I was very pleased with the work done. I was surprised at the the way the painters took the time to cover my plants, patio furniture and other items ,even after I had moved them away from the house, before they painted in each area. They cleaned the patio and yard of all debris when they finished painting. They worked throughout the day and never disturbed me to request water or use the bathroom.

I was impressed by how organized, professional, efficient and friendly the crew leader and crew were throughout the week it took to finish the work.

PAINTERS WAS EXCELLENT. ON TIME, COMMUICATED WITH ME EVERY MORNING EXPLAINING. WE HAD A LOT RAIN DURING THE TIME OF THE WORK. BUT CERTAPRO PEOPLE WAS SLOW TO RESPOND AND TO RETURN CALLS.

My HOA hired CertaPro to paint JUST the trim and deck on the Townhomes in my complex. My unit has siding and a wood deck on the rear of the building. While we were notified that painting was to be done, it was an open schedule. Phase I, II, III, etc. My first notice that painting was to be done on my unit was when I was awakened by 2 men climbing over the rear of my 2 story deck with ladders. Scary! No notice...no knock...just lets climb over and scare the homeowner. :-) The siding, the deck and the trim are 3 different variations of gray on the units. With the siding being the lightest. The work on my unit was completed in one day. I noticed that while the trim was newly painted, so was the siding...up to 2" over painting in many areas. The deck also was poorly painted with many gashes where the ladder was placed/moved/removed during painting. During my inspection I noticed that the railing on my deck was really unstable! CertaPro had no responsibility for this, as this was a pre-existing condition! I immediately contacted CertaPro regarding the poor paint job and was informed that the overpainting was due to the need to "seal" the area where the siding met the trim. No caulk was used...just the trim paint. That the HOA were aware that this would happen and that there was nothing they could do. LOL Needless to say I contacted my HOA. After that I was contacted by CertaPro for a visual inspection. They came and did a visual inspection and agreed that a better job could have been done. But since the HOA had not authorized them to paint the siding, there really wasn't much they could do to fix the problem. I would just have to live with it. Several other complaints were received and the HOA decided to have the siding painted. BY CERTRAPRO - Something I do not understand. In the meantime, my deck railing was unstable and I verbally by phone and by email instructed CertaPro that under no circumstances were their painters to climb over my railing -- it simply was not safe...they could access my deck via my front door. That was ignored and a few days later, I had painters climbing over my railing. LOL Long story short. My deck was finally repaired. CertaPro showed up, started taping up my windows and door to start painting the siding. Once again, no knock...just painters climbing over my deck railing. No prep work was done...which had been going on all week with the other units. Caulking the seams in the siding as well as truly caulking between the trim and the siding - None of that had been performed on my unit. I had just communicated by email the day before that all of this prep work was going to be done prior to painting. I tried to speak with the painter and explain that no prep work had been performed. Unfortunately, they did not speak English. They looked as me like...well you know...and continued to place plastic over my windows and doors. I immediately tried to reach CertaPro via phone and email to find out what was going on. After 3 placed calls, 2 returned calls, 4 emails the job simply stopped. They removed the plastic from my unit and left. I'm fed up! I decided to go online and write a few reviews my experience! WOW after two were posted I got a call back and another appointment with "supervisor" from CertaPro is meeting me tomorrow (Saturday June 16, 201) to do a visual inspection and to try to resolve my issues. I'll will update this review as necessary. All I want is a job that is done correctly and will last!

Simply put... it was a great experience! We contacted them and they sent someone out to give us a quote. He was very pleasant and very professional. The quote was very detailed so that nothing was over-looked. In fact, I was so impressed that I convinced my husband to sign the contract the same day. We rarely do that, but I had done my homework and knew exactly what I wanted, how much it should cost and the type of company I wanted to trust painting my home. Also, their representative explained the exact process for me so I knew exactly what to expect at each phase of the project. The work van pulled up each morning and the crew began their task for the day. They had a lead person so if I had any questions I talked with him and he was excellent! They worked as a team and worked hard each day and completed the job on schedule. I have so much respect for the level of customer service and care that this company promotes. I am totally impressed and very pleased with the finished work. Our house looks better than it did 18 yrs. ago as a new construction. Beautiful! I will recommend this company to my family, friends and neighbors because I know CertaPro of Atlanta will do a good job for them as well. From beginning to end, this project was a pleasure... worry free with beautiful results.- Thank you

We don’t remember how much we spent on their services. So we have no idea about it. They were wonderful. They were great and they cleaned up everything. They did a wonderful job and they were very respectful. They were on time and they cleaned up everyday. They just did a professional job. They were very professional and very respectful. We just can’t say enough good things about them. We will use them again in the future.

Did a great job

Jeremy Rhett was excellent in determining our requirements and exceeding our expectations. We spent approximately two hours walking the property, examining areas requiring special attention and determining what paint and trim would best accommodate our needs. A detailed contract was provided for our review. At the end of the assignment, we paid exactly what Jeremy had outlined in the contract. Manuel and his team of painters did an excellent job. Despite daily rainstorms, they worked around the clock (including all day Saturday and Sunday) to meet our agreed upon completion date. They were very courteous and always left the work site free of debris and equipment.

Certa Pro did an excellent job on our house. They completely painted our brick 2 story home and interior as well. They did what they said they would do and stayed within the estimated budget. The crews left no mess in the house or yard. The paint has performed well and has not peeled or faded. We have recommended Certa Pro Decatur and they have done work for many of our neighbors and will continue to recommend Certa Pro, they are the best!

They were excellent. They were super responsive. I had three people bid on the project and their price was basically the same. I chose them because they were more aware of current laws regarding lead paint testing and the other companies didn't seem to know anything about it. They did the required test, which is a new law. That gave me the confidence to use them. There were no hassles. The crew was extremely neat and very polite. They worked very fast under very challenging weather conditions. They were not able to work full days because the temperature kept dropping too low and it rained. They kept having to stop and restart but yet they got the project done in about a week. Everybody that has looked at it thinks it is a high quality job. The workers were very pleasant and they didn't need anything from me. I was very happy to let anyone use my restroom but they never asked. The whole time they could work they were working. They were committed to doing a quality job. My house is in really terrible condition and I got the impression that they had painted many houses and could deal with the conditions. I really enjoyed working with them. The job went very smoothly. I changed my color choice at the last minute and they rolled with that. He hadn't bought the paint so he just changed the work order.

They were very prompt. The crew was very courteous and cleaned up after themselves each time. When they got here they started working and they worked till the time they went back. They got the work done in a couple of days. They were very good with the prep work as well as caulking and sanding wherever it was needed. The crew consisted of four brothers. They were clean and didn?t even leave a spot anywhere. They even did some extra work. We had them spray a couple of rockers to match some of the colors that we were using, and they were glad to do that. They had missed some trim work initially but came back and got it painted when I pointed it out to them. They were just great. We would recommend them.

I don't typically take the time to write reviews, but I had to spread the word about these guys. Jeremy is lightning-fast with his estimates, and his precision crews show up on-time and complete the work on-time. I've used them 3 times. My next door neighbor has hired them twice and my neighbor across the street has used them four times! Both interior and exterior work is impeccable, and Jeremy always follows up to make sure you're satisfied with the work. The guy actually RETURNS your phone calls! Imagine that! Ha!
