The owner came to the house, measured my chimney, showed me pictures from his large smartphone of my options. We agreed on a price. A week later, my beautiful new custom built chimney shroud was installed. Price was less than my project manager for my renovations could offer and the promptness is amazing. Owner is fantastic!!!

Everything went great, they were very professional.

Arvydas arrived on time. He went about doing the work without needing supervision, and he cleaned up well. He spruced up my fake ashes and logs in the fireplace for me, since he thought they needed revision. I was happy with the job done. After he returned and installed my new chimney cap, it looked great.

He came out and looked at it, but my chimney cap was larger than the standard and he said it will cost a bit more. We are going to resolve this shortly. I did not realize that the size was going to be that much of an issue

I got a coupon on Angie's List for a chimney sweep & inspection for $159. I specifically said in the "Note" to the provider that I needed them to CALL me (and I gave my cell number) to schedule the appointment, because I don't check email regularly. I never heard back. Then out of nowhere, at 7:21 a.m. on 11/20/14, I get a text message that says they're coming to my house that morning between 9-9:30. No phone call - nothing but a TEXT approximately 2 hours before they planned to arrive!! Talk about short notice. I didn't have time to take the dogs to daycare so they were barking the whole time and I was late to work and I didn't have time to give my bosses proper notice, so that doesn't reflect well on me at work. The guy came and did the work, and told me that I have some masonry cracks that need to be dealt with in my chimney, but he's too busy to schedule me to fix them. So he said he would give me the name of a mason he recommends. I asked him to text it to me (because, again, I don't check email regularly), and he said he would. I have STILL not heard back (it's been over a month). Very disappointing. I would not use this provider again. I would not recommend this provider to a friend.

Prompt; courteous; finished quickly but showed us pictures detailing their inspection and work.

Went great. My schedule made booking a time challenging but they hung in and we got it done. They were professional, made sure to keep the area clean while they worked and completed the work quickly.

The provider did not do the work. Could not make time for me in his schedule.

I purchased an Angies List Deal to have an 18-inch set of gas logs installed. Shortly after I purchased the deal, Arvydas contacted me to schedule the appt. Then, a few days before that appt., he called to say another customer had canceled last minute and he was in the area; so would I like to move my appt up. I did and was very happy to have the work done earlier. When Arvydas arrived, he examined my chimney and fireplace. Based on the size of my fireplace, he recommended a larger set of logs. I am so happy we went with the larger ones - they look fabulous! He also recommended cleaning the chimney prior to installing the logs, which I was happy to have him do. My carpets had been cleaned just hours before he arrived, and he was meticulous about ensuring nothing got on my carpets. I really appreciated that. When he finished, we agreed to an additional charge for the upgraded log set and chimney cleaning that I felt was a great deal. My family is so pleased with the gas logs, and we have had many compliments on how great they look. I highly recommend Arvydas and Atlanta Chimney Worx for their excellent work.

It is a very nice and neat job and I asked that he curve cap a little bit and he did and it was a great job.

Great communication and pricing. Showed up when he said he would be there. Installed gas logs and overcame a issue with the pipe not letting enough gas through and did not charge me extra. Would definitely use again!

After a week of trying to get in touch with each other (Thanksgiving) , the appointment was scheduled for the same day and the job was completed in under 2 hours. Very nice and helpful!

He has been very difficult to deal with, not returning calls or answering the telephone. He's very nice, but he hasn't been pleasant to deal with otherwise.

They showed up on time, very courteous. They were very careful to be neat and tidy. Worked quickly and when the work was completed, they took time to review what they did with me and show me areas that might need more attention at some point. I would recommend and use them again.

Arvydas and his co-worker were exceptionally personable and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend his services to anyone needing any type of chimney cleaning, work, gas logs, etc. Not only did his schedule turn out to be more heavy than he realized, but he stuck by the time and date he gave me as my original appointment. I greatly appreciated his sticking to our original appointment time even though he was overbooked for the day. Cleaned every thing up when he was finished, and left all as good as new. Highly recommend him and his company and will definitely use him in the future.

The appointment was today, there was some confusion on the address. I called them right away to try to correct the issue, but I wasn't able to get a hold of anyone. I left them several voice mails. They sent me an email, I responded to them with the correct address. They did not respond to my email either. When I finally spoke with someone they were unpleasant to deal with and I decided not to have the work done by this company.
