Went great. Brian is totally professional, and a very decent guy to work with. His crew is conscientious. Neat; thorough cleanup.

He didn't seem very interested in what I wanted done. He wanted to keep telling me what he thought I needed done. I bought his big deal for $199.99 for $400 worth of work and that is all that I wanted done. When I told him that is all I wanted he said that he wouldn't drive to my area for that amount of work.

They showed up on time and did a great job very quickly, they cleanup all the mess and I am very happy with the work.

Called to set up appointment and never showed up nor called to explain why.

They worked efficiently, carefully and cleaned everything up afterwards. Also, it was nice that they cut the stump of the tree almost even with the ground so we may not need stump grinding. This was part of the Big Deal and the price was about $200 cheaper than the other 2 estimates we had - which was about right. They made the process very simple, kept in contact with me about when they'd be arriving after finishing another job in the neighborhood. Returned phone calls promptly when we originally called them, too. I wasn't there when they performed the work, but my son-in-law was and he was very favorably impressed with the work.

The crew was knowleable about the correct way to trim trees and very respectful of our property and the neighbor's also.

I was surprised at how much work there is in removing about 5 limbs from a huge tree. A crew of 5 worked tirelessly for a couple of hours in a very methodical, safe and professional manner. I couldn't be happier with them. Arrived on time, very polite and informative.The crew had professional gear including a HUGE mulching machine that ate limbs the size of tree trunks effortessly. Foreman (Dale) was in constant communication and very pleasant. A++++++++

Very well. After some initial scheduling problems based upon mutual availability, they arrived when scheduled, got right to work and did a good job. They finished quickly -- it was a small trimming job with just one major tree cutdown. They added in abit of trimming not originally in the estimate at no extra cost.

I initially wanted them to save one of my trees, as we were walking around the area I decided to get an estimate on all the projects I had to have done - they were very reasonable and extremely professional. They removed a very large magnolia tree - a large holly tree - trimmed back 2 dogwoods and a grove (14) of crepe myrtles that had not been trimmed for 5 years plus the cutting back of 3 "naturalized" areas. They were able to complete all this plus inspect and treat all my trees in one day. They left my property neat and cleared - I was very pleased.

We would highly recommend Atlanta Tree Arbors. they showed up on time, did excellent work, and were finished within just a couple hourse. They also cleaned up the mess from cutting down the trees, and took some additional debris as well.Overall a great experience and we will call them again.

This was an Angie's Big Deal that was hard to pass up. Really an interesting process to witness - the climbing, tieing-off, and teamwork. They looked like they had been doing it for years. My only concern was that they weren't wearing hard hats or safety glasses, which I reported to Brian. I hope they will take these precautions in the future! We can now rest more comfortably this winter knowing that strong winds, heavy rain, or a sudden snowfall won't be sending the branches upon us.

I couldn't be happier with their work. Isaias (co-owner) even came out to my house on Thanksgiving day to give me the initial estimate (even after I told him repeatedly that it could wait until after Thanksgiving). The crew was prompt, and courteous. Given the terrain of my back yard, it was easier for them to park in my neighbor's driveway to haul out the larger trees. I had no idea they were going to do this, so you can imagine my reaction when I got home and saw they had taken over the neighbor's driveway. I called the neighbor to express my apologies for them doing that, but I found out that they upon arrival, they immediately informed them that the crew would be working all day, and asked permission to use the driveway. Luckily, my neighbors were completely willing to let them use their property. Even the neighbors were impressed with the work, and the willingness to be so considerate. They even cut down quite a few additional small trees, and cut some of them into firewood for me. And considering all the work that they did on the yard, they removed EVERY piece of wood that was lying around (aside from the firewood they cut)... including quite a bit of previously fallen trees and limbs. Having them do the work on my yard was a great experience (as great as spending $2300 on tree removal can be). I even plan to use them again in the future to trim some of the remaining trees. I can honestly say that I HIGHLY recommend Atlanta Tree Arbors.

I was given the 2 days notice (as I had requested) before the work was scheduled. The team was very professional, efficient, polite and FAST! I spoke with 3 different members of the crew who wanted to ensure I understood the progress, and that I was satisfied. They even kept working when it started to rain! The work was done much sooner than I thought possible, and the clean up was thorough-you would not even know they had been there! All the work was completed as I wished-even better! Brian followed up with a call to re-confirm I was happy with the work. I would say this company is GREAT and have already recommended their work to 2 people. I will use them again. It went great. Brian gave me a very good price and followed through on time and in a professional manner. His crew got the job done quickly and they cleaned up after themselves leaving my property looking good. I would recommend them to friends and would use their service again.

I must say that his crew not only removed all the tress I had asked for (which if were to count them all from 1" to 15" dia.must have been 30/40 or more) but also all the bushes, shrubs and undergrowth leaving me with just the Ivy ground cover to get rid of. In addition all of this debris including some large trees that had come down during earlier storms years ago was completely cleared from my lot. When they left, my yard and drive way were clean with little evidence of a crew having worked there all day. I have to say I have never been so impressed (and I must say a little surprised) with a tree service company. Not surprisingly I would highy recommend this company and rate them AAA.

They were prompt, professional, and the cleanup was good. The person who was dealing with me was nice and accommodating. The price was competitive and the quality of work was very good. I will use them again in the future.

I purchased a coupon from an advertisement that I received in an email from Angie's list. It sounded like a good deal & we needed some tree work done. The company took 4 business days to return my call. We scheduled for an appointment 11/23/11 to come by & give an estimate. The person never showed or called to let us know he would be late. I called the person directly & had to leave a message. I called the main number listed on their website for Fulton County, again had to leave a voicemail. I called Angie's List & asked for a refund which they promptly did. It's unfortunate that a company that advertises on Angie's List didn't perform professionally as I would expect. I will not be using or recommending them.

Work performed as described and at a fair price. There was some attempt to cut a few corners, but the service was quick and efficient. Would certainly use again!

I called 5 tree services to get estimates. Although Atlanta Tree Arbors wasn't the cheapest estimate (still very reasonable though) , they were the most responsive. Dale always called me back the same day, arrived on the day we agreed on and came on time. The crew that took down the tree did a great job. They maneuvered around wires and didn't mess up the surrounding dogwoods. The cleanup was also done very well. Dale also recommended that I have the rest of the trees on my property sprayed to hopefully prevent them from pine beetle damage, which I did. I've used other tree services in the past and my experience was no where close to the good job Atlanta Tree Arbors did. I will definitely use them again if the need arises.

He confirmed that I did not have any glaring problems, even though I was prepared to do work if necessary. He gave me advice on the maintenance of my trees and shrubs. We left it at that. But I will definitely use this company when I need tree work done, and when I perform seasonal maintenance of my trees.

Great! I liked them from start to finish, they came to give an estimate within 24 hours of the initial call, followed-up to answer questions before I made my decision, and were able to come and remove the tree the same day that I made the decision to go with them. I especially liked that their estimate was all inclusive, no hidden fees, no last minute changes in the price. They were also pleasant and professional.

I talked to 4 different companies and the prices and responsiveness was all over the board. Some didn't return phone calls, some said they could fit me in in 1-2 months, and some were quoting $1200. These guys were the best on all fronts. I paid with a credit card, and they didn't try to charge a service fee for that.

I thought they did a super job. They were very professional and prompt. They also hauled away some stuff that I had cut down previous to this. They were very good at explaining what they were doing.

Secured several bids. Brian was prompt when coming for the bid and his was the most reasonable. He missed the first scheduled date, but called early to reschedule and he reported promptly with an efficient team of four men to complete the work.
