It went great. They didn't try to rip me off on anything that I didn't need to get my AC back up and running for the holiday weekend.

I pay them $13 a month for service. They're reliable, professional, and they do a good job. Each year when my service is due, they call to make an appointment.

We did not want to get the least expensive system or the most expensive system in our home, but we want the most efficient and reliable system. We received estimates from 4 different companies and a general contractor and opted to use a Carrier system. After the HVAC and tankless gas water heater was installed we experienced some problems such as the HVAC needed a dual thermostat and the water heater needed value adjustments. Most companies would charge additional cost for these repairs, but Central did all the repairs and did not charge us one penny. Plus their employee are genuinely interested in their customers well being, their office staff is always friendly and the technicians will go the extra mile to give outstanding seasonal service checks. Our only negative is that they used very inexpensive poor grade of register vents for the floors and we are unable to find any sizes to match the vent opening to replace the vent grills. So I would recommend that a homeowner purchase vents for Central to install if they are getting a new system.

Two key problems: - performed AC summer check up and did not notice that upstairs unit condensing water line was blocked which led to water coming through ceiling - we had to fix the ceiling ourselves - one year later upstairs unit stopped working due to excessive water in drip pan. Repair man claimed major replacement was due and we had a choice between spending 3 or 4 thousand dollars. When checking myself I noticed cold air blowing our of several large holes in ductwork. I fixed those myself, The unit is still working fine, 4 years later - dirung all the years we were on annual service plan we got a "discount" on filters only to find out now, with a different service, that prices were inflated to begin with.

Central, in addition to providing HVAC preventive maintenance, has also been our one-stop shop for new a HVAC units when required.

They were prompt and professional. I had no problems with the units.

We used them for about 3 years. Initially, they did maintenance for us and we also used them to put black sheeting under the house as a dampness barrier and install a dehumidifier. We left them after the next 2 years as they did not do a good job on follow up (they showed up but did not do all they were supposed to/changing filters under the house, etc.

Both the initial inspection and the ultimate work performed went exactly as represented. They performed the work, explained it well and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. Everyone we dealt with was courteous and professional, from the receptionist in the office to the inspector to the gentlemen who did the work. And the best news is that it seems to have worked. Now they are to be coming in a couple of weeks to do a follow-up inspection, which is apparently part of their process.

I found Central Heating and Air personnel to be forthright, professional and knowledgeable in all phases of the work. When called out for the second repair on a unit that was put in 2.5 years ago during the construction of our home, the repairman explained several options including a new unit. We had a sales person come in and evaluate our needs and discovered that the original set up in the attic was not done properly. A quote was given for a new unit and reconfiguration of existing system. The pricing seemed fair so we opted to have a new unit and repairs done. The installation crew were very professional, considerate, and did a quick and clean job of putting in the new unit and building onsite the pieces needed to correct problems. We were very satisfied with all phases of the job Central did for us, including lowering our electric bill due to makeing our units more energy efficient.

They were honest and ethical. They have done a great job following up with us for periodic maintenance

Most of the service they performed was good. One time I had a problem with my HVAC and had Central come out. They fixed the problem but the repair technician told me the problem was due to something a prior technician performed incorrectly. Due to the maintenance contract it did not cost me any additional money, just an inconvenience. Other than that incident I mostly found the techincians to be very professional, helpful and honest. I did not feel they tried to sell me expensive repairs that were not needed. I no longer own the home but if I did I would continue to use Central

I have used this company for 30 years....they have always been there when I needed them in an emergency basis as well as for routine maintenance. I trust them and feel confident when they are in my home.

I don't feel that their prices were inexpensive, but they were very nice to deal with. I'm now using the company that put in my new unit that I bought through Costco.

When my AC stopped working, I called Central at 7:00 am. The call was answered, and I had a tech at my house the next day who fixed the problem and helped troubleshoot other issues. They also changed all the filters in my house. Very responsive, punctual and knowledgeable. I've arranged 2ce yearly maintenance with Central.

They have always been polite, prompt, and knowledgeable. January 7, 2104 was the coldest day on record for quite a while and our heat went out. Central and Chris were wonderful and made sure our heat got back up and running that day. We were very grateful and glad we had a service contract with Central!

I have carried a maintenance contract with this company for several years. They are excellent in contacting me in the Spring and Fall to do preventative maintenance on my heating and air units. If something goes wrong during the year, I will call Central to perform the service even though I have a home warranty policy that would cover the work...

I have a service contract with them to service my heating units and A/c units every year. The initial price per year is around $360.00 total per year. I have 3 heating units and 3 A/c units. They usually service the A/C units in March and the heating units in November. Been using them for at least the past 5 years, no issues and we have a great relationship.

I have been using Central for many years. They have always been reliable and excellent. A couple of years ago I had a system failure on Friday afternoon of the upcoming hottest weekend of the year. I called their preferred customer after hours number. They were out here within an hour and my system was analyzed and up and running within in thirty minutes. Central Heating And Air is an excellent company.
