Description of Work: I received an estimate on new heating/air conditioning units. The gentleman was very punctual for the appointment and knowledgeable regarding what type of units I needed. He did not give the appearance of my taking too long asking questions and gave me his full attention. I currently use this company for bi-yearly tune-up services and repairs and I will definitely continue using them in the future. The service people are always very prompt and courteous.

Description of Work: "We had them put in a new AC unit about 3 yrs ago and everything seemed to be fine. This was a terribly wet summer and we developed mold in our house. When we had it inspected we found out that almost every duct in the house, and they has replaced all ducts at the time of putting in the AC unit was loose or disconnect. They came out and inspected and corrected the problem however in somecases they had to come twice. They did not charge us for this repair but the amount we had to pay due to their unsatisfactory to begin with cost us more than the new ducts and |AC unit. I would not recommend them due to this sloppy work and the problems it caused us both in health by breathing in the mold from the ducts and the cost of remediation."

Description of Work: They recommended we needed a new furnace. Our house has separate units both upstairs and downstairs. They suggested replacing the units would be more energy efficient. We took their advice and contracted them. Their service is great. The technicians are really professional and extremely knowledgeable. We like and trust them completely.

Description of Work: We have a yearly maintenance agreement with them. The service was fine and I have no complaints.

Description of Work: They checked the freon level and did a small repair. I have no complaints with the service. They were on time, professional, and did exactly what they said they would. The price was high but they stuck to the original estimate.

Description of Work: The service was requested and performed on the same day. The technician called my home after receiving a call from his dispatch operator. He arrived within 45 minutes of his confirmation call to my home. One of my furnaces ...for the downstairs level of my house was not providing heat. The technician performed a systematic check of the furnace and all wiring. He determined that the spark device for the ignition bar was defective. he replaced it and voila !!! we went from 50 degree heat to 69 degree heat. The technician was in and out of my house within 1 hour.We currently have a maintenance contract with Central heat and air , so we received a discount on the cost of the service. We were pleased, especially since we had this same service performed by another company over 6 years ago and the cost was more than $500.
