Peach moved my wife and me recently and took complete care of us from the initial planning stage until the move was complete. Ron Skinner guided us step-by-step in determining truck and crew size as well as the estimated project time. Ron was spot-on and I can't say enough good things about the professionalism of the crew and the white glove care they took with our possessions. Ron even threw in some free boxes in advance of our move!

The move initially was going well, but as time went on, I knew the cost, which was based by hour, was going to skyrocket. By the end of the day, the time estimation was around 5 hours over budget, which meant I had to pay more money. In addition, the movers pushed a dresser to one side of the wall, instead of picking it up and carrying it and then lowering it to the floor, which left huge gashes in brand new hardwood floors. This the movers tried to blame on an elderly family member, who hadn't even been involved in the moving process. To top it off, the movers hit a wall while carrying an armoire, which damaged the armoire. The company refused to reimburse for these damages or even take responsibility. In the end, we had to tell them to stop the moving process, due to cost over-run, and we moved moving ourselves. This company was a nightmare!

The guys were meticulous in wrapping the furniture and handled everything with great care. Everything was wrapped in blankets and then shrink-wrapped. The pictures were shrink-wrapped and boxed. Everything arrived safely and without a scratch. We did have a couple of dishes broken, but that was probably due more to my packing than their handling. It was a great experience!

They did a very good job especially the packing. The unloaders were also careful.

We owned a large home with a lot of stuff! Another subcontractor packed 1/2 of our stuff before AP came. When Atlanta Peach came, they had to pack about 1/2 of our house and 2 cars. The packing crew worked very hard for 2 days. Some of the guys packed boxes while the rest started loading the trucks. They did a good job packing as only a couple of items had small issues - nothing major was broken in the move. The only bad thing they did was pack the garbage can before I took out the last bag of trash! When they say they take everything, they were not joking. The crew was on time and worked hard. They were very polite. They arrived in Georgia on the day promised and unloaded the truck very quickly. They made sure I was happy with everything before they left.

OK, my dad is hard-to-please, and he was VERY IMPRESSED! They actually showed up an hour and a half early. Good thing I was up and ready for them! They worked VERY hard for 8 solid hours! Holy moly!

These guys are excellent. They called when they said they would and they arrived on time. They were efficient and careful with the loading and unloading. Above all they were friendly and professional. They made the move easy and pain free. I would highly recommend them.

Unfortunately they tended to put very few items in each box and charged us per box in addition to the moving cost. We paid $1900 for the moving and another $1200 just for the boxes they packed. I felt that the price for the packing was very unfair. Their estimator did a poor job of planning the move, not allowing enough time so the crew had to work until 3:30 AM to finish. They also underestimated the amount of things and had to go back to get a second truck. Everything did arrive safely and the crew worked hard but this was not well planned. If I used them again they would have to do a better job with the planning aspect.

We rescheduled the move the day before and they were completely accommodating.

First-rate. Came on time to pick me up and delivered my stuff early. The young couple that moved me were meticulous and careful. They accidental broke a fan in my old apartment but fixed it quickly and without complaint.

I have moved 22 times in my life, and the experience with Atlanta Peach Movers was not one of my better experiences. The movers were not very friendly, and one of them dropped my large coffee table onto my new wood floors. Thank goodness I had an area rug down. As we were getting ready to leave my apartment to go to the condo, the movers asked if they could stop real quick and get something to eat, because they did not have time for breakfast. I was told the movers would arrive anywhere from 8 - 9:30 a.m. They arrived right at 8, so, why did they not stop before they came to my place???? I told them I did not mind if they stopped somewhere, but, the time they were getting snacks would not be paid by me. I was also told when I made the moving reservation that the movers would hook up my washer and dryer in my new place. When the movers got to my new place I was told they would not hook up my dryer, and they did not hook up my washing machine correctly.

Atlanta Peach was great. They were able to schedule us in with very short notice. The crew arrived on time. The crew was very friendly and in good spirits despite the mid 90's temperature. My wife called them sherpas due to some of the heavy items they were throwing on their backs and walking uphill with. They were careful to wrap everything that needed it. Nothing was broken or damaged either. All three guys worked their butts off from start to finish. We were charged $122/hour (mid-week move) with a minimum of three hours.

The scheduling and movers who actually moved me were excellent. They worked hard, efficiently, and were very professional. Unfortunately, my experience with the company's accounting manager did not go so well. She charged my charge card TWICE which meant a charge on my card of over $2800 rather than the $1392 that was supposed to be charged. This was done 12/20/05 and I did not know about it until 1/20. As soon as I found out, I called, but she was not in that day. The concern about the extra charge was not evident.
