice to work with and smiled through the very long, difficult day. It was great. I knew we had chosen very professional movers when I walked into the garage and all the me men introduced themselves and shook hands with me (they had already introduced themselves to my husband). Both moves went very smoothly. Pruitt, Johnny, Randy and Darryl were wonderful. They made a very stressful situation really pleasant by joking and chatting with us. They worked hard and steady--getting us moved to storage and from storage in about 10 hours--that's only 5 hours per move! The price was excellent. Original quote was right on and was the same amount as other companies were going to charge for one move. We did our own packing and only had 1 cup and 1 pitcher broken. It was actually our fault in that these pieces were not packed well enough. Charlie Chandler was very accommodating coming to our home to make sure the move was progressing according to his standards. He also pitched in and helped with the move making it clear that we were not being charged for his time. We would highly recommend Chandler Moving and Storage.
