Description of Work: John sent an email right away thanking me for my Groupon purchase. We set an appointment for Monday October 25. He never came and never called or emailed. I followed up several days later when I never heard anything from him. We rescheduled for Nov 5. He showed up and looked at the work that needed to be done and said he could do some of it for the deal I bought but would be charging me an additional $150 to haul away branches (I thought this was high). He said he would be back within the next two weeks. It has been 20 days and nothing from John. No email, no call, no show.

Description of Work: They cut & removed three trees. There were a sufficient number of workers to hasten the project. They also did a great cleanup

Description of Work: A large oak tree was removed and stump ground down. I feel they bit off more than could chew. I was told the job would take 3 to 4 hours. It took 4 days. I was told everything would be removed from my yard. I have a huge pile of stump grind material left in my yard. When I called about this material I was told that they had no way to remove it. I was also told the tree had a hollow void in the trunk. It did not.

Description of Work: Tree limbs were removed for the $99.00 service. But a large red oak tree was dying and posed a threat to the house and had to be removed from the top down. That was done for $2700.00.
