Description of Work: Another provider responded and did the job for $69 before they got back to me. They admitted that they were busy but their price was three times as high as other providers.

Description of Work: Came to inspect two chimneys in newly purchased home for safety and function. Arrived as promised and took the time to explain the function and safety features to us with no charge at all for the visit as the chimneys did not need to be cleaned. Very courteous.

Description of Work: Scheduled an appointment and was told they would call day of to coordinate the exact time. Didn't call back until after 5:30 on the day of the appointment saying it was too late to come out. I didn't call back to reschedule.

Description of Work: Lance came to my house to repair my gas fireplace, which had stopped working. Both the gas and the electricity worked independently, but somehow the fireplace wouldn't light and it does not have a pilot light. It took Lance a little while to figure out what was wrong, but he did and fixed it within an hour. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable and even cleaned the glass cover of the fireplace with windex before left.

Description of Work: They fixed my rain pan and cleaned out the fireplace. They rearranged the logs and put down embers to improve the heat and appearance.

They did a through job, keep the work area clean, and didn't try to upsell me on other products. I would definitely use them for any work I needed in the future.

Owner currently deferring repairs based on level of concern/safety issues involved. Two chimney caps fabricated and installed in a timely manner. Description of Work: Jonathan came out to do a chimney sweep and install a damper on my chimney. He did a great job of showing me issues that my old chimney had with his video camera. He also went the extra mile to make sure my wife and I were happy with the work. I would definitely recommend Atlanta Fireplace Specialists.

Description of Work: These guys are awesome. I hired them to sweep my chimney and part of the service was to check my furnace, water water and dryer vent. While they found something that will need repair in the future, they explained it is not any trouble and does not need attention at this time. I found this quite pleasing is that they didn't tell me it had to be done now and charge me additional money. Professional in their line of work and very clean and neat. Left everything after cleaning and being sure everything was in order before they began. No doubt they will be cleaning my chimney annually.

I had my chimney sweep, inspected with a camera to ensure all welds and joints were up to code, interior and exterior painted, and a new wire screen installed. They even inspected by HVAC and Dryer vents. Jonathan and Lance did such a professional job and I could not be more grateful or satisfied with the outstanding service they provided. They arrived on time, called ahead, no mess, no fuss, just so professional, informative, and absolutely great to work with. Description of Work: Checked and cleaned 2 Gas Fireplaces and explained in detail what they were doing. This was extremely helpful to me. My main problem was with the dryer vent which they unclogged by going up on the roof of my 3 story Town House. They also straightened the dryer vent hose so it would not get clogged with lint again.They also checked the heating vents and placed aluminum tape around the connections.I was extremely pleased with their work, their attitude and professionalism. I would definitely call them again and will refer them to friends and neighbors. It was a pleasure doing business with Atlanta Fireplace.
