The price charged was considerably less then two other bids provided. The work was done quickly and I couldn't be happier with the final result. Would highly recommend.

Service was prompt, and Arvydas told me I did NOT need chimney sweep and made other helpful suggestions. Good experience all round.

We hadn't had our chimney cleaned for 3 years and were happy to have it cleaned & inspected by this firm. The job was completed in a short period of time and there was no mess!

After a few tries of contacting the SP I found out he had food posioning. He apologized left and right. he showed up on time and completed the service in less than an hour for a fair price. I would use him again in the future.

again I haven't pulled the trigger to execute any repair at this point. Just estimate and felt comfortable with the pricing and what I would receive.

Our chimney cleaning and inspection went great - he was done in under an hour and gave our chimney a clean bill of health (I've heard that other companies will try to sell you on unnecessary repairs, so I was worried that he might try to do that - this was definitely not the case with Atlanta Chimney Worx.) We had a coupon from Angie's List so the price was very reasonable; I would be willing to spend even a bit more in the future and use Atlanta Chimney Worx again. My only complaint would be that he was a bit late (about half an hour) but I understand that with smaller service providers, it's difficult for them to always be 100% on time - and he was responsive and let us know that he was running behind. All in all, a good first chimney cleaning experience, and we'll use them again!

I called them on Thursday and asked when they could come out and check the fireplace. He planned to be in the area on Saturday and would stop by. He arrived in the afternoon, asked some questions, and then inspected the firebrick walls. After examining and noting that I had converted the fireplace to gas-logs, he felt the small cracks were not significant enough to cause a fire. He recommended not patching the cracks. I also asked about cleaning the chimney (didn't know when it had last been done), but again he did not recommend performing the service given that I was using the gas logs.

Scheduling was a bit hit and miss but a satisfactory date was agreed to. Arvydas arrived on time and had all equipment necessar for the job. He left no mess and was helpful in describing how to improve my existing installation

Knowing this was a hazard to have a missing brick in the firebox, we needed it fixed quickly in order to be ready for some visiting family over Christmas. The first company I contacted was not able to make it until after the first of the year, but Arvydas from Atlanta Chimney Worx answered my call and was there the next business day. He performed a thorough inspection and recommended that we repair the masonry and clean the chimney. He quoted a fair price that included a discount for Angie?s List members for the chimney cleaning. He had all of the equipment needed on his truck, and was here a little over two hours to complete the work. He also left the work area in and around our fireplace extremely clean. He was professional and friendly, and we would definitely recommend his services.

The owner of this company did my work. He was professional, neat and knowledgeable about chimneys and their repairs. He took a photo on his phone of my chimney cap to show the damage. He came for an estimate one afternoon and had the chimney cap cut and installed the next day. Though painting was not included, he painted the cap before he came and charged me a nominal fee. He also cleaned my chimney. He only brushed and swept it out but left my home in excellent condition. He is a good, honest person and I would have him do any additional work for me in the future.

Great experience....was on time and very neat and explained what he was doing from start to finish.

It went well, though as I said above, the technician should ask the homeowner if he could take pictures prior to doing so; or at least tell notify the homeowner of his intentions.

Service provider was ill on initially scheduled day, rescheduled by mutual agreement. Arrived a bit late due to rush hour traffic, got right to work and completed the job fully to my satisfaction.

Aryvudas was very responsive. Called when he said he would,arrived on time and explained our options clearly. He cleaned the chimney with such ease I didn't have any dust or soot on my carpet or floors! He inspected the firplace structurally and let us know that the crack was a result of brick expansion upon heating and contraction upon cooling. Aryvudas was prepared with catalogs and pictures as we discussed what type of burner/logs we were interested in purchasing. We settled on the Ponderosa pine 13 log ventless set and we couldn't be happier! We give Aryvudas and A+ and would highly recommend his service!

When I talked to him on the phone, he said it would cost an additional $30 for him to come out, which I was taken aback by as there was nothing about that on the website. I ended up going with another company.

Arvydas had to come out once to measure and inspect the chimney so that he could get the right size part. And then he came back this morning and completed the entire installation in about 35 minutes. Total cost was $300 for parts and labor.

I contacted him and asked for my address. I was outside of his service area, so I was unable to take advantage of the deal. He was responsive.
