Dear member, I am not sure what your expectations were in regards how long it will take to clean the chimney. Some take 10 minutes, some 30. Another 10 minutes bring and retrieve equipment. Put up a ladder to inspect your chimney top another 10 minutes. We were at your house at least half an hour. We do our best to work efficiently. Your chimney does need a chimney cap to prevent further deterioration of brickwork and prevent water damage. Description of Work: THEY CAME OUT AND CHECKED THE INSIDE OF MY CHIMNEY AND CLEANED IT AND CHECKED THE OUTSIDE. DISCOVERED A CRACK IN THE PAN AT THE ROOFTOP AS WELL AS CRACKS IN THE BACK INSIDE FIREWALL. HAVE TO SCHEDULED TO REPLACE AND FIX THOSE AREAS AS SOON AS MATERIAL HAS ARRIVED.

They were very reliable, responsive, timely, professional in general and had a fair price. We would recommend their services! They had great quality workmanship and provided before and after pictures too.
